Great location, great space, responsive host!

This is a fantastic location to explore Barbados! Close to beaches and amenities. Very well-kept property with a great little pool. Nice and quiet at night as well.

Wonderful location, great communication, but more tired property

My wife and I have been coming to Barbados for decades and have stayed in a number of places, including four units in Margate. While the complex is lovely, this particular unit is definitely showing its age and is need of work. The kitchen drawers do not open and close easily, the furniture - in and out - is not comfortable (though the beds were great), the screens do not close properly, and the television has limited options. The apartment was kept immaculately clean, and the owner was exceptionally responsive, but having friends and family in other units in Margate Gardens, we felt that this one really needs an upgrade to be brought up to where we know others are in the complex.

My family and I really enjoyed out three bedroom, three bath duplex at Margate Gardens. The property is beautifully landscaped and well-kept. The location was great for us since we did not rent a car. The boardwalk is right across the street, a shopping mall next door and close to many places to eat. I would stay here again.

Great location!

The property was extremely convenient and we could walk to the beach, shops and many restaurants. Although as a returning Barbadian I was disappointed with the appearance of my island, Margate Gardens was extremely well maintained. Comarie was awesome when our flight was cancelled and we needed somewhere to spend the night!

A great experience all around

I was extremely pleased with this rental. The property manager was attentive and punctual. The property was beautiful, clean and as described. The location was central and close to grocery and convenience stores. The beach was literally across the street. I've already recommended this property to two friends who will be renting it in the near future. You won't be disappointed.
