Fantastic stay

We loved our stay at Marijans apartment in Vienna. The apartment location and surrounding restaurants to choose from made our stay very pleasant. Marijan was a great host and was very informative.

Fully equipped and great location

Apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay! Host seems like a very nice person. Location is excellent, making it easy to walk everywhere plus the ice cream shop right across the street has some of the best we've tried. The only downside is if you have a sensitivity to smoke or just don't like the smell as it comes from the apartment that is very close to you.

Chouette appartement bien situé

Appartement et propriétaire très sympathiques. Bien situé près d'un noeud de transports en commun et des musées. A 10 minutes à pieds du centre historique. Nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité. Sur les conseils de Marijan, nous sommes allés au restaurant Kaützchen (à deux pas) et nous vous le recommandons aussi (pas cher, spécialités locales, service sympathique).

Great time in Vienna

Marijan was a great host, our flight was 3 hours late and he waited for us. The property is in a fantastic location, very close to the historic city centre, and with a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. Overall a great city break!

Nicht ident mit Beschreibung

Die Wohnung war sehr dunkel,abgewohnt, aber gute Lage Und sehr netter Vermieter. Ich habe bei der Buchung sehr auf das Vorhandensein eines SAT Fernsehers geachtet,es war jedoch keiner da, bzw. gabes keinen Anscluss. In Wien machen aber die Lokale wegen Corona zwischen 22-23h zu. Wir sind naechsten Tag in eine schoene Pension gegangen,haben zu einem sehr guenstigen Preis Zimmer mit Fruehstueck und sat-TV bekommen. Eine direkte Bescwerde bei Fewo ist leider nicht moeglich. Die Wohnung in Neubau war viel zu teuer. Anna Rauch

Idéal pour visite du centre historique.

Appartement très bien placé tout près des musées et du centre. Il est situé dans passage d'immeuble charmant. Bon confort, très agréable et chaleureux. Merci aussi de l'accueil de notre hôte.

Wunderbare Aufenthalt in Wien: schöne, zentrale Wohnung und sehr netter Gastgeber!

Die Ferienwohnung lässt einen den Aufenthalt in Wien genießen. Von der schönen und mit allen notwendigen Dingen eingerichtete Wohnung liegt zentral in der Nähe vom Volkstheater, sodass man schnell viele Sehenswürdigkeiten per Fuß oder mit Bus/Tram/U-Bahn erreichen kann. Marijan ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, problemlos und schnell lässt sich alles absprechen. Ich hoffe auf einen baldigen Aufenthalt in Wien in der Ferienwohnung von Marijan!

Great place & location is awesome!

High ceilings, extremely quite, semi-private street, close to groceries (Aldi's) and lots of restaurants and shops. Big kitchen, living area. Nicely done living area. Quite reasonable pricing. Having stayed in many vacation homes, this one rates amongst the best. -Rudy

excellente adresse pour séjourner à Vienne

Marijan Uzelac dispose d'un appartement bien équipé, silencieux pour être dans un pittoresque passage piéton ombragé. Le quartier est idéal : à 2 pas des grands musées, du métro et de commerces et restaurants, à 3 pas du centre historique. L'autre intérêt de cet appartement est le voisinage immédiat du propriétaire (sur le même palier) et Marijan est un hôte attentionné, très serviable. A recommander en toute saison

Soggiorno perfetto!

Su questo appartamento è già stato detto tutto: che è in una posizione ideale, sia per visitare Vienna a piedi perché vicino a quasi tutti i luoghi di maggior interesse, e sia per muoversi con i mezzi pubblici perché vicinissimo alla metropolitana; che è silenzioso e tranquillo; che è molto spazioso: noi ci siamo stati in due ma sarebbe stato molto comodo anche per quattro persone e che è dotato di tutto, ma proprio tutto quello che serve. Del resto se ha più di 200 recensioni positive, ci sarà un motivo! E poi c'è Marijan, ospite riservato e gentile con cui è veramente piacevole fare due chiacchiere davanti a un bicchiere di buon vino. Ottimo.

Estancia entrañable y muy cómoda

El apartamento tiene todo lo que se busca para disfrutar de unas estupendas vacaciones: ubicación excelente en un barrio muy cercano al centro y a otros lugares de interés y con muy buen ambiente de bares, tiendas y restaurantes menos turísticos y más auténticos. Perfectamente amueblado y con todo lo necesario para cocinar si se necesita,lo cual hace muy cómoda la estancia con niños como fue nuestro caso. Su propietario, Marijan, es una persona absolutamente entrañable, dispuesta a ayudar en lo que se necesite respetando la privacidad de los inquilinos y con el que además, si apetece, se puede mantener una fantástica conversación. Un verdadero placer, Marijan!

gemütliche und top gelegene Ferienwohnung

Mein Aufenthalt in der Wohnung hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation vor/beim/nach dem Aufenthalt lief super. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem ruhig, gemütlich und mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind schnell zu erreichen und in der Umgebung findet man Möglichkeiten für alle Geschmäcker zum Einkaufen, Essengehen und Shoppen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder!

Une excellente adresse.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil très sympathique de Marijan Uzelac, le confort et le calme de l'appartement, sa situation privilégiée (près des musées, restaurants... à 2 pas d'une boulangerie et d'un petit supermarché ). C'est très agréable de s'y reposer après une bonne journée de balades et visites dans cette belle ville.
