We would highly recommend staying here, the owner Marion is such a pleasure to deal with. She certainly made our stay comfortable and she kept us informed all along right up to meeting with us at check in. She was able to answer all our questions about the area. We will stay with her again providing we get to see Vienna again

This was a wonderful property in a quiet location. It was very cozy and a great place to unwind after a day out touring the city. It is well equipped and is an easy walk to the tram/bus route.Marion was a wonderful host. She had lots of information on local attractions and places to eat. She was quick to respond to any questions that we had. We would love to stay for another visit.

Second excellent experience at this property

Our host, Marion was superb in all respects, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, well furnished, and a two minute walk to the stop for the Number 2 tram, which feeds into the main lines and underground trains to every spot in the city. If I ever return to Vienna, I'll book here, again.

Nice appartement - super friendly host

Nice clean appt located nearby tram station, 20 min from center of Wien. Marion and her husband are super friendly and helpfull. All you need is there. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Vienna apartment

I am not surprised this lovely apartment had very high ratings, it’s truly a gem. Marion was extremely helpful and the most thoughtful host we have encountered in VRBO. We only stayed a few nights but when we return to Vienna this is the place we will stay.

Inviting and everything you need

The owner was nice and very helpful. Gave us restaurant, sightseeing and shopping suggestions. We loved our stay and was a quiet neighborhood. Parking spot was a plus and we got around by walking, tram or subway to everything. Will highly suggest and will be back.

The only sad part was leaving!

Thank you, Marion, for a fantastic two weeks! My wife and I have been to Vienna in the past—I’m an art historian, and I do research there—but this was our first time staying somewhere that wasn’t a hotel. We are so glad we made this choice! Marion immediately felt like a dear friend, and the property became home to us within hours. The bathroom and kitchen were lovely, and we were within a few minutes’ walk of two supermarkets. (We did a lot of cooking!) The #2 tramline was less than a block away and made getting to city center each day for work so easy. Sadly we couldn’t use the garden space much due to the rainy weather, but that’s okay—it gives us something to look forward to next time!

Wonderful experience! A+

This very clean, quiet, fully-equipped, and comfortable, street level one-bedroom apartment is located away from the city center in a very nice, quiet, uncrowded section of Vienna. It was a two minute walk to the Tramline 2 stop, which takes you directly into Rathaus Platz, and Karls Platz U, where most of the connections you'll want for access to all of Vienna are found. Neighborhood markets and cafés are all within easy walking distance. Marion was a superb host and mentioned some places to eat and things to do in the area I would otherwise not known of. Choose this property for your visit to Vienna for a feel of how many residents of Vienna live in this amazing city. Thank you Marion! 😊

Quiet Little Home Away From Home

This was a wonderful little apartment in a really cool old building with stone floors (not in the apartment) and a little garden nook out back that was shady and just for us. The apartment was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The owner and her son were super helpful and patient when we encountered annoying issues with our phone. They were both full of good humor and kindness. The owner is also full of great information about restaurants and places to swim. The location was so convenient, right near the rail car route, and there was a restaurant just around the corner, Pizzarea Alexandro, that had amazing salads and pizzas and the owner tended to us with affectionate care. Overall, we highly recommend, but don't book the apartment when we want it, because we'll definitely be back!

Toller Kontakt mit Marion und Familie, herzliche Aufnahme. Viele persönliche Restauranttipps. Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles da. Parkplatz hatten wir mit ein bisschen Glück direkt vor der Haustür kostenlos für den gesamten Aufenthalt (1 Woche). Wir kommen wieder.

Die Wohnung ist picobello n Schuss und die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr hilfsbereit unkompliziert und flexibel! Es fehlt an nichts unterm Strich und man fühlt sich rundum sehr wohl! Eine prima Homebase um das charmante Wien zu erkunden!

Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage mit super Anbindung an die Öffis und 200m vom Mannerwerk mit Werksverkauf entfernt :). Sehr schöne, saubere, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der man sich sofort zu Hause fühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, inklusive Klimaanlage, großer Kühlgefrierkombi und voll ausgestatteter Küchenzeile mit Geschirrspüler. Die Vermieterin ist supernett und hilfreich bei evtl. Fragen. Wir kommen wieder!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine kleine aber gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Ich habe bei Temperaturen von über 30 Grad vor allen Dingen die Klimaanlage geschätzt und die schattige kleine Gartenecke. Dazu eine nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin,jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner Städtetrip

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Marion sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Marion hat uns auch sehr gute Tipps für Wien gegeben. Haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Mit der Straßenbahn, fast direkt vor der Haustür, hat man eine perfekte Verbindung in die Innenstadt und zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder !

Gemütlich ruhige Oase im betriebsamen Wien

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man sich wünscht, sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sie ist sauber, ruhig und hat sehr nette Besitzer. Mit den "Öffis" ist man innerhalb einer Viertelstunde in der Innenstadt um Kultur und Gastronomie zu genießen. Sehr gerne kommen wir bei Gelegenheit wieder, vielen Dank!

angenehm, stressfrei und alles da ... sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermierterin nebst Sohn, optimale Unterkunft außerhalb der Stresszonen und direkte Verbindungen nach überall. Die Sportkneipe schräg gegenüber ist für ein Abschlussbier (oder zwei etc.) optimal gelegen, erkennbar osteuropäisch dominiert, alle freundlich und angenehm. So es uns die Tage wieder nach Vienna ziehen sollte, eben da bei Marion gerne wieder !!! gundula + martin

Wir waren angenehm überrascht. Sehr freundlich Vermieter. In der Wohnung alles da was man braucht. Bei Umgebungstemperaturen um die 36 Grad freut man sich, wenn wie hier die Wohnung Klimatisiert ist. Hier werden wir nochmals vorbeischauen.

schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, stylisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr bequeme Betten. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass wir einen kostenfreien Anwohnerparkausweis nutzen konnten.
