Comfortable house, beautiful garden, kind hosts

The title says it all. The house had everything we needed and was very very clean and comfortable for our family of 5 (adults and teenagers). We had a lovely stay and the hosts went out of their way to make it so. No problem for us but, like much of Greece, a number of cats from elsewhere tended to appear outside whenever we did.

Una villa accogliente e di charme

Il proprietario e sua moglie,persone accoglienti e gentilissimi, hanno fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio, perfino un dolce di benvenuto! Villa molto spaziosa, accogliente e pulitissima, fornita di ogni comfort, stoviglie e pentole in quantità, biancheria cambiata ogni tre giorni. Non c'è aria condizionata perché non occorre assolutamente, anche in piena estate le serate sono assai fresche. Giardino curatissimo e barbecue a disposizione. Tutto perfettamente funzionante. La villa è nell'entroterra e per raggiungere le spiagge occorre la macchina (che servirebbe comunque per cambiare spiaggia visto che in zona sono molte e tutte molto belle). Unico piccolissimo inconveniente: i galli subito dietro casa attaccano a cantare alle quattro del mattino! Grazie ad Alexandros e signora!

Very pleasant holiday in a really comfortable house in the middle of the nature

Our 8-night stay in Kavala villa was very pleasant and relaxing, the house offered comfort, privacy and everything that you might need for a nice experience with the children and friends. The guests are two great people, very friendly and helpful, welcomed us with complimentary traditional pies and offered us lots of indications and recommendations where to go, visit, or eat in the area. They even gave us sweet homemade treats when we left. They are very good hosts, always careful with the guests' needs. I totally recommend Alexandros and his wife and the Kavala Villa to anyone who wants to explore this beautiful part of Greece and to enjoy traditional Greek hospitality. The region is very nice, with lots of things to do and see. It is a grear choice for both young people and families with kids ( as it was our case). I am really happy we chose Alexandre's location and I hope to return there on another vacation in the future.

Excellent

Nous avons passe un sejour magnifique chez Alexandros et sa femme. La maison est spacieuse, tres propre et tres bien entretenue. La cuisine est tres bien equipee et les lits sont confortables. Les hotes sont hyper-sympas et gentils et leurs conseils et aide, tres tres utiles. Je recommande de tout coeur cette location.

Relaxed time in Kavala

Had a wonderful visit. Relaxed, had friends over and visited local beaches and fish markets in and near Kavala. Owners made us feel welcome. We used their outside cooking oven and the goat was spiced with herbs grown on the property. Delicious! Used the house as a base for extended trips too. Visited several nearby villages on their "market" days. Apricots and cherries were in season. Local bakeries were excellent, and we looked forward to drinking the Greek coffee every day. The day trip to the nearby island was memorable, worth the ferry trip and drive time. Food was excellent throughout our entire stay.

Kurz gesagt Super Vermieter, super Haus und ein spitzen Lage wenn man kein trubel braucht.

Wie schon gesagt, Vermieter super, Haus sauber und großzügig, man tritt sich nicht auf die Beine, selbst bei 8 Personen. Super Lage wenn man keinen trubel braucht un nur einfach die Ruhe will. Dieses kann ich nur weiter empfehlen und werde selber noch mal in Anspruch nehmen.

Great location, clean, cozy property!

Wonderful accommodation for any group vacation ( or family) in Amisiana. The property offers all amnesties you may need to feel at home. Great location w/ parking included in rental price w/ very quick commute to Kavala, Phillippi, Thassos Island and neighborhoods around.
