Very nice luxury apartment with pool in the marina

Finally, a spacious apartment in CAP AGDE!! This 55 m² apartment (twice as large as the average rental), which is bright and air-conditioned, will charm you with its surroundings and its tasteful Moorish-style interior design.
Located on the first floor of a one-story building, you’ll have no neighbors above or below you

Enjoy a magnificent view from the apartment’s two floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the residence’s interior gardens, reminiscent of Andalusian patios

The residence has a pool, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away!
Pandemic-related health protocols may restrict or limit access to the pool depending on government decisions
A taste of paradise for an unforgettable vacation
