Fantastic Stay

We had a fab stay in Jean-Luc's lovely family home. It was extremely hot so very grateful for the pool, air-con and portable fans. The outdoor space was nice, and the kitchen fully equipped for all our needs. Jean- Luc was excellent to communicate with, and we had a lovely local contact who helped with pool cleaning and all our questions. Thanks for a lovely holiday!

Secluded location to relax

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the height of summer and in the middle of a heatwave (35-40 degrees), but the air conditioning in the house and the pool made it so we weren’t bothered by the heat. We spent most afternoons in the pool, and it was an ideal, quiet location to just relax without stress. Although the property itself is in a very quiet part of town, there is a large supermarket 5 min down the road, and quick access to major roads—making it easy to get around. We would happily come back!

Propriétaire très accueillant. Localisation parfaite dans un quartier calme proche d’Avignon. Bel espace extérieur. La piscine est grande et agréable même si quelques rénovations seraient utiles. Très appréciable aussi, les moustiquaires sur les fenêtres. Axes d’amélioration : le 1re étage (chambres) est invivable en cas de fortes chaleurs car non climatisé. L'électroménager est vieillissant.

Charmantes Haus in villeneuve d'avignon

Das Haus war wunderschön und hatte viel Charme. Alles sehr sauber. Auch den uneinsichtigen Garten und den Pool haben wir und unsere 2 Kinder sehr genossen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Haus von Jean-Luc hat uns sehr gefallen, vor allem die entzückende Einrichtung, die schöne Terrasse, der große Pool und die Ruhe der Umgebung, insgesamt die sehr private Atmosphäre. Unsere Tochter hat sehr gerne am Klavier im Salon gespielt. Vielen Dank auch an Veronik für die Unterstützung!

Ein Traum...

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern, 6 und 10 Jahre alt, eine Woche in dem Haus. Wir haben es wirklich geliebt und sind unter Abschiedsschmerz wieder fortgefahren. Jean-Luc Augier und Veronique haben sich rührend und herzlich um uns gekümmert. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer ist stilvoll und gemütlich gestaltet. Der Pool ist sehr groß und sehr gepflegt. Die Kinder waren mehrere Stunden am Tag im Wasser. Villeneuve-Les-Avignons liegt günstig zwischen unzähligen provencalischen Dörfern und nur einen Katzensprung von Avignon entfernt. Wenn wir wüssten, dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder in das Haus könnten, würden wir uns jetzt schon freuen. Vielen Dank für einen der schönsten Urlaube, die wir je hatten.

Bastide familiale très agréable et où il fait bon vivre

Bastide familiale très agréable et où il fait bon vivre. On s’y sent comme à la maison. Tout y est sur place, il ne manquait vraiment rien (il y a même un gonfleur pour nos bouées !) -les jeux extérieurs pour les enfants et nous aussi parents : ping-pong, baby-foot, et cette grande piscine ...avec petite cabane au fond du jardin comprenant douche et wc (très pratique) -Un petit coin très agréable côté tv pour jouer aux nombreux jeux de sociétés : génial pour animer nos soirées - deux pianos dont un plus récent pour continuer l’entraînement même en vacances - une chambre en rdc avec douche pour notre Ado qui était plus que ravie - maison sécurisée avec alarme, plutôt rassurant -un passage régulier mais très, très discret de Veronik pour l’arrosage .... L’accueil a également été très chaleureux, avec VERONIK et MR AUGIER le jour de notre départ. Nous avons vraiment passé une belle semaine dans cette bastide.

MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR

La maison, indépendante et sans vis-à-vis, est jolie, spacieuse, parfaitement équipée, confortable, dans un quartier résidentiel et calme, proche des commerces (10 minutes en voiture). Le jardin est ombragée, jolie terrasse, mobilier de jardin confortable, très belle piscine à usage privatif. Nous remercions chaleureusement Mr AUGIER pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, ainsi que Mme TANGUY pour sa gentillesse et pour avoir assuré l'entretien du jardin et de la piscine durant notre séjour. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances ! Encore merci.

Un excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée. La piscine est protégée par une barrière ce qui était très rassurant vu que nous étions avec des enfants ! L’accueil et l’entretien de la piscine tout au long du séjour sont un vrai plus ! Et nôtre hôte nous avait même préparé des attentions pour nous et notre bébé. Une location que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Un excellent accueil dans cette charmante et confortable demeure où nous avons fait un séjour des plus réussis, en profitant du calme et de la douceur du magnifique jardin ainsi que de la grande et belle piscine ensoleillé tout le jour.
