The summer of 1990 saw the Villa Dinastija welcome its first visitors.

In 1995, While tourism is non-existent because of the conflict in former Yugoslavia , my parents undertake heavy work. A garden is created, then a boules, barbecue ...

In 2008, Croatia became a fashionable destination are talking about the media. We buy the land adjacent to increase surface parking.

In 2010, our villa deserves a facelift . The first six apartments were renovated and now have larger terraces.

We also completely redo the front to carry two large stone terraces . My father , now retired , is also dedicated to the garden. Dinastija becomes a beautiful property where fifty trees and shrubs welcome our visitors.

2014 , In talking with our tourists , a question comes up regularly : 'Why not have a pool ? ' It does not take long for us to realize a pool of 15 × 4 m.
