Wonderful central location1

My aunts summered there growing up and are celebrating their 85th birthday this year. This rental was absolutely perfect for our stay. The central location allowed us to walk everywhere and enjoy downtown area. The rental was not only clean but was joyfully decorated. The owner gave us perfect directions and check-in was so easy.. We plan to return to this same rental another time.

Cute condo in the perfect spot

This was the perfect spot to stay! The condo is clean and extremely organized. It is beautifully decorated and literally steps away from the heart of downtown Stone Harbor. My family and I stayed here for a wedding and were able to wake up each morning and walk to get coffee in the charming town. The owner was prompt with response to questions and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

Was very pleased with the rental. The only problem was when we were there they started paving 3rd.Ave. Was unable to remove our car for two days. Kept us from going to other towns to eat.

Excellent condo in superb location

I can't say enough great things about Siobhan's property in Stone Harbor. The condo was exactly as described and was everything that we needed as a base for a destination wedding. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants, Wawa, and the beach. Siobhan was very easy to work with and communication was quickly received and replied. She was even able to add on the linen service at the last minute for us after some plans changed. Check in and out instructions were clear and concise and the condo had everything we needed - including an iron!

Amazing Rental

This was my first time using Vrbo and I must say it was a great experience. The rental was perfect and fit the description to a tee. The property owner was super sweet, helpful and very gracious. The property was in an awesome location and was super clean. I look forward to using Vrbo again and taking another trip to Stone Harbor!

Great spot just outside of town!

Easy rental convenient to downtown. If you enjoy being able to walk most everywhere and don't have a lot to lug to the beach, this is a perfect location. Stone Harbor's beaches are easy to access also via car (plenty of street parking even in the peak season), but parking downtown can be trickier, so my preference is to park the car and walk to coffee, dinner, shopping. The condo is very neat, clean and well appointed. Great for a small family, couple or a getaway if you are traveling with a larger group but don't want to stay with 20 of your relatives!

Couldn't ask for better

My family of four (with 2 young children) spent the week in this perfectly located condo. Minutes to the beach (with a whole lot of stuff!) was a breeze. Close to restaurants, shops and evening ice cream, and did I mention a minutes walk to Wawa!! AND across the street from a playground (perfect for kiddos) Perfect size condo, not to big that space was wasted and not to small. Very clean, everything we needed was there. Very pleased with our stay!!

Charming beach condo!

This is a wonderful, charming little condo that was everything we needed! A few blocks from the beach and steps from the center of Stone Harbor's main street of restaurants and shops. The condo was really comfortable, cheery, very clean. The kitchen was full-sized and fully stocked. Our favorite bonus: the back of the condo (kitchen and 2nd bedroom) looks out onto an undeveloped lot -- trees, more trees, and lots and lots of birds made for a lovely dose of nature every morning. Siobhan was very responsive. Highly recommended!

Convenient and Cozy

Park your car and walk fits the location of this Condo perfectly! The Beach and the Downtown area with restaurants, shopping, bike rentals, watersport rentals, movie theatre and mini golf are just blocks away. Just the right size for 4 people. The updated kitchen and bathroom made it very comfortable. The owner checked in to make sure all was well. It was!

1st Summer Trip to Stone Harbor

This was our first summer trip to Stone Harbor. The condo location was perfect, close to downtown and the beach. We walked to the beach daily, we did not need to use our car. We found the condo complex to be quiet and the large deck a good place to have meals. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked several meals during our stay. The owner was very responsive to my questions. We would recommend this rental for a couple or small family.

Pristine Condo, Great Location!

My husband and I rented this condo for a wedding at The Reeds. It was the perfect location with only a couple of blocks to the venue! This property is even better than the pictures and we will definitely be coming back for another weekend getaway in the fall!

Convenient Location

The property is located just off of the main roads and within walking distance to everything. We spent a weekend and this property was much more affordable that the hotel where we were attending a wedding. In addition, the area is quiet, well maintained, and the owner accessible if needed. Amazing Condo, walk to it ALL

Quiet. clean. comfortable. close to everything. This place is truly heck of a find! It's priced very well and you'll end up paying a fraction of what the hotels will charge you for the weekend. We were in town for a wedding weekend and really enjoyed the ability to spread out and have some room vs being cramped up in a hotel room with only the beds to sit on. The place is all updated, its VERY clean and was extremely comfortable. We had 2 couples spend the weekend and the rest of our family was just raving at how close brookside was to everything in stone harbor. I could go on and on! I felt like it hit the lottery finding this place and not having to pay the $$$ the outdated shore hotels wanted!

A Great Place!

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door on this reasonably priced rental. It was spotless and well furnished with a completely updated kitchen and all the necessary utensils, etc. Location is ideal - 2 short blocks from restaurants and shopping (96th St) and just 3 blocks from the beach. WaWa convenience store right across the street. Reserved parking spot was a big plus. Owner followed up by phone to make sure all was OK (it was). We look forward to coming back!

Beautiful Rental in Downtown

I have been going to Stone Harbor on family vacations since I was a child; now that I have a family of my own I looked for an updated, clean rental that would be close to everything I needed. This condo fit that description perfectly. Unlike most of the rentals in this price-range, this unit is fully renovated and decorated beautifully. The condo is a perfect size for a family of four or five (I stayed with my husband, toddler, mother and sister) and, despite being a condo, is very quiet. We were initially concerned being in busy downtown, but the unit faces away from the street, is on the second floor, and is in the back of the complex. The walls are also nicely sound-proofed so we could watch TV in the main living space while my two-year-old slept in the bedroom. The deck is wonderful and you are only sharing with two other units; community grill is also a plus. The best thing about the condo is the location. It's directly across from Wawas and one block from Springers and downtown area, three blocks from the beach. We walked everywhere we needed to in Stone Harbor. The parking spot comes in handy but there's also plenty of parking on the side road next to the complex for multiple vehicles. We truly enjoyed our time here and the owner was very accommodating and easy to get ahold off and work with. I would highly recommend this rental!
