Spacious House with Garden for up to 9 Guests in a Charming Coastal Village

This spacious house with a private garden is perfect for up to 9 guests, located in a small village surrounded by stunning seascapes and long sandy beaches. All rooms have exterior windows, ensuring bright and airy spaces.

The property features a private swimming pool, garden, and barbecue area. It is just 500 metres from the rocky beach "Es Carregador" and 2 km from the famous Es Trenc beach.

Layout & Amenities

The house is distributed over two floors:

- Ground Floor: A large living-dining room with a fireplace, TV, Smart TV, and music system. A fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the rear garden and barbecue area. One twin bedroom and a full bathroom with a mini bathtub/shower.

First Floor: Three double bedrooms, two of them with a private terrace, plus one twin bedroom. There are also two full bathrooms with a bathtub/shower.

The house, north-facing, remains naturally cool during hot summer days. Additionally, each bedroom is equipped with fans to ensure a comfortable temperature.
Outdoor Space & Extras
The property offers a private outdoor pool, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. A babycot is available upon request.

🔹 Guests must bring their own beach/pool towels.
🔹 As per Balearic tourism regulations, a tourist tax of 2.20€ per person per night (for guests over 16) must be paid in cash upon arrival.

For water sports enthusiasts, the nearby marinas of S’Estanyol and Sa Ràpita offer sailing, fishing, and kayaking courses.

Just a 5-minute drive away, you can reach the beautiful beaches of Sa Ràpita, Ses Covetes, and Es Trenc. The house is also near Colonia Sant Jordi, where you can visit a weekly fresh produce market and take a boat trip to Cabrera National Park.

🚍 Public transport is available, but services are limited, so we strongly recommend renting a car for greater flexibility and comfort.

Tout était conforme à la description, une maison très spacieuse, propre et bien équipée avec un extérieur très agréable et un environnement calme et résidentiel.Mercè nous a accueilli chaleureusement et s'est montrée très disponible tout au long du sejour.

Check-in war problemlos, tolles Haus, gute Ausstattung, nette Vermieterin. Leider wurde der Pool nur am Tag der Ankunft gereinigt, sodass nach drei Tagen das Wasser um und trüb war. Gestunken hat er auch. Der Strand in der Nähe ist steinig ( Felsen) es erwartet euch dort kein Sandstrand. Der ist nur mit einem Auto oder Bus erreichbar.

Sehr schöne Finca. Man hat alles was man braucht. Gut ausgestattete Küche und Wohnbereich. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend, perfekt zum Erholen. Supermarkt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Nähe. Können wir nur empfehlen.

Very nice house

We had a good time at this nice and big house with an amazing outdoor pool area. The only thing is that it was really hot during our stay and there was no AC. But we had fans in all rooms. The housekeeper was very helpful and always easy and quick to reach. Thank you for the week!

Großes Haus mit sauberem Pool, sehr nette Vermieterin, die uns einen early-check-in ermöglicht hat. Generell war alles sehr unkompliziert. Es könnte ein wenig mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden, v.a. in den Duschen. Die Instandhaltung des Hauses ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen... Bei Ankunft wurde gleich darauf hingewiesen, dass es bei Lautstärke immer Probleme mit Nachbarn/Polizei gibt. Dennoch schöne Lage, tolle Gastgeberin und schöner Aufenthalt.

Muy amplia y cómoda, una estancia fenomenal

Fantástico! Muy buena y muy cómoda. Tanto los espacios interiores como exteriores son muchos y muy amplios, por lo que para un grupo tan grande es perfecto. Muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario, no faltó nada. La piscina y barbacoa dieron mucho juego, sobre todo para los chavales, que disfrutaron un montón los momentos en casa. La relación con la agencia fue rápida y perfecta en todo momento, incluso nos permitieron hacer el check-in antes porque la casa se liberó. Genial!

Schöne Grüße Unterkunft 2 km vom Strand

Der von FeWo Direkt generierte "Gästelink" funktionierte nicht immer. Davon abgesehen kann man es in dem Anwesen sehr gut aushalten. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, der Pool ausreichend groß und alles sauber. Mercè und Victoria sind sehr gute Gastgeberinnen und die Kommunikation mit ihnen lief immer schnell und problemlos.

Séjour parfait dans une maison parfaite

Super séjour en famille et avec des amis .La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée.le jardin et la piscine sont grands .nous avons été accueillis très gentiment avec des bons conseils pour les sorties aux alentours. Super Haus

Das Haus war super und genauso, wenn nicht sogar besser als auf den Photos ! Merce & Victoria sind sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vorabkommunikation war perfekt. 2 fabulous weeks at Bonaire

We were a party for 9 (5 adults and 4 children) who stayed for 2 weeks. The villa was a fabulous spacious Mallorcan style property which was perfect for our group size. The photos don’t really do it justice. Merce and Victoria who manage the property are lovely and really helpful. The outside area is great. It has a fantastic area for breakfast in the morning which is in the shade and then a large table on the terrace by the pool for meals in the evening. Yes there is no air con but there are fans in every room and shutters and we all seemed to adjust to the temperature very quickly. The pool is a major highlight of the house. It is a great size and the kids were in it literally all day! The villa is in a residential area that is very quiet. It is a short walk to the sea however there is no beach there. There are a few good restaurants 800m-1km away, 2 ice cream shops, a couple of small but well stocked shops and a lovely bakery. There was a bus stop on the seafront but we didn’t use the bus. We had hire cars which allowed us to get to nearby towns and beaches. There is a beach at Sa Rapita which is probably 1.5km away. Our favourite beach was at Colònia de Sant Jordi which is lovely town. Campos is the nearest town with supermarkets. Palma is only 40 minutes away and definitely worth a visit. The only things that could be improved would be the quality of the WiFi as it was not good. Also neither TV had any UK channels- only Spanish and German. Finally there were only 3 wine glasses- not ideal for a house of 10!!! These are only small things because overall we loved our stay and would thoroughly recommend.

Schöne Finca mit Abstrichen

Wir hatten die Finca für eine Woche Großfamilienurlaub gebucht. Aufgrund der Größe sehr zu empfehlen, auch der schön angelegte Garten mit Grill und Pool waren sehr schön. Jedoch ganz klarer Nachteil war die fehlende Klimaanlage, bei der Hitze kaum auszuhalten. Auch die Option die Fenster die Nacht über offen zu halten, war nicht ideal. Die Nachbarschaft war zum Teil sehr laut und Punkt 4:30h an jedem Morgen hat der Hahn gekräht. Somit war die Nacht auch wieder rum, denn bei geschlossenen Fenster entstand sofort eine stickig Hitze im Haus & vom Schlaf nicht zu denken. Ebenso war die Lage nicht sehr optimal. Kein Sandstrand, nur Felsen und leider auch nur 2-3 Lokale. Die Ortschaft ist nicht für den Tourismus ausgelegt - bedingt durch den fehlenden Sandstrand. Positiv ist jedoch anzumerken, dass der Kontakt zu Victoria und Mercé sehr reibungslos und herzlich verlief.

A nice house in very calm surroundings

We had a wonderful stay for a fortnight. To start with the conversations with Victoria and Mercé were swift prompt and to the point, always. The pictures on the site is now 10 years old and the corresponding changes have occurred although they are still quite adequate. The beds were of different standards from quite OK to hard and creaky. Some of the kitchenware were out of date or malfunctioning but should now be fixed. The garden was wonderful and we especially enjoyed the pool. Our grandchildren got cots to sleep in and stool to sit in (Superb service there!). All in all we had a wonderful time in the house and it served us well. Good legs, bikes or rental cars is necessary in order to reach the beaches in the vicinity. We can as you might have guessed from the above recommend the house and have all but good things to say about the landlord!

Maison accueillante, séjour réussi pour notre "grande famille" réunie à Majorque

Séjour en famille ( 11 personnes, 3 générations) très réussi dans cette spacieuse et confortable maison , proche du littoral, mais à l'écart de la côte bétonnée de Palma. Quartier très calme. Mercé et Victoria sont fort accueillantes et arrangeantes. Dommage, la météo de cet automne ne nous a pas permis de profiter ni du charme du jardin, ni de la piscine extérieure. Qu'importe! nous avons pu découvrir l'essentiel de cette ile et garderons tous, petits et grands, un excellent souvenir de ce séjour.

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 1 Kind und es hat allen sehr viel Spaß gemacht in dieser riesigen Villa. Riesige Küche und extra Grillplatz hinterm Haus. Überalle kann man zusammen am Tisch sitzen und quatschen, essen und trinken. Die Villa besitzt den Mallorcinischen Charme und ist nichts fürHochglanztouristen. Alles ist in Holz, Naturstein und brauntönen gehalten und gibt das richtige MallorcaFeeling. Der Pool wurde viel genutzt. Die meisten Wandertouren sind ca. 1,5 Stunden entfernt. Da muss man hin und zurück schon etwas Zeit einplanen. Ansonsten ist es dort im Süden ruhiger und ländlicher. Viele schöne Fischerdörfer und kleinere Örtchen sind in 20-30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch tolle Steilstrände mit 9m Klippen zum Springen geeignet findet man in Caja Santanyi. Das Meer ist 600 m entfernt, man kann dort auch ins Wasser, aber der richtige Strand ist ca. 3 km entfernt (10 min mit Auto, 30 min zu Fuß). Den Grill und die Küche konnten wir ausgiebig nutzen, ein Grundstock an Gewürzen und Ölen und anderen Utensilien ist vorhanden und sollte am ersten Tag begutachtet werden, bevor man zuviel einkauft. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder hin. Bei Schlechtwetterlagen auch gut zu empfehlen, da ein Kamin vorhanden ist.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in ihrer Unterkunft. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Übergabe hat reibungslos geklappt, obwohl wir uns verspätet hatten. Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestatet. Es fehlte an nichts. Jeder Zeit wieder. Eine kleine Anmerkung: Die Liegen an der Poolanlage könnten erneuert werden.

Perfect Vacation!

We were a group of 9 girls and we loved the house! Everything is bigger than it appears on pictures and everything was clean. Many thanks to Victoria for the Organisation and thanks to Mercè who greeted us with a warm welcome in the house. The villa is 10minutes away by car from the beautiful beach Es Trenc. Perfect home for a family vacation!

I stayed here earlier in June this year and it was great! We were two families (4 adults + 4 children) staying for 1 week. The house offered plenty of room and bathrooms so we could easily have stayed longer! I think the main feature of the house is the pool and the “gated” garden, which made it impossible for the younger (2-3 years) children to run away =) The area is very calm and you have some restaurants / mini-markets within 10 minutes reach. I would suggest to have a rental car (as we did) to get better access to the beach. I would for sure recommend this home for anyone who wants a relaxing time! /Fredrik
