この半戸建ての家は、トスカーナのマレンマの中心部にあるカパルビオの古代の村を囲む田舎にある、18世紀の農家の農業の別館から取得されます。 自然に完全に没頭しているが、海に非常に近い。
2014年に完全に改装され、お客様の滞在を快適にするために必要なすべてを備えています。 ここで説明するコテージの一部は、アメリカンキッチンとラウンジのある広いリビングルーム（ソファ/ベッド、2つのダブルベッドルーム、二段ベッドのある子供用ベッドルーム（2か所）、シャワー付きのバスルーム2つで構成されています。 、ランドリー。 設備の整ったキッチン：ガスストーブ（4バーナー）オーブン、冷凍庫付き冷蔵庫、VCR付きカラーテレビ、全室にエアコン、無制限のwi-fiインターネット、パーゴラと8人用のテーブル付きの予約済み屋外エリア、庭、駐車場（2台分）と専用の松林。
価格表に記載されている価格は最低1週間の滞在であり、短期滞在も可能ですが、1日あたりの価格は20％増加します。

Wir waren das erste Mal in der Toskana und fanden den Urlaub traumhaft. Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war super und immer freundlich. Bei Fragen bekam man immer schnell Antworten. Auch die Leute, die sich um alles vor Ort kümmern, waren steht’s freundlich und haben uns geholfen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr abgeschieden, liegt dafür komplett im Grünen und es ist sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist super, vor allem die Klimaanlage war unsere Rettung an den heißen Tagen. Das Einzige, was uns etwas störte, war der unbefestigte Weg zum Haus. Er ist sehr eng und hat viele Löcher, für große Autos nicht gut befahrbar. Ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich, es sei denn, man mag langes Laufen. Der schöne lange Strand war ca. 12 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt und die nächste Stadt ca. 15 Minuten. Ich kann jedem diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, ob mit Kindern oder ohne.

Bel posto accogliente bellissima natura

Siamo andati per tre giorni con amici e I nostri bambini e devo dire che siamo stati davvero bene. La casa è carina ed accogliente, arredata con una certa cura e la cucina è sufficientemente fornita. Fuori il giardino ma anche il vialetto di ingresso e la zona intorno sono molto ben curati, pieni di piante e di verde. Il tempo era buono e abbiamo mangiato sempre in giardino. La zona intorno vale decisamente una visita. Una cosa però, è assolutamente necessaria la macchina. Molto bello il paese di Capalbio, dove abbiamo anche mangiato bene. Per chi ama le passeggiate in bici la Feniglia è una bella sorpresa.

A beautiful place

We had a very good time there, the apartment was very very spacious, all the rooms were quite nicely furnished, we were all nicely accommodated, managed to have some privacy, and with three bathrooms never had to fight for it! Also the dining room and living room were very large and furnished with care, we spent a couple of evening quietly at home, some chatting and some watching a movie, without getting in each other’s way. The garden was very nice and very well kept, we also liked the vegetable garden at the back of the house, it belonged to the main property but we could walk in it, the housekeeper gave us some very nice organic courgettes, the lasts of the season, they tested delicious!! A very pleasant country place, we certainly would recommend it.

VACANZA (in)DIMENTICABILE

Ho appena trascorso 2 settimane alla villa Sunflower di Capalbio con la famiglia. Una volta giunti a destinazione, cosa non facilissima, visto che dal centro di Pescia Fiorentina ci sono 5 km di cui 3 di sterrato non proprio piacevole da percorrere soprattutto più volte al giorno,ci si ritova veramente immersi nel cuore della Maremma.La casa quindi non è proprio vicino al mare.La spiaggia più vicina è a Chiarone scalo ( Ultima Spiaggia)e dista 13 km (e non 8 )dall'appartamento e ci si impiega 25 minuti e non 10 di auto. Per quanto riguarda la casa è abbastanza grande all'interno con 2 belle stanze matrimoniali e un bel locale cucina/soggiorno. Invece la camera dei bimbi è proprio piccola con un letto a castello in 2 mq c.ca. e con una finestrella irraggiungibile posta sul soffitto. La cucina non è fornitissima e le pentole non incoraggiano certo a cucinare visto che sono abbastanza rovinate. Il giardino è bello però non si può utilizzare molto soprattutto la sera causa presenza ingente di insetti che spesso entrano in appartamento come vespe calabroni e cimici. Quindi consiglio di utilizzare l'aria condizionata così da lasciar chiuse le porte State attenti però che 2/3 volte al giorno "salta" la corrente e di conseguenza anche l'acqua viene a mancare creando un disagio non indifferente. Attenzione anche alla quasi mancanza di linea telefonica, infatti il cellulare trova linea solo fuori dall'appartamento. Va meglio per chi ha uno smartphone visto che c'è una buona wi fi a parte quando si rimane senza corrente....e quindi completamente isolati Per tutte queste ragioni l'esperienza è stata negativa; sicuramente non posso consigliarla a un amico.

un posto bellissimo

E’ davvero un bel posto non ce lo aspettavamo così bello. Il giardino è molto curato la natura intorno rigogliosa, le colline bellissime, siamo stati davvero in pace, i bambini si sono divertiti a correre ed esplorare a più non posso. Anche la casa ci è piaciuta molto, spaziosissima, luminosa, silenziosissima e recentemente ristrutturata. Coi bambini piccoli abbiamo mangiato spesso in casa o in giardino e la cucina era una cucina vera comoda e soddisfacentemente accessoriata. Capalbio bellissima e molto romantica. Che dire, davvero una bella vacanza!

ma che bel posto!!!

siamo stati davvero bene, bel giardino curato, immerso nel verde e vicino ai boschi, a un passo dal mare e dal paese di Capabio (che consiglio davvero di visitare ….e soprattutto di mangiarci!!!) L’ appartamento è grazioso e confortevole, molto in stile country toscano poi abbiamo avuto la sorpresa di trovarlo appena ripitturato e risistemato. Una vacanza davvero rilassante e piacevole…

"L''appartamento ormai so...

"L''appartamento ormai soffre di una certa usura e si è completamente isolati: non c''è linea per i cellulari e manca completamente la connessione internet. Si arriva a destinazione dopo un lungo sterrato polveroso e ricco di tafani; il posto, suggestivo di per sé essendo circondato dal bosco e immerso nel verde proprio per questo richiede una continua lotta contro insetti di ogni tipo. In casa abbiamo avuto calabroni, grossi ragni che piovevano dalle tende, geco in camera da letto e quant''altro la natura possa offrire. Quando ci siamo rivolti al proprietario, ad esempio per i calabroni (nido sul tetto) nulla è stato fatto. La stanza con i letti a castello è uno sgabuzzino di 2 mq senza finestre. Insomma, esperienza poco felice e sconsigliata soprattutto se non amate gli insetti. Da considerare che noi abbiamo soggiornato in piena estate."

Abbiamo voluto credere ai commenti degli altri ospiti, ed abbiamo fatto bene. La casa è davvero come la descrivono: Immersa nel verde e nella pace, ben tenuta (fra l’altro il custode e sua moglie sono persone gentilissime) e molto più bella che in foto. Posto bellissimo in piena campagna maremmana, molto rilassante. La posizione è ideale, fuori dalla confusione ma comoda per il mare (anche se noi, purtroppo, siamo venuti in inverno), e le gite nel territorio circostante. Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza.

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbe...

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter und Housekeeper. Das Anwesen ist nur über eine ca. 5 Min. Fahrt über ein "Schottersträsschen" erreichbar. Auto unbedingt von Nöten. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen, auch ideal für Urlaub mit eigenen Hunden (der Eigentümer besitzt selbst 5 Hunde). Einichtung der Wohnung ist sehr bescheiden und etwas schmutzig. Zimmer mit Kajütenbett verfügt über kein Fenster und ist sehr eng. Die Betten sind schon sehr alt und nicht für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen geeignet. Kein DSL Zugang, kein Handyempfang.

I like to meet people, to talk to them, and sometimes, why not, keep in touch! It is truly fulfilling when, after spending a vacation in one of our places, people get back to me and let me know that they have had a good time!
I can not always meet my guests in person (I divide my time between Rome and Tuscany, where we have a farm), but I personally answer to their questions, take care of their request and organize their sojourn. I’m glad when people decide to spend their vacation in our beautiful country, that I love so much, and I try to help them making the best of it!

The villa is located on the farm Poggio Capraio, a 64 hectares estate, in the Tuscan countryside. The place is simply beautiful and quiet, completely immersed in one of the most delightful corners of Tuscany.
It is set among forests of oaks and cypress avenues, and very close to the seacoast. In ten minutes driving you can reach the famous bathing establishment “L’ ultima spiaggia”, popular among public figures and so often mentioned in the tabloids. If you prefer a quiet spot at the same distance is situated the oasis of Burano, a WWF resort; classified first among Italian beaches, for water clarity and preservation of the ecosystem.

The first time I saw Poggio Capraio I thought 'I found it!'. I did not know whether to be happy or scared. The place was really beautiful: an eighteenth-century farmhouse on top of a hill overlooking the surrounding hills, forests and the sea. However, the work to be done to restore it to its former glory was so much! Now that it is finished, the villa and garden are perfect and we look forward to sharing them with you. An holiday here is a feast for the eyes and the heart.
