lovely accommodation and great location

the property was very well equipped but there was to be internet but it was not working. I did say to the owners that it would be best to have a good english speaker communicating on arrival and clearly saying what is to be done with the bins. just down the road is a lovely restaurant and a short walk away is a local supermarket.

Location lovely but terrible communication

The location of the house is amazing, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the local grocery store. However, we faced several issues with communication regarding the following problems: WiFi, hot water, laundry, and trash. The hot water problem was resolved very quickly, as the issue was just that the gas tanks outside were empty. The other issues proved much more problematic. We had no WiFi for the first week, and even once activated it did not properly work (it would randomly disconnect). Then, we had set out to use the washing machine to do laundry at a temperature above 45°C. This was something we weren’t supposed to do, as the pressure would cause the pipe to be pushed out of the wall and flood the bathroom - we were NOT warned about this. Finally, there was a guide to the trash segregation in the house, but we were expected to somehow have disposed of all our trash by the end of our stay, despite the last collection having been two days prior. These problems were all topped off by exceptionally poor communication from the owners - there was little English (mind that we do not speak any Italian) and we kept being juggled between different people, none of whom seemed keen to help. In the end, our €150 deposit was not given back to us over the washing machine issue, despite us unknowingly flooding the bathroom. So, while we recommend the beautiful Pittulongu to others, we don’t recommend staying in this house - the issues faced only make the stay stressful.

Agréable, belles terrasses et emplacements idéal

Apparemment agréable avec ces 2 chambres dont une parentale a l'étage avec sa propre sdb et terrasse avec vue tres agréable. Quartier très calme, stationnement voiture dans la cours pratique et securisant. Tres bon emplacement pour visite Sardaigne Nord-est. Je recommande

La villetta è curata pulita molto luminosa e vivibile, perfetta per noi, una famiglia con due ragazzi di 8 e 14 anni. All'interno non manca nulla per godersi il soggiorno, per chi come noi ama cenare a casa , magari sul terrazzo, perfetto per le nostre esigenze. essendo settembre non abbiamo usato l'aria condizionata che è presente nelle camere e nel soggiorno. Un ringraziamento a Samuele che ci ha accolto con gentilezza e simpatia e ci ha spiegato come vivere al meglio la casa e ci ha dato consigli utili su spiagge e servizi della zona. Un esperienza da ripetere, un grazie al Proprietaro per le comunicazioni pre partenza puntuali e precise. molto soddisfatto

We enjoyed our stay here, the apartment is very clear and full of positive energy.

First of all, all credits to Francesca, she was working so hard to solve all our questions, Grazie mille Francesca. The apartment was very clear and full of positive energy. Although the temp. outside was warm, we could easily sit on the balcony, with some wind from sea it was very comfortable. Also very comfortable was the parking on your own property. We were there with 3 people and there was enough room for us, with 2 bathrooms this was also very comfortable. Actually the whole apartment was good and exceeded our expectations. The highest figure we want to give is a 9 out of 10, the only struggle we have had was the internet/wifi. The internet connection was not stable, worked for 2 days, so we've had to use my mobile phone to connect to the internet instead. Overall I would recommend this apartment to every one who would stay for a couple of weeks in the north of Sardinia. I think we will come back here in the near future. Wirklich schön

Die Fotos geben nur einen Teil der sehr schönen Einrichtung des super Blicks zum Meer wieder. Auch die Küchenausstattung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.

Schönes, kleines Haus, zweckmäßig aber liebevoll möbliert, sauber. Sehr gute Matratzen; Geschirr reichlich aber zusammengewürfelt. Wir waren mit zwei Personen. Dafür, oder noch mit Kind, ist das Haus optimal. Supermarkt ist in nur wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Bis Olbia mit dem Auto ca. 15 Min., günstige Busanbindung jedoch auch vor Ort vorhanden.

Come a casa propria!

Abbiamo trovato questa casa praticamente per caso su internet e non ha deluso le ns aspettative! Perfettamente corrispondente a quanto descritto sull'annuncio, confortevole, accogliente, pulita e ordinata. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 persone + un neonato e ci è sembrato di essere praticamente a casa nostra! Non mancava nulla, anzi abbiamo pure utilizzato due volte il barbecue. Terrazza stupenda dove mangiavamo per colazione, pranzo e cena in un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante. Addirittura il proprietario ha mandato in aereoporto una gentile signora per accompagnarci a casa. Disponibiltà e serietà nella trattativa e nei pagamenti. A due passi c'è la bellissima spiaggia di Pittolongu: noi avendo anche il bimbo spesso andavamo al Tetto Rosso dove con soli 15€ al giorno prendevamo 2 lettini e 1 ombrellone. Vicino alla casa c'è anche un piccolo market e una rosticceria raggiungibile a piedi. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane e non ci siamo per niente pentiti della scelta! Vacanza perfetta!

Quiet holidays, nice house and a beautiful beach

We were 4 people, 2 adults and 2 teenagers of 15 years. Most important for us was: to be near the beach, enough room, because we spent a lot of time in the house. Also important was to have good restaurants, a possibility for shopping, good bus service and the proximity to Olbia was a advantage: we could made a trip to the Maddalena Islands with the bus from Olbia. The beach is large and very beautiful. You feel happy, when you see the beautiful nature around the coast. The Place Pittulongu is a quite place, without the noise of nightlife. To the house: it´s a nice house with a beautiful garden. 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms. The furnish is almost in blue and very sympathetic. Spacious kitchen with dining table or on the balcony. Beautiful view from the balcony of the sea. The two floors is very good for being yourself. And last but not least: the administration for the reservation was easy and kind; and the service person war very warm and helpfully. We spent a very good time there! Thank you.

Elicriso 2

The villetta was in immaculate order throughout, very spacious and well equipped. The location was perfect - in peaceful surroundings but in close proximity to the local supermarket and a 5-10 min walk to the stunning beach at Pittolongu. The only small criticism was the allocated parking space was a little tight to manouevre into !!! Overall we had a fantastic stay - great value for money. Can't wait to return.
