The home offers a brand new gourmet kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 5 ensuite baths, a large landscaped yard, fenced heated gunite pool, and a 8 person Jacuzzi hot tub. Room to comfortably sleep 10, fully connected with WiFi and 2 flat screen cable TVs.

Walking distance to the Seafood Shop and the Wainscott Jitney stop. Cruiser bicycles available and a 5 minute bike ride to Wainscott beach! Easy drive to extensive shopping and dining options in East Hampton Village, Bridgehampton, and Sag Harbor. This home is in compliance with East Hampton Town Rental Registration Codes and the rental registry number is 24-1200.

Everything you could want

This is a beautiful property, inside and out. Very short walk to stores, such as bagel store, Seafood Shack, Wine store, bakery and more, Patrick, the host, was immediately available and responsive to any questions we had. Comfortable beds, immaculately clean, beautiful pool, functional kitchen, ...everything a person could want in a rental. We definitely would love to rent this property again.

Great place, convenient to everything!

The property had everything the family needed to enjoy a Hamptons vacation. Beautiful backyard setting, great outdoor dining, ample interior space featuring 5 ensuite bathrooms, perfect for a group our size. The best beach (Beach Lane Beach) was a 5-minute bike ride away. The Hamptons' main seafood store (the Seafood Shop), right around the corner, with Sag Harbor, East Hampton and Bridgehampton towns all easy drives away using back roads (no need to spend time on Route 27). A near-perfect spot!

Lovely stay in Wainscott

We had a great time at this house for the month of August - it's located extremely close to some great stores and bakeries and a quick walk to the beach. The house layout was extremely convenient, with two living rooms and bathrooms in each bedroom. The pool and backyard area looked recently renovated as well and was very nice. Patrick was very helpful and prompt in answering any questions we had, and kind enough to leave some bikes in the garage for us to use during our stay. We'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking to visit the Hamptons, and hope to be back soon!

So close to everything!

This home was perfect for our family vacation - plenty of room and comfortable .. The pool feels like a little lagoon in a rainforest and the beds were very comfortable! Besides the home being so conveinetly located to bridgehampton and sag Harbour, in case your without car you could even walk for food and supplies nearby. The owners are very accommodating and were happy to help as well with requests or needs. Will def come back soon!
