Marta is a great host, fast communication very helpful. Apartment was exactly as described, perfectly clean. It is centrally located and was perfect for our stay with six adults.

This was truly one of the best VRBO properties of the many we have stayed at! From the beginning of our booking through our departure, Marta was an amazing communicator. We were two grandparents with an adult daughter and two granddaughters, 20 and 15, and everyone loved the apartment accommodations, especially the multiple bathrooms. It was so well stocked (fruit, snacks, candy!) and comfortable - no detail was overlooked. The outdoor patio was so lovely, and we enjoyed our morning coffee there. The location was also ideal - quite near the Piazza de Popolo. WiFi and AC were great. Perfect spot for our Rome visit.

Marta was so very accommodating and helpful. The location couldn’t be better and the apartment was so bright and cheery even though it was too cold to use the gorgeous outside patio. It has everything you could possibly need and more. What you notice when you first walk in is attention to detail with welcoming snacks and lovely decor. Thanks Marta!

This was an absolutely AMAZING apartment located in a fantastic area of Rome. There was easy access to every amenity, site, area, or activity one could desire. We easily walked to Bioparco di Roma for our grandson to enjoy. The Pantheon, Jewish Ghetto, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and others. The shopping was also amazing within blocks of the apartment. Restaurants, as it is in Rome, were also abundant with a fantastic one just outside the door. Also, Bar Nino, located just around the corner was a great spot for morning cappuccinos and croissants.As for the apartment, the photos don’t do it justice. The beds are comfortable with ample pillows, The kitchen had the amenities necessary for us to easily prepare meals at the apartment. The outdoor courtyard is amazing, a space we spent much time in the mornings and evenings. Marta - the owner - provided exceptional communication. She coordinated with us in providing transfers at check in and out. The fees were much better than an Uber van. She also provided us with suggestions for activities and events that were happening during our stay. She is AWESOME!When - not if - we visit Rome again we know exactly where we’ll stay!

This apartment was exceptional: beautiful, comfortable, and special. The pictures in the listing accurately represent the apartment. My teen & tween appreciated the en suite bathroom and the balcony overlooking the street. The inside terrace was a wonderful place for morning coffee or eating dinner.

Great Stay

Great place! Excellent for a group with each room having a washroom.

Excellent place. Outdoor patio was great for hanging out and the location was prime to all the sites and the metro to the airport. Air con in each room and fully supplied kitchen. Would stay again.

At one point we cocked up the electrical and Marta was there, on her motorcycle, in 15 minutes and sorted out the problem. A very responsive host of a wonderful apartment with its own garden patio and in such a central part of Rome. Recommended unconditionally Thank you Marta.

Wonderful apartment. Fantastic location. The host was very responsive and very helpful with storing bags and allowing early access to the apartment. It was very roomy for our family of eight adults with a lovely outdoor sitting area. Kitchen well equipped. apartment was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place in fabulous neighborhood

We had the nicest stay at Marta’s place. The accommodations were very comfortable and there’s an adorable little patio we enjoyed coffee and wine on. Marta was very attentive and helpful. The neighborhood is very charming with a very short walk to the Piazza Del Popolo.

Lovely apartment

Absolutely loved this apartment. Comfortable beds, great location, beautifully decorated. Nice to have the A/C. The courtyard patio is charming, and we spent most of our time oit there. Marta is great, and very helpful!

Little oasis in central Rome

This was the second time we stayed at this wonderful apartment situated very close to the Piazza de Popolo. Very convenient location within walking distance to all the major tourist attractions. Close to restaurants and public transportation. Apartment has all the amenities one could wish for. The host was very friendly and accommodating which made our stay very enjoyable.

I renovated the apartment last year, owned by my family for generations, with a passion not only of an architect but also of those who have lived here many nice moments . It was in fact the house of my grandparents . For its location at the center of the Eternal City , I immediately thought of making it available to those who want to live an unforgettable Roman holiday .
