Located at 20 Chemin des Pins, Cayamant, QC J0X 1Y0 (also known 20 Chem des Pins, La Vallee-de-la-Gatineau, QC J0X 1Y0) lakeside and in the heart of beautiful cottage country. Newly renovated, sitting of a very large lot and perfect for families / groups to get away and enjoy the beautiful outdoors atmosphere.

Cottage Layout: Main floor and lower unit are not accessible to each other from the inside. 5/6 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathroom (1 per floor). Top unit living room has a wood burning stove, flat screen TV/DVD and High Speed Wireless Internet. Lots of seating in a beautiful newly renovated, open concept layout with large windows for great view of the backyard, lake and outdoors. Fully equipped kitchen (granite counter tops, huge island, stainless steel appliances, very large fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Lots of plates, bowls, cups, pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils ...etc). Lower unit has a full kitchen as well with a large fridge and stove/oven.

EACH level has 1 Full Bathroom with shower/tub, sink, and toilet.

Towels and bed linen are cleaned and replaced after each rental along with the entire cottage being cleaned and spotless for each time it's rented for new guests check in’s.

On the property is a large outdoor Fire pit, boat launch ramp, boat dock (excellent for fishing Perch and Lake Bass right off the dock) and a big clean lake for swimming and water fun. To my renter I include water toys to enjoy: 3 person canoe, 1 person kayak, 2-4 seater paddle boat, 3 stand-up board and lots of paddles. NO LIFE JACKETS AVAILABLE.
