私たちのコテージは2エーカーの敷地にある丘の上に位置しています。 美しい景色、静かな田舎のロケーション、巧みなインテリア、ハイキング、ワインテイスティング、ビーチ、カジノへの車での距離をお楽しみください。
ペットと子供は大歓迎！

2ベッドルームのコテージは、多くの芸術的なインテリアでとても快適です。 居心地の良いクイーンマスターベッドルーム、2番目のベッドルーム/オフィスにはダブルベッドと大きなデスク、快適なリビングルーム、暖炉、キッチン、ダイニングコーナー、WiFiがあります。

コテージはダイニングテーブルとリビングルームに快適に収容できます。 屋外のピクニックテーブルや庭の周りの様々な座席エリアもあります。 ヒバキスはバーベキューで利用でき、薪をたくさん用意した屋外の火球でも楽しめます。

キッチンには食器類や調理器具が充実しており、ガスコンロ、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、トースターオーブンが備わっています。 コーヒー、紅茶、スパイス、調味料、その他の調理の基礎をご利用いただけます。

近くにあるメインハウスのランドリー施設を利用できます。 洗濯機には洗濯機、乾燥機、アイロン＆アイロン台、屋外の洗濯機、洗濯用のバスケットが備わっています。

コテージには専用のドライブウェイとメインハウスとは別の入り口があり、たくさんの駐車場があります。

ここでは犬や猫が大好き！ そして、私たちの場所は完全にフェンスになっているので、犬には完璧です。 私たちの隣人も犬を愛しているので、犬のように行動したり鳴っている犬について心配はありません:-)

Perfect country cottage

We spent a week at this lovely property, a short drive got us to many activities close by; Golf, the beach at Oceanside, wine tasting and the Saturday farmers market. Our host was friendly and helpful, the cottage is bright a cute with everything you need. A very comfy master bedroom.

The best owner you can get!

A great lil 2 bed cottage on property. Lucy owns the main house and was fantastic. Even checking in when on a european trip to make sure we were all good. Had a caretaker (Dr. Steven) here while she was on vaca so all needs were met. Highly reccomend this secluded, quiet lil place. Decided to buy a home about 5 minutes away while here! Thanks Lucy!

Great getaway

We loved this place. Very quiet and comfortable. Lucy is a great host, always nearby to help us out, but also gives us our space. My 8 year old loved feeding the chickens every day. It was nice to have home cooked meals and not have to order out all the time. We would definitely go back again.

A Corner of Heaven

The views, the gardens, the peace, the quiet. I could write a book here. It’s a place, even though I’m now living five miles away, that I will visit again when I want to get away. It’s that amazing! Lucy is a warm and welcoming host, and talk about dog friendly…wow! Highly recommend.

Great experience

The property and cottage was amazing. Lucy was fantastic and welcoming. The kids and pup loved the property with all the room to run around. Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again.

A perfect place to feel at home away from home

Lucy, the owner, made our stay very pleasant. She's genuinely interested in assuring that your stay is wonderful. The grounds have beautiful succulents and a chicken coop with chickens to visit and feed if you like. Our grandchildren and dog enjoyed them, too. The cottage is more spacious than we thought, clean, updated, yet has a very warm and cozy feel. Lucy made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home, she even had delicious tangerines from her tree waiting for us when we arrived. We will most definitely book another stay. Thank you for our memorable time in your cottage...so peaceful and quiet, yet near town, parks, stores, etc. A peaceful paradise.

Doggy Disneyland

Where do I start? This is the most wonderful property I have every stayed at. I was looking for a socially distant property to stay at while we were in Southern California that would also be welcoming to our dog. This is the perfect place. Two acres of completely fenced, absolutely beautiful succulent gardens, with everything you could possibly want in a home away from home. Not only was Lucy so very welcoming to my family, but the toys and doggies dishes available for Bro were a nice touch. If you bring your kitty, I saw a litter box in the cabinet for them too. You can't do better. 5 stars!!!

Excellent Host at Hilltop Retreat

Lucy is an amazing host, responds almost immediately to all questions. Her garden is lovely and the cottage is charming (pictures don’t do it justice!). Lucy went above and beyond to make the house ready for our pet. Her Chickens were an added treat, our son loved throwing them food scraps, but they were never noisy. Highly recommend, would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Greta Location - Great Host!

My wife, daughter and I enjoyed our stay in Fallbrook. The cottage is a guest house and the landlord, Lucy, could not have been nicer. The location is off the beaten path but only 15 minutes from Oceanside and 20 minutes from the beach. Two ample sized bedrooms and enough space for both of us to work remotely. I would stay here again.

Peaceful cottage

This place was absolutely wonderful. Very cute, quaint and comfortable. Lucy was very nice in letting us know if we needed anything she would take care of it but also gave us our space and privacy to enjoy the weekend. The only issue that we ran into that wasn’t listed in the posting is that if you have pets and bring your pets they must go with you when you leave the property they are not allowed to stay. We were not prepared for this so it made juggling the events of the weekend a little harder. The property is beautiful with lots of lush green landscape and she has the cutest chickens. We would definitely stay again for a nice quiet weekend away.

Amazing

It was great to check-in meet Lucy face to face. She walked us through the property and all the amenities. The cottage was extremely homey comfortable and clean. I loved it as it was home away from home. She was a pleasant host and was available anytime we needed her I highly recommend this place and will be returning soon

Hilltop Cottage

Great location with 360 degree views, but many barking dogs especially late nights and early mornings, and some roosters in the area. Garden could be great, but is under watered and full of weeds. House was clean, except for the couches were very stained/dirty. We put down towels and sheets so we could sit on them. Nice Owner.

This was a great place to stay while in San Diego for my daughter's soccer showcase. Far away enough to enjoy the quiet but not a far drive from the stadium.

Delightful Cottage

Lucy is so friendly, the cottage is a nice place to get away from city noise, and their were fresh chicken eggs in the fridge when we arrived. The garden is a wonderful place to start your morning with a coffee cup in hand. The cottage was well-stocled with amenities. Can't wait to visit again!!

Delightful and Private

Just as described. Everything is close by if needed yet you are on top of a high hill with a great view. Lucy is a gracious hostess. We knew that she was there if we needed her for anything but it felt totally like our own place and completely private. It is a cute picturesque cottage with many artistic and aesthetic touches. It somehow felt special... almost magical. A lot of thought care and love has gone into it. A home away from home. Definitely recommend if you want to get away from it all (but not too far! :-)).

Fantastic, big place for a little price!!

We loved this place and will be back. We chose it because we did not want to pay $239 for a night at the Pala Casino. It is a keeper! This is a very large cottage with a living room, office, kitchen and dining area and a comfortable bedroom and bathroom with tub and shower. The place is decorated with many items from around the world and the colors, designs, and combinations are very homey and comfortable. Lucy, the owner, stocks the refrigerator with eggs, bread, butter, honey, jam and has coffee, tea, and fruit waiting for you. A fantastic place with great value. Very private and you park right next to the short walkway to the cottage. THANK YOU!!

I grew up in England and Toronto, and later studied and lived in Montreal for many years. Finally landed in San Diego where I am living "happily ever after" in beautiful rural Fallbrook.

I am an animation software developer and have worked many years developing video-games and animation software. Now I am a virtual reality programmer-artist.
Let me know if you'd like to try out a unique virtual reality experience during your stay! I create gentle experiences that I show at local art shows. I love to share my work :-)

I have traveled far and wide (Europe, Asia, Central and North America...). I love meeting people of all race and language. And I love exploring different kinds of food!
