Great place, wonderful experience

The house is huge and it has got a beautiful garden with parking; the location is great: near the beaches and town centre, you can walk everywhere. Stefy and her guys are great, very helpful, good people so we had a beautiful experience. Thanks!

Great spot and extremely accommodating host. We had to leave urgently for a family emergency and she could not have been more helpful. We did not get to stay nearly as long as we would have liked.

Two families vacation with kids

It's a beautiful house near the beach with a perfect garden for the kids to play in. Stefania was very friendly, and all communication went smoothly. The house was nice and clean. We were four adults and five kids aged 5 - 10, and we had a wonderful vacation!

"We have spend a very nice october-holiday in the charming "La Campagnina" - a lovely villa with lots of space and rooms. The surrounding park was great for our grandchildren as well as the nearby sandy beach and childrens playground. We were very kindly recieved by the owner and had all the informations we could need before and after coming. Even if we had choosed the last part of october, the weather was fine and we enjoyed the comfortable gardenfurniture in the daytime. The house was clean and we enjoyed cooking and eating the italian way. "

La Villa è molto accogliente. Io e i miei amici siamo stati molto bene. L’ampio giardino permette di passare la giornata e la serata in totale relax. Vivamente consigliata!

Great home with everything you need to relax and enjoy San Felice Circeo

Lovely home with plenty of outdoor space. Kitchen has everything you need. Easy check-in/check-out, with great flexibility on timing. Stefania was great in communicating and even went out of her way to get us a COVID-friendly lunch reservation. HIGHLY recommend!!

Thank you very much, Stefania!!!! It was magnificent vacation! Because of you and your house and garden. And the place to. The pleasant house, privet large garden, about 5 minutes to the beach by walk. We were on the top of Monte Circeo. It was difficult, but it was great. The good memories about this place always will be with us. Best regards Roman and family.

Schönes Haus mit viel Sportoptionen

Sehr grosses Haus. Sauber. Bäder z.T neu. Basketballplatz zwar nur mit einem Korb, aber durch zusätzliche Installation eines Volleyballnetztes ( ist dort) doppelt nutzbar. Sehr wertige Toschtennisplatte unter eigenem kleine, Dach. Verschiedene Strände in der Nähe. Wir waren meist am wilden Torrestrand eine Bucht weiter. Sehr sympathische Vermieterin. Hat sich bei durch sie unverschuldeten Problemen mit Wlan sehr bemüht. Jederzeit wieder. Danke Stefania

A great place for your family vacation

Our friends recommended this house, and now we know why! The house and the garden is perfect for big families - a lot of space inside and a garden full of things to discover. You can play table tennis or basketball, barbeque, sit outside on the porch or find either sun or shadow in the front lawn. A quiet neighborhood, close to the ocean, and the old city of San Felice Circeo. Perfect with free wi-fi in the house too. Stefania is a great host, reliable and friendly! She answered all our questions and gave us a lot of good tips about what to do and where to eat. We left the house this morning - but the kids already miss it and say that they want to go back! :-)

Wonderful villa, lovely owner!

We stayed at San Felice Circeo this week. What an amazing vacation. The villa is superb. It is full of Italian character and very comfortable. Stefania is the most wonderful host. She looked after us really well. We didn't need to worry about needing anything. San Felice is beiatful. The beaches are terrific and the diving off the rocks was great fun. We can't wait to come again! Thank you!

"The house is lovely, in a huge garden in a residential area of Circeo with plenty of parking and facilities to make the most of the sunshine. Situated only a couple of streets away from the beach, the house is clean and comfortable - more like borrowing someone''s home than a rental property with well-equipped kitchen and lots of personal touches. The surrounding area has shops and a couple of restaurants within 0.5km but we found it a little soul-less and preferred to make the trek up the mountain to the historical centre, which is pure Italian! Lots of cobbled streets and very good eating places, a steep climb but worth the effort. Around 40km from the property is the train station at Priverno Fossanova which is on the main Rome - Naples line so all very accessible. Overall a lovely property, in a beautiful area with a very friendly and helpful owner."

"Nous avons passé des vacances magnifiques et reposantes à San Felice Circeo. La maison est pleine de charme ancien, mélange de style romain et de style anglais. Le jardin est idéal pour les enfants et tout est fait pour la convivialité: un terrain de basket et une table de ping-pong pour jouer tous ensemble ! Un barbecue traditionnel pour manger dehors! Nous sommes tout prêts des magasins de la station balnéaire, le petit village ancien typique est situé sur les hauteurs.De plus, il est possible de découvrir Rome à 1h30 de San Felice. Je conseille vivement le séjour dans la campagne romaine, j'ai adoré l'ambiance, les italiens sont vraiment accueillants."

"Cette maison est très agréable à vivre car elle bénéficie d´un grand et beau jardin .On sent que c´est une maison de famille qui a un coté un peu désuet(peu de rénovations ont été faites) mais très sympa.La propriétaire est tout a fait charmante. le seul reproche que je ferai concerne la proximité de la plage dont l´accès estpayant(35€/ jour)Sinon très belle plage gratuite à 10km ."
