Welcome to this magnificent rustic house located in the village of Caimari. It sleeps 6 people.

The outside areas are fabulous, with a chlorinated pool of 5 x 3.5 m with a depth ranging from 0.7 to 1.40 m, a solarium with six deck-chairs, a fully equipped terrace, a barbecue for foodies, and great views of the countryside. On the first floor terrace, you will find wonderful views.

This 140 m2 house, distributed over two floors, has three bedrooms: two on the first floor (one double and one twin) and one double on the ground floor. They all have air conditioning. A cot and a high chair are available on request. There are two bathrooms on the ground floor that serve the entire house, one with shower and one with bath.

The living room is cosy and has a sofa, a coffee table, satellite TV, a wood-burning stove and air conditioning. The dining room is equipped with a dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen uses gas and is fully equipped. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is central heating throughout the apartment.

Caimari is a charming little town located in the middle of the Tramuntana mountains, surrounded by nature. It is ideal for nature lovers and hikers, because of the several walking routes. Caimari is known for its olive oil production. There is a big oil mill used for making oil with the olive harvest of the area. This village offers everything you need for your stay. In Inca, a town that is just 5 km from Caimari, you will find many and bigger shops and supermarkets and a wide variety of entertainment activities.

Amazing house in a cozy small village

The hause is amazing, even nicer that in the pictures. The owner was very kind and gave us great ideas for visiting the surrounding areas. The town is very nice and has a great restaurant, with amazing food and the best service. We spent 2 weeks at the house with 2 kids and we had an amazing vacations. We will come back for sure

Eine Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt! Die Küche war super ausgestattet, so dass wir alles kochen konnten, als wäre man zu Hause! Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig, so dass man wunderbar entspannen und sich prima vom Alltag erholen kann. Ich würde jedesmal wieder buchen!

Very kind and helpful owner. ? Lovely peaceful area, fantastic views over the island Immacuately clean house, pool and surroundings. Everything you need in the kitchen. Perfect surroundings for a relaxing holiday ☀️ Parking at the house is not possible, but there is free parking two streets away, at the public parking by the church. Easy. Guests need more instructions in, how to get rid of garbage.

Abends und an regnerischen Tagen ist die Wohnung kalt. Das die Stromrechnung noch mal separat abgerechnet wird, ist zwar auch in der Beschreibung, aber der entstandene Preis erschien uns sehr hoch.

The villa is absolutely beautiful

The villa is absolutely beautiful. It’s very spacious and immaculately clean. It is extremely well stocked in terms of kitchen utensils and towels, although could have been better stocked in terms of basic food (oil, spices etc) and toilet paper. The location is stunning and very serene. I would recommend a car though to get around. Lastly, whilst the owner of the property was lovely, we struggled with the indirect communication via Homerti, and feel that it created additional confusion. We would have preferred to have direct contact with the owner from the off.

Fantastic house in a peaceful village.Made extremely welcome by the owners and the villagers.

Great location, ideal for cycling and walking. Lovely house with loads of space, lots of places to visit locally without having to go too far. Would love to visit again in the future.

Lovely base for a walking week

We loved the location on the edge of Caimari, a really charming little town. The terrace looks out over farmland and gets the morning sun, great for breakfasts even in March. We always found car parking easy within 80 metres (you can drive into the courtyard to unload). The house is well equipped, a good kitchen, 2 showers and washing machine, comfortable beds, convenient heating when you occasionally need it in the evenings (in early March),everything easy to use, and we made use of the small supermarket within easy walking distance, particularly for fresh bread in the mornings. As a base for walking, we found the location ideal - you are close to the Lluc Monastery area in the hills above and also an easy drive through Inca to the motorway if you want to explore further afield. We walked from the house one day up old tracks into the hills and back down the pilgrims path, delightful!

lovely villa

This is a very lovely villa. We were surprised to see that the place looks even better than on the pictures. Everything was perfectly clean and well equipped. They gave us some snacks and a bottle of red wine for welcoming. The village itself is very small and quiet. We went out for dinner to Sa Tafona which is ok and to Ca Na Toneta which was great. Jacuzzi has cold water as it already says in the text of the villa so we did not use it.
