Beautiful charming apartment for 5 to 7 people

Magnificent 52 m2 duplex apartment in the Mélèzes residence located in old Avoriaz (Dromont sector), near the bowling alley and the Children's Village.
Departure and return on skis.
The apartment is composed as follows:

Level 0:
- ENTRANCE: with wardrobe, mirror.
- American style KITCHEN, fully renovated, fridge freezer, 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, granite sink, dishwasher for 12 place settings, oven and microwave, NESPRESSO coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue machine .
- LIVING ROOM: with sofa bed (2 pull-out beds), TV, DVD, INTERNET, WIFI, coffee tables, wooden chest, DINING AREA with table for 6 people.
- BALCONY: with view of the Portes du Soleil sector Chavannette.

Level 1 :
- Hallway with large cupboard and mirror, wall hooks.
- MAIN BEDROOM: with 140 cm double bed, chest of drawers, baby cot available in the closet in the hallway
- CABIN BEDROOM: with 3 single beds of 70 cm including 2 superimposed, storage.
- BATHROOM: with bath, single washbasin, towel dryer, washer-dryer.
- BATHROOM: with shower, single washbasin, towel dryer, hair dryer
- separate WC.

Ski room on the ground floor of the building with two lockers: one for skis (poles and helmets), the other for shoes.

Housekeeping and reception included in the price.
You will be greeted on site for key collection, departure and exit inventory.
The person responsible for reception offers a paid service for the rental of lingerie kits:
1. For bedding: pillowcase, fitted sheet, duvet cover.
2. For the bathroom: bath towel, bath towel, groundsheet
3. For the kitchen: two kitchen towels.

We had a nice stay in this well equipped apartment

We had a wonderful time in the apartment. It is well positioned between the city center and the start of the ski run. The beds where comfy and the master bedroom what's nice and spacious for us. We would definitely come back here.

Excellent appartement

Superbe emplacement a 2 min des remontées mécaniques en se laissant glisser en ski pour accès Plateau. Retour ski aux pieds. Duplex très bien équipé. Les 2 salles de bain sont un vrai confort. Cuisine très agréable. Vue du matin extraordinaire. Un seul bémol : le prestataire de ménage aurait pu mieux faire car c’était pas hyper propre à l’arrivée. Une couette tachée à changer également. Mais je recommande très largement cet appartement.

Très bel appartement bien placé avec belle vue sur la montagne.

L’appartement est spacieux et la cuisine très bien équipée. Les deux salles de bain sont pratiques pour plusieurs adultes. La vue est magnifique orientation sud. Le centre de la station est à 5 min à pied. Départ et retour ski aux piedsLe seul bémol serait la taille de la seconde chambre qui était adéquate pour deux adultes serait trop juste pour trois vue la taille des lits et de la chambre. Idéal pour des enfants.Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour et le confort de l’appartement y a contribué.

Bel emplacement ski aux pieds. Magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Proche des commodités en marchant 10 min. Appartement confortable spacieux et chaleureux Cuisine très bien équipée Il est appréciable d’avoir deux salles de bains quand on séjourne à deux couples Une chambre double confortable et une autre petite qui convient moins à des adultes. Attention tout de même aux vérifications de sortie de logement car nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de trouver un plat salé dans le four ainsi que le lèche frite salé et une poubelle de salle de bains non vidée

Great stay!

The apartment was great. Really good layout, well eqipped with everything we needed. Location was good, pnly 5 mins walk into town. The owner was fantastic with great communication thoughout. We will be back!

Fabulous

We just returned from a week in this lovely apartment. The kitchen is the best equipped we have ever stayed in. We are a family of 5 and I would say the apartment is just the right size. It’s easy to ski down to the tour lift to get to ski school and very easy to ski back to the boot room door from town. It’s a short walk to the bars, shops and restaurants. The communication was brilliant and very easy to pick up and drop off the keys. We would highly recommend this place and hope to be back very soon.

There really is nothing to criticise. The apartment is well maintained, well equipped, in a great location and we enjoyed excellant contact with the owners who clearly go to great lengths that their clients are satisfied. Fully recommend and we wish to return.

Good location and flat for skiing holiday

Very nice flat with a well equipped kitchen. Perfect for a family with 3 children. Enough storage and fantastic view over the lake and slopes. Quiet area but still close to the shops and Village des Enfants. We definitely come again!

Die Lage der Wohnung war super: Vor der Haustür die Skier montieren und nach ein paar Schwüngen ist man bei den Liften. Und am Abend ist man in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss im Zentrum. Vom Apres-Ski Getümmel ist man auch genug weit entfernt-> sehr ruhig am Abend. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war tiptop und die Wohnung war sauber. Wir waren zu fünft (Erwachsene) in den Ferien und für uns hat die Grösse der Wohnung gerade so gepasst. Für 7 wird es dann schon ordentlich eng. Es hat zwei Duschen (eine mit Badewanne), aber leider nur ein WC. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer verlief einwandfrei und wir erhielten auch die wichtigsten Infos/Tipps. Vor Ort kümmert sich aber eine Immobilienfirma um die Wohnung und da war die Kommunikation leider ein bisschen umständlich, wenn man mal was brauchte. Ist aber wirklich nur ein kleines Detail am Rande. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine super Zeit in Avoriaz.

Appartement spacieux et confortable. Coin nuit en bas et jour en haut . Les 2 chambres sont appréciables ainsi que les 2 salles d’eau et la cerise sur le gâteau est la machine à laver . La cuisine est qualitative et il y a tout ce qu’il faut. En résumé : appartement très agréable .

Perfect family stay

Accommodation was immaculate on arrival and owner was flexible with timings. Apartment was fully stocked with everything we need. Ideal location for a family with children, would definately recommend and use again.

Very good rental !

The flat is very functional, the kitchen is incredibly well equipped, bedding is of great quality too. The flat was clean and everything in working order. Our host welcomed us, showed us around, showed us the ski room too. She's been very accommodating on the leaving time. There was a towel pack missing on our arrival but they brought us one more on our request. I find the location ideal and the view is breathtaking. I will go back with great pleasure
