Charming and enchanting vacation cottage in the hills of Salt Lake City, Utah. Very centrally located, the cottage is only three blocks from the University of Utah campus, SLC TRAX Stadium station, and Rice Eccles Stadium and is less than two miles from downtown SLC and the Convention Center. It is ten minutes from the SLC International airport, minutes from hiking trails and mountain canyons, and only 20-25 minutes from local, world-class ski resorts. Lavender Hill Cottage is incredibly well located.
This property is quaint and beautiful, and unlike any other property you will experience in the area. While low on reviews with VRBO, this property is listed on other vacation property rental sites and has commanded a Five Star, Super Host rating, with hundreds of outstanding reviews.
Your family and friends will make beautiful memories here that will last a lifetime. Please communicate openly with me about the purpose of your stay and guest count and everything will go smoothly for us all. Most importantly, for you as my guests.
House rules: No parties unless previously cleared by the owner.
