Thank you for choosing Villa Bella and for taking the time to review the property. We are so sorry that you had internet issues during your stay. This was a one off and it transpired that the line which went from the Cosmote (phone supplier) box to the house under ground had been damaged during storms and over time. There were 4 breaks in the line and it required over 150 metres of new line which wasn't a simple job. This was done as quickly as possible although appreciate it was the following week after your departure. For future we have also installed a 4G router which will kick in should the lines be disrupted in any way. We understand what it is like to have teens keen to be on their phones/ipads constantly but do hope that the facilities of the villa with the private pool, table tennis, electronic games, football table, board games, large DVD film collection etc plus the close proximity of the fantastic sandy beach was enough to keep them entertained. The villa is checked thoroughly pre-season and since it is my home in the winter it is of interest to have everything in working order for me as well as my guests. We do rely on the cleaners to advise of any issues evident on the changeover, so apologies for anything that may have been missed. As in any house, things do get broken, screws need tightening and bulbs blow. We always have a team on hand who can fix these things straight away. As well as the property management team who visited the property, I personally as the owner made a couple of visits and items such as blocked shower could have been fixed even quicker had it been highlighted whilst I was on site. We are sorry that you felt inconvenienced by the issues highlighted. The standard cleaning programme of the vast majority of villas in the area are once a week. Villas are rented as self catering homes so you can enjoy a home from home experience with the privacy you would not get in a hotel. We have found that most guests do not like the intrusion of cleaners when they are trying to relax in the villa and everyone in the party is on a different time schedule. We have, however, added in a mid week towel change and light clean based on your recommendation as provided as an extra to yourselves. We can also provide additional cleaning at a supplement on request. We do hope that the issues highlighted didn't mar your enjoyment of the villa as the direct feedback I received from a couple of people in your party was that it was a fantastic house. We do hope that we can welcome you back in the future for your family holidays. Rest assured we always aim to provide a responsive service and to meet expectations.
