Trastevere, Campo de Fiori - The heart of Rome for 6 people

700 meters from Campo de Fiori and in the heart of Trastevere, 50 meters from the Basilica of Santa Maria in Trastevere (the oldest church in Rome), we have a magnificent and bright apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people!
The apartment has just been renovated and is composed as follows:
- Living room with sofa bed, table, tv and bookcase
- Large kitchen with dining table, fully equipped for preparing meals
- Double bedroom with 160cm wide bed and a large wardrobe
- Double bedroom with 140cm wide bed
- Two bathrooms, one with shower.
The facilities are: air conditioning and heating in all rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, free wi-fi, TV and phone.
Under the house you will find everything you need (shops, bars, restaurants...), so you can go around on foot or by bicycle (can be rented directly under the house),

THE DISTRICT
Trastevere is the place where the Roman people were born and developed. Source of inspiration of the poets Belli and Trilussa, Trastevere is the heart of Rome.
Today, the Trastevere district is one of the most beautiful and characteristic of Rome, the fulcrum of nightlife and food and wine, open-air theater of beautiful squares such as Piazza Trilussa, Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere - home of the oldest church in Rome - Piazza S. Cosimato, churches and historic alleys, ancient and contemporary emblem of Romanity.
Walking on the Ponte Sisto you can reach Campo de' Fiori, otherwise you can reach the Tiber Island by crossing the oldest bridge in Rome, Ponte Fabricio.

You will be amazed, a walk through the Trastevere alleys will show you the soul of the eternal city!

In case you wish, we can offer the following services:

!! ENTRY TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30!! For entry from 10pm to 12.30am a supplement of €50 will be applied.
ACCESS TO THE HOUSE IS NOT PERMITTED AFTER 00.30 - YOU WILL THEREFORE BE ASKED TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION

- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) and the cleaning costs of € 140 will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 45 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

- travel cot is available upon request

IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to attach a photo of your identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Upon request, guests must send documents relating to the registration of arrivals.

We could control our room temps so that was great. We were only there for 2 nights but the flat is in a great location if you want to be away from the crazy crowds. You are right in the food area which is what we wanted.

My brother and I stayed here for a few nights. Perfect for two people or two couples. Absolutely great location to be close to the Santa Maria square providing a great hub to walk to the city center. Fun atmosphere as it is in the heart of the restaurant district so finding a good spot to eat is never difficult. Yet quiet enough to get a great night sleep. Finding the flat was a little challenging. And there are two flights of stairs to tackle so be prepared when you arrive with heavy luggage. Host was great, very communicative.

Great spot in Trastevere!

Sweet spot in the middle of all that’s happening in the neighborhood! Great restaurant right next door. Tucked away, but with easy access to the main roads and the river. The apartment is very big for this area and we all slept very well after touring around Rome all weekend!

Great location, clean, easy!

Bright, clean, fun apartment with all the amenities. Host was very attentive and check in/out was so easy. The location is excellent if you are looking to be in the center of Trastevere and the nightlife. We will be back.

Great location…feels local! Walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and shops. Fun nightlife …yet felt safe for my teenagers. The apartment was clean, as pictured with accommodations…easy to check in and accommodations were great. Loved this area for ease of Rome experience. Highly recommend for Rome trip.

Noi Amiamo Roma!

Ricardo’s place has it all in terms of location, comfort, convenience!Trastevere is the best location for starting and ending your day in Rome. We loved our stay, found the apartment very comfortable, had everything we needed. Riccardo is incredibly easy to deal with, and it was very easy to navigate entering the building and our unit.We would definitely recommend this area, and Riccardo's unit in particular.It was perfect for our family of 4. The nespresso machine (including some pods!) was a great way to start the morning, although there is the perfect little cafe 10 steps away. The restaurants and shops in the area are top notch, and we were within walking distance to all the best sights, from the Vatican to Campo de' Fiore to the Colloseum. Everything was walkable.Thank you for a very memorable stay!

Amazing location!

We travelled to Rome with our three young children (8, 6, and 4). We absolutely loved the location. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood several times but this was by far our favourite location as it was in the mix but still very quiet. It was very clean, had everything we needed and there was space for all 5 of us. The host was very friendly and responsive.Great property!

Great location

The location couldn't be beat! Exactly where we wanted to be in order to experience life in a hip neighborhood in the heart of Rome. Once we figured out how to use the app to open the doors, the process was smooth. This apartment is on the 2nd floor (3 flights of stairs) so if you have large luggage, you will be carrying them up the spiral staircase. Our family of 4 had no issues doing so but it's good to know. We had 1 minor issue with the AC not working in the living room. Riccardo put a portable unit in it, but it we had to empty the basin frequently as it overflowed at night when 1 of my children decided to sleep in that room bc my other child wasn't feeling well. I get that things break and need replacing, but it was an inconvenience and made the apartment smell musty. Overall, a great stay with a minor hiccup.

Our stay in Trastevere Rome

We are regular travelers in our 60s who choose to rent apartments versus staying in hotels. We look for higher-line properties, our main interest is comfort not inexpensive accommodations. This property was as advertised and we would stay there again. It is clean, well appointed, and the property host - Riccardo - was very willing to assist when possible (he is a very nice man). To avoid another guest choosing a property not right for their needs we must mention the following: Trastevere is a special area of Rome with an energy and night life that at times can be noisy - even late into the evening. The one shower is small - I'm 5'10" and 185 pounds. I found the shower to be a bit confining. Putting those two minor issues aside we found the location, restaurants, and accommodations to provide us with an very nice eight day visit.

My stay in Rome was nice and the apartment was very nice and well maintained. Riccardo was efficient and quickly to respond to any concerns. My only complaint is we were woken early every morning and throughout the day and night by the tenants above us with loud talking, stomping, and slamming doors. We think it came from the walls and floors being paper-thin. Besides that it was a lovely place.

Best place to stay in Rome!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better location, more responsive host, or more comfortable accommodation. Trastevere is a wonderful neighborhood- tons of cafes restaurants and we walked to all of the sites each day. It feels like the Italian version of NYC’s West Village. Riccardo graciously arranged rides to and from the airport for our family which was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Trasevere

This was one of our favorite VRBO stays. Ricardo was so attentive even before we got there. The apartment was immaculate, great location,a band was playing just around the corner in the Piazza. We walked everywhere. From the Vatican to the Colosseum and Trevi fountain to the Spanish steps. Restaurants and bars are spectacular in Tresevere. Ricardo answer questions immediately and even set up a car to pick us up early morning take us to the airport. I would absolutely stay at another property that he owns!
