Location was Great

Property was clean and relatively updated. We did log a ticket due to the refrigerator being so loud. Outside that and hauling stuff up the steep stairwell we had a great time and was able to walk to most everything we needed.

Quiet location with beautiful views of the ocean from the living area and primary bedroomWe liked having towels and sheets put onthe bed.The 21 stairs to the unit was a challenge tous ( senior citizens) when carrying our luggage up and down.Cons- musty smell, needs some updating-

AC was NOT working properly upon arrival, owner knew before us arriving, no heads up, box fans, or nothing to help accommodate us. Honeymoon

We stayed here and were 10 minutes from everything we wanted to do with easy access to activities, beaches and fishing. Plenty of fantastic restaurants within minutes and the sunrises are stunning!

Escaping cold weather

The condo was as described, clean and great location right next to walkway to the beach. Walkable restaurants nearby and great ice shop a block away at Cone Heads. You do have to walk up a flight of steps to get in and also another flight of steps for bedrooms, so if that’s an issue, might want to look elsewhere. It gave us some exercise! Also was surprised how wide the beach was and how far you had to walk to get to the ocean. The beach was pretty shelly too. I wore sandals to be more comfortable. The rental company was very responsive and accommodating to change my reservation to add a few days.

Great Location

It’s a really nice property in a great location. It’s very spacious and has everything you need. While parts have been upgraded/updated, there are still some signs of wear…nothing major though. The sliding glass doors aren’t the easiest to open/close. Overall great stay and would stay again.

A perfect week of beach and sun!

We love this condo, it is our second time renting it and will 100% rent again in the future. The location is perfect, the beach is steps away and always a fun time. It’s close to many restaurants to enjoy and ice cream as well as mini golf. We love it and the check in/out process is easy.

Great location

Booked this unit at short notice after our plans to stay on the Gulf coast were cancelled because of the hurricane. Great location, fantastic views and great sunsets. Very spacious and comfortable. Several decent bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Couple of minor niggles. The rings on the stove need attention as they don’t sit flat. The handle on the balcony door was faulty but was replaced after we reported it. Overall was a good substitute for our original vacation.

Labor day weekend

Stairs were very difficult for us. Did not seem like a premium property. Not well stocked or furnished. View was wonderful. Beach was very nice. Parking was very difficult. Would never stay there again.

Great location, overall decent condo but does need updates

The location was amazing: easy parking and directly on the beach. We couldn't ask for a better location in a better area. The only reason I did not give it 5 starts is that, as other reviews have shared, there are a few items that need attention. The main area is the kitchen. I recommend purchasing a full utensils set, cookie sheet, mixing bowls, and a few more pots and pans. That may sound like a lot, but it was seriously bare bones. In addition, the stove top burner coils were all out of balance so we had to play MacGyver to get the pan to even stay level enough for making scrambled eggs. Please consider replacing the coils. The master bed is extremely worn out and my hubby and I both had to work to not be rolled in one direction or the other. Long story short, this is a solid 4 rental. For a slightly lesser price and with attention to the suggestions, it would be a solid 5.

simple relaxation

Older building but very clan and nice comfortable bed, kitchen has all u need , washer and dryer work well, the only thing was no chairs up on patio in master bedroom was a negative and house did smell of mold/mildew but to be expected at beach w/ carpet ! Gorgeous view and we would stay here again !!

Great trip!

Everything was great! If I had to comment on one thing it would be that there is no lock on the sliding glass door downstairs to the back deck. Besides that everything clean and no issues. If we go back to the area, we will stay here again!
