Place was as advertised! We LOVE Venture out! There are park rules but if you follow them, you become family! Home was stocked and clean. Screened in back patio was a nice touch! Would stay in this unit again!

The property needed a deep clean, dirty AC grills, etc. space needs to be updated. It served us well as a "motel" space, but lacked the upkeep and quality for a vacation space.

Had a great stay. Our boat fit perfectly on the sea wall. We brought our own large bouy just Incase there was no dock. Turned out to work amazing. ( got it on amazon… lol) had everything we needed for a great stay

Great location, but not what i expected

Great location. Community amenities are not worth the 125 price tag. The air conditioning had to be set to 75 or it doesn't work. Very uncomfortable.

For the one day we spent there, it was ok.... Needs to be updated as well as telling the cleaning people they need to do a better job. Water heater did not work and we were sent to another property. That property as well needs to be updated. That property had an air filter that looked like it was not changed for a very long time. We went to the store and bought a replacement as well as cleaned the air vent. Both properties were owned by the same person.

Great little house on the water!

The house was cute, the canal was peaceful, the resort was awesome! Great place to stay! We had a minor issue with the cleaning, but all was made right by property owners. Would stay here again!!

Neat, clean, and all your own for the greatest diving, fishing, snorkeling, paddleboard adventure of your life! Screened and covered porch overlooking the boating channel, with 35 feet of concrete dockage. 2 bedroom 2 bath home with storage, barbecue grill, full kitchen.
