Awesome Place!

We loved the hot tub, campfire, and pizza oven. We had six kids between the ages of 9-16 and they all had a blast! Great view! Well stocked and clean for arrival. Would stay here again for sure! P.S. we love Coca Cola:)

Best Vacation Rental Ever

This is actually the best vacation rental I've ever booked and stayed in. The amount of things to do and amenities were amazing, the kitchen was truly the most well stocked with dishes and appliances I've ever seen, the pull out couches were made in advance since we had booked for a large group, and Martha was amazing to communicate with!

Great place for families

We celebrated a 50th birthday with 11 family members ranging in age from 9 to Grandpa. Two lovely gathering areas and a wonderful assortment of games to keep the kids off their screens.

Excellent location and plenty of space

A group of 15 over 40 hiking friends headed to Sequim for our annual winter retreat. We had 6 couples and 3 singles - this rental allowed everyone to have a comfortable bed. We thoroughly enjoyed the common sitting areas and the pizza oven was a highlight. We also had lots of fun with shuffleboard, air hockey, and foosball. I would highly recommend this home for your vacation stay. We didnt bring our kids but it would be a great spot for children and families.

An exceptional experience

My group and I had such a wonderful time here. From the beginning, the booking process and communication was so easy. We were completely well informed of what to expect. We had families with kids aging from babies to 35 years and the house was extremely well equipped to keep us entertained and busy. From an outdoor pizza oven, to an indoor sauna, multiple game rooms, an outdoor fire pit, grills, hot tub, a well stocked kitchen, and The view every morning was spectacular. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Gorgeous Getaway!

Martha was super easy to communicate with, and we absolutely loved the property. The kids and adults had fun in the game room! We had our kids stay downstairs since the bunk beds were in the separate guest house and there was only a port-a-potty out there.Absolutely recommend staying here!! the potty for

Excellent for family reunion

Great place for our multi age family group. Lots of space to spread out and also large communal spaces. The kitchen was excellently equipped. Group members had mixed opinions about the decorations' lavishness .

Perfect in every way

I would give this lodge 10 stars if available. It could not have been more beautiful and has everything we needed. The Christmas decorations were beyond gorgeous, every nook and cranny had a decoration in it. Martha thought of every possible need her guests could have and then nailed it. This is the first time all of our family have been together in decades, and we could not have chosen a better place. Thank you so much!

Awesome birthday getaway

By far? This is one of the best places I have ever stayed at. My friends and I had an amazing weekend celebration 2 of our friends birthday, and we are stil reeling about it. The pictures don’t do it justice you have to experience it for fit yourself. The Christmas decorations were great. Definitely a 10/10 overall.

Christmas in a Cabin

Well worth the price. Our entire family loved it from infants to kids to teenagers and adults. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and clearly took a lot of work and care and it really made a difference. There was everything that was offered and more. We’ve stayed in big cabins before, this cabin was very well put together comparatively. Warm and homey.

Family Reunion Thanksgiving

We had a great stay here. This was just what we needed for our get together. The house was comfortable and inviting and the kitchen was very well stocked! This is an exception to the rule when someone says the kitchen is well appointed. We brought a lot of things from home just in case because we love to cook, but everything that we brought was already there. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cabin for large groups!

Martha's cabin in Sequim is unique, beautiful, classic, and cozy. We picked this cabin for our annual work team retreat and it was perfect! Everything and more has been thought of within the house. We did not want for anything. Tons of appliances, kitchen equipment, fireplace logs, cozy blankets, heaters, towels, games!!!, and so much more. The primary bedroom is delightful, with a large jet tub. The other rooms are wonderful as well, with comfy beds and pillows and bathrooms all near each room. The covered hot tub was lovely to sit in during a light rain. There is plenty of entertainment for all ages within the house. Our team took advantage of the ping pong table for sure, with the game somehow evolving into a 5 player round table ping pong adaptation of the game. The cabin feels tucked into the woods but it's also conveniently close to the highway and a short drive from downtown Sequim. I highly recommend the Huge Log Cabin for your stay!

Great place with incredible views and kind host!

My family and I had such an amazing time in Sequim. There was 20 of us and all age ranges from toddlers to retirees - everyone really enjoyed everything the property had to offer. We utilized it all - pizza oven, grill, hot tub, game room, TV, kitchen, large dining table, roaming around the grass. The best part everyone enjoyed was the beautiful view from the patio - many meals were had staring out to the horizon, and waking up to this view was priceless. Grateful for the memories we made here. The location was great to explore Sequim and other surrounding areas too. Convenient to Costco and supermarkets and anything you need as well. Enjoyed Dungeness Spit and the flea market that's on Saturday mornings. Martha was more than accommodating and responsive to all my questions beforehand, even provided extra outdoor tables and chairs for a planned dinner party outside. She's a fantastic host. Thank you!

Large Family get-together

Our large family get together was overall fantastic. The outdoor area was delightful and offered a bit for everyone. The kids enjoyed the game room and a few adults took advantage of the hot tub. The rooms were spacious and did accommodate our group. During the day the rooms upstairs did get rather warm but did cool off at night. The basement rooms were like an icebox day and night so those that sleep hot go downstairs! Be aware that the room with two queen beds and bunk bed are detached from the house with a port-a-potty available outside. We originally had kids assigned to this room before arrival and had to do some room changes after knowing this. Brush up on your pizza oven skills beforehand…it was our first time using one and we were not that successful in getting it hot enough. But we had a great time and do recommend this property for large extended families. Location was great.

Best log cabin in the woods above Sequim

Our family of 7 adults and 5 teenagers loved this house a couple miles up the hill from Sequim. The house has everything and is well stocked. Great games, hot tub, and A/C! It is an awesome place, very quiet and private in a forest on a hill.

Perfect for a family reunion.

The house worked perfectly for our 14 family members. Lots of room choices. The house was very well stocked. The grounds are beautiful. The hot tub and fire pit were great. We tried out the wood-fired pizza oven and the pizza turned out perfect. The deer and frogs(frogs in a small natural pond in the nearby forest) were a major hit with the kids.

A serious GEM in the PNW

Our friends and family came from all over the states and even the Netherlands to stay at this lodge. We absolutely adored it. Lots of room for parking. The lodge genuinely sleeps the amount listed if needed. Our group didn’t feel cramped and we all felt as though there were so many different spaces to hang out/sprawl out too. Whether it was the fire pit, hot tub, wrap around balcony, game room etc. There were ample linens, extra towels, blankets etc. The beds were comfortable. We loved the big kitchen for cooking, roomy refrigerator and pizza oven outside. The table by the pizza oven has a shuffle board game underneath which was a hit! The lodge was easy to find through GPS and provided lots of privacy. The view is stunning and the pictures online do not do this place justice! It had a little something for everyone and our group has been raving about it still. Martha was great too. She answered a lot of my questions while we were planning and was very gracious. We would gladly revisit and recommend this place to anyone with a bigger group.
