Potentially a fine house, very overdue

The house is potentially a fine place to stay. Enough bedrooms and the garden (main one) is adequate. The location high in the hills is quiet and private. You do really need a car of course. - We arrived to a house that was not well cleaned - A lot is worn / broken. The Refrigerator was a drama. This was nicely resolved by bringing a new fridge after 2 days - All mirrors and lamps were broken or rusty - Shower on the ground floor was broken and smelt very mouldy - Overall, it is a rundown house. Our complaints were resolved nicely, but this house is so run-down by youth that the next one will probably lack enough! We think the price-quality is not in proportion. Too expensive (in high season for sure).

Mitten drin und doch ruhig und entspannt

Die Villa ist einer der letzten ganz oben auf dem Berg wenn man mal vergisst das es immer eine richtige Berg und Tal fahrt zum einkaufen oder an den Strand war ist diese Villa einfach nahe zu perfekt. Genügend Platz eine super Aussicht einen klasse Pool und einen super beheizten Whirlpool Die Kinder waren immer beschäftigt und somit hatten die Eltern ihre Ruhe und alle waren glücklich. Claudia hat uns mit super Tipps und kleinen Geschenken für uns und unseren Hund versorgt und war eigentlich immer erreichbar und super freundlich egal was wir hatten. Wir haben uns zu jederzeit wohl gefühlt. Wir würden es immer wieder nutzen !!! Danke

Magnifique Villa

Magnifique villa situe dans les hauteurs de la ville avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Le propriétaire est très très gentil. La maison est spacieuse et bien entretenu avec de nombreux équipements. Je recommande très fortement.

Super limpio y completisimo.

Super limpio y completísimo en menaje del hogar: Platos, ollas, vasos,copas, etc... como si estuvieras en tu casa. La calefacción de la piscina y jacuzzi perfecta para estar en invierno bañandote a la intemperie. Inmejorable. un 10, volveremos.

Mixed feelings

The house was very comfortable. It fitted the ten of us easily, we really enjoyed the private pool and appreciated the quietness and space of being on a hilltop and at the same time having the Lloret de Mar beaches and city center at a 10 minute drive away. Apart from some overdue maintenance (mainly a sewage smell from some of the pits), the house was in a maintained and clean state. Beware however, that the neighborhood is not very keen on groups coming over, so despite our extreme efforts to minimize any noise, they do complain quite easily whenever they are bothered in my opinion. I feel that the owner did not respond to this appropriately as after the second complaint he was threatening not to return the deposit. Communications with the owner were, in my opinion, not based on mutual respect and equality. Surely, considering the location, they must usually be accommodating groups of youngsters, however I do feel that this made him think he would get away with treating us shabbily. For example, on the day of checkout, cleaners arrived well before the official checkout time and tried to enter the house very aggressively while we were still showering. Also, weeks after checkout, we are being held accountable for unclear damages. It would be unfair not to give this house credits for being a very nice retreat on a holiday to Lloret de Mar, however the situations that occured would make me hesitant to come back.

Points positifs : maison bien exposée,très lumineuse,propre,pièces spacieuses,bonne literie,quartier calme,terrasse très agréable,10 mn de Lloret,idéale en famille. Highly recommended!

We were 8 people staying 2 wunderful weeks in this very nice house. Perfectly located in a very calm area and nature very close. The view and sunset, the refurbished house and the pool area with the kitchen and bbq very close made our stay just perfect. The house was very clean, we got good support from the owner AND Claus at the location. Lloret offers good restaurants, shops and beaches and our tour to Figueres and the Dali museum was surprisingly good. Recommended!

I would love to return!

I'm almost speechless trying to describe how wonderful our stay in this house in Lloret de mar was. Truly above and beyond my expectations. The house is on the top of a hill, with an amazing view over the city and surroundings. From one of the balconies I had one of the most beautiful sunset experience ever, with the mountains in front and the infinite ocean below. Behind the house there's a lot of forest lanes, and it's easy to find somewhere to enjoy the views . And the neighborhood is great, calm atmosphere and friendly neighbors. The house felt very fresh, and everything is prepared with love and great care. Clean and spacious .It was so comfortable with everything we needed. I recommend staying here if you're planning a vacation in Lloret de mar. You won't regret your time. Personally, I would love to return sometime.

Nice villa with pool and great views.

We were 10 people who lived in this cozy house with a pool. The house is perched on the hills and there are great views and sun all day. The villa has a modern interior and fully equipped. There are also barbecue and plenty of outdoor seating. The house is tidy. The host is very helpful if you have questions or need help. I heartily recommend this accommodation. You can call a taxi and go to the center of Lloret de Mar and it costs about 10 euros.
