We absolutely loved our stay at this house! The interior is spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The outdoor area was perfect – a beautiful pool and a great dining space with a barbecue, ideal for gatherings. The host, Pepe, was extremely kind and helpful, which made our experience even better. We truly enjoyed everything and would love to come back in the future.

Lovely spacious Villa.

We had a lovely time at the property. The owner was very helpful and was never far away if we felt we needed anything. The villa was well catered for and had plenty of plates and crockery as well as towels and pool towels too so we didn't need to take them with us, which saved space in our luggage. There was ample space inside but we didn't spend a lot of time indoors during the day as the pool area was great.The villa was slightly too far away from Bossa to walk so a car or taxis will be needed.. (we found that UBER were very expensive so just get local cabs which are plentiful)There is a fantastic steak restaurant just over the road called Ibiza Social point.. some of the best steak I have ever had, but the main road can be quite busy to cross.The villa has good air con in all the bedrooms and there is plenty of space for relaxing around the pool. The outside eating area has a fridge and large table.There is also a great little bakery just over the main road too, which does lovely pastries and sandwiches if you fancy. We found the nearest Eroski supermarket wasn't very good but the Mercadona supermarket a bit further along is excellent.. but again, you'll need a car. The local town is Jordi which has limited but nice restaurants and bars if you want to stay local...we liked the pizza at "Es Tanco" and had a couple of fantastic meals at "Rasca Lobos" with pre drinks at "Can Sol" bar on the corner by the church. All in all it was lovely and highly recommended Villa.

Heerlijk huis

We zijn voor een week in dit huis verbleven. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het huis zit aan een doorgaande weg maar dat hoor je niet. Er zit een bekende bakker aan de overkant met heerlijke verse broodjes. Oversteken is wel een uitdaging over de drukke weg maar dat is het waard.Je zit overal heerlijk dichtbij. Het huis is ruim genoeg, je loopt elkaar niet in de weg. Het is hier en daar wat gedateerd maar alles werkt prima. We hebben het huis weer geboekt voor september.

We had a pleasant stay with 6 adults on this spaceous property, in the house that is getting older and with a nice garden with BBQ, extra outdoor dining room with 2nd refrigerator. Our host was kind and responsive, eg when we had water leakage from airco a repairman came the day after. The location is a bit remote, and a short car trip is requirement for groceries

A villa for all needs

Whether you’re one for the energy of Playa den Bosa, the class of Ibiza Town or a quick getaway to the south/south west coast beaches, this villa is ideal. Location perfect. Setup of garden around the pool beautiful and protected from the road, with a great bakery (sells beers too) across the road and a supermarket 10 min walk away, it really is so simple.

Spacious villa, set in private, established gardens.

Would recommend. Four large bedrooms, three bathrooms, large pool, multiple outdoor seating and dining areas, large private gated grounds, well maintained, established garden. No neighbours nearby, so ideal for families with noisy kids! Easy communication with hosts. Nice bakery opposite. Few minutes from Bossa & Ibiza town. Not far from anywhere; as long as you have a car.

Sehr schöne und großzügige Finca mit großem Poll und Superaußenanlage!

Alles hat gepasst, von der Anreise bis zur Abfahrt. Sehr sauber, Platz ohne Ende, supernette Besitzer, Kommunikation tadellos, wenn wir was benötigten, war sifort jemand da. Abgelegen, man stört niemanden znd liegt doch zentral ... very nice

Heerlijk weekje Ibiza.

We hebben genoten van een heerlijk weekje Ibiza op een prima locatie. Het huis ligt net buiten de stad langs een relatief drukke weg maar is rondom omheind en van het verkeer heb je geen last. Het huis ligt kort bij het vliegveld dus je hoort de vliegtuigen opstijgen maar ook dit is niet echt hinderlijk. Het zwembad is prima en in de achtertuin is genoeg ruimte om een balletje te trappen. Het perceel is voorzien van een elektrisch hek en op het huis zit alarm. De slaapkamers zijn voorzien van airco en in het huis staan 2 ruime koelkasten. De keuken is ruim voldoende uitgerust. Het is allemaal niet meer nieuw maar in prima staat om te verblijven. Ook het linnengoed was goed verzorgd, incl. badlakens en we werden vriendelijke ontvangen door Pepe. Hij was goed bereikbaar en reageerde snel op vragen. Al met al een prima plek om een week te vertoeven.

Great stay in I iza

Fantastic villa, spacious rooms, great pool and outside facilities. Well located close to Playa den Bossa, but definitely worth having a car or a scooter to get around easily. Isolated enough to play music in the evening without bothering neighbors. Highly recommended!

Amazing villa!

The villa is absolutely beautiful and I only have positive points. The garden, swimming pool and terrace area are great! The house itself has a lot of space for 8 people. Location was perfect for us, because it’s close by everything and at the same time quiet so you don’t have to worry about neighbours. Owners are very friendly and last but not least it’s great value for money given the very reasonable price!

We had a great time at this property :)

We had a lovely time - the villa was spacious and clean, perfect for a group of friends. Air con in every room and fridge freezer inside and out. Really close to the airport which was great. A good distance from everything, close to Ibiza town and playa den bossa - but you will NEED a car as getting a taxi from the villa was an absolute nightmare. There were a couple of areas which could be improved on, such as there were no basics like tea, coffee, bin bags and cleaning supplies so you are required to get everything on arrival. The hosts were very communicative and friendly; however the check in was later than expected. All together we have a great time and I’d recommend!

Lovely holiday

The villa was lovely and rustic the grounds and pool were excellent from the moment we booked Pepe and Daniel were super helpful and informative. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. If something didn’t work ( like the toaster) Pepe came with a new one within an hour great service lovely villa bedrooms were cool with air conditioners in each one and the our door area was perfect we would highly recommend this place to couples friends and families

Great stay

Had a really great stay at this villa, 8 lads. The villa was large with a very large and open outdoor area. The villa was secluded so playing music wasn’t a problem, but also in a good position on the island to get where you need to be. A bakery over the road and a nice restaurant a few minutes walk away. Pepe the owner was very chilled and easy to communicate with. All bedrooms are nice and plenty of towels for each person. We would definitely stay here again.
