Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.Auch der Aussenbereich war sehr schön,der Pool ist groß und sauber. Das Haus ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, voll Klimatisiert und liebevoll eingerichtet.Der Strand, die Promenade und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Eigentümer ist sehr Nett, hilfsbereit u unkompliziert.

Vacances agréable

Superbe gîte, idéalement situé, proche de la mer et des visites sympa de la région. Très propre et bien équipé, l'extérieur avec la piscine, transat et barbecue est vraiment agréable. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, disponible et accueillant n'hésitera pas à donner de bons conseils concernant les balades dans le coin, visites à faire.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!

Property suited us very well. The villa has excellent air conditioning, very clean and functional. I particular like the design of the living area. It's interesting, thoughtful and not as sterile as some other lets. Very good pool, not overlooked. Easy access to town and beach. Second stay. Would come again. Although the property is near a road it didn't bother us.

Maison d'architecte spacieuse et très agréable à habiter

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle maison à Argelès sur Mer bien située pour aller à Collioure et pour accéder aux sentiers de randonnée. Très bien aménagée et très bien équipée.Nous la recommandons vivement.

Mervelleux sejour dans cette superbe maison avec piscine (en eau)

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour dans une maison où rien ne manquait, très propre et bien entretenue. Nous avons eu un temps superbe et avons pu profiter de cette belle piscine. Je recommande vraiment... Le proprietaire est très accueillant et bienveillant, encore merci lui.

Ideal holiday villa

Fantastic property with everything you could want including a pool, air conditioning and a few minutes walk to the old town and the beach down the road. Great area, friendly people and a marvellous host. Highly recommended.

A good holiday

Very well designed house that suited us perfectly. My French is limited but we managed to communicate well. One maintenance issue got resolved very swiftly. Deducted one star because of the near by road but overall the noise was limited to rush hour. Would book again. It's a great location and the check in was easy and informative.

September Vacation

Great vacation home, very well maintained. Relaxing holiday, only the traffic noise bothers you if you're not used to it. A private, secured parking lot would be desirable, but there is enough space available without it. Very helpful and communicative host, so that even with my limited knowledge of French, communication was possible.

Maison de vacances

Maison décorée avec goût. Des bémols : la vérification des ustensiles de cuisine (couverts sales), pas de WIFI, grande piscine dommage qu'elle ne soit pas chauffée et ni couverte par une bâche. Attention : les commerces ne sont pas à 300 mètres mais à 1.2 km. Sinon, le propriétaire et son équipe sont très agréables (il faut lire le contrat du propriétaire différent de celui d'Abritel). Une très jolie maison dans l'ensemble à recommander.

Maison agréable, propre, bien agencée, deux salles de bain et deux WC bien pratiques pour une location à plusieurs couples. Une piscine et un barbecue pour profiter de l’extérieur. Le top.

Superbe villa et piscine, propreté irréprochable, beaucoup de rangement, de vaisselle, une maison pour y vivre toute l'année. Le seul petit bémol, la route qui passe près du jardin mais la clim et l'isolation de la maison permettent de passer des nuits sans problèmes.

Relaxing stay!

Great location, calme inside, if the windows are closed. However, unfortunately the noise level is quite high in the garden, as the main road passes by. Even, end of September, early October, something we did not expect. Some minor inconveniences, but nothing really severe. Due to the sunny whether, we were able to use the pool until the last day, although their is no heating. Very friendly and supportive host. My French is limited, but nevertheless, all instructions and the information given were clear and easy to understand.

Maison agréable est bien décorée. Très propre, bel extérieur. Propriétaire agréable et à l'écoute en cas de besoin. Seul bémol, si vous recherchez un extérieur calme, passez votre chemin. La route est très passante et donc bruyante.
