Fabulous Villa

We had a great time at this villa, easy check-in instructions, parking is easy, great and very private pool, and a lovely little town and restaurant a few minutes walk, would definitely stay here again. Visited late May 2019, beautiful warm weather.

Excellent stay at Charmin Provence

The villa is well equipped and includes numerous places for friends to hang out together or take some time more secluded. The pool is lovely. We were a group of 8 adults, and there is plenty of space. Location was really nice, close enough to quickly get to numerous locations. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic holiday house

Lovely house. Lots of room for all the family. Every possible thing you can think of is provided. There are several patios available for a sunny meal or drink depending on the time of day. Beds are large and comfortable. A very enjoyable stay.

All amenities provided - pool, table tennis, boules - but not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Very enjoyable place.

Very nice

We have had an excellent week. The house really has everything which is needed. 5 nice rooms of which 2 with bathroom. Kitchen with all equipment needed. Lovely place to eat outside. Very nice pool with sun during the whole day. And all this in a very nice environment. I would definitely recommend this place

Wonderful week

We truly enjoyed our week at Charm'in Provence. The accommodation was beautiful, many places on the property to sit by yourself or with your group. Our hosts, that priest and Isabel, were very helpful and responsive right from the beginning of our reservation until we left. The entrance to the Villa required some careful maneuvering but do not pose any problems. The tny village turned out to be a good central location for touring the area. We hope to be back in the future!

Wonderful experience!

This is a beautiful property, right on the edge of a small village. There were seven of us, and it never felt crowded. There is lots of outdoor space, including a Pétanque Court, ping-pong, swimming pool, outdoor dining. The house is beautifully furnished and had everything that we needed. Communication with the owner was great… He always responded quickly if we had questions. It’s an easy drive to several wonderful Provence destinations. We all highly recommend this wonderful place!

Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality. The house was stunning, clean and tidy. We were given clear instructions on everything in the house. Beautiful rooms, clean and very comfortable bedding. Very well equipped kitchen. A clean pool with everything you need for both children and adults. Every corner of the house is very pleasant and fun to sit and solitude there. The environment is very quiet. Very convenient location for hiking and touring. We have really enjoyed. We would definitely recommend friends to stay at this house

A very hot week in June

It was a very beautiful week in Saumane. All of us (including the dogs ;)) loved the house, garden and surroundings. One of our friends is a really "early bird" and went hiking with all the dogs in the morning at 06.00 o'clock, which was perfect for the dogs in the hot weather of last week... and it was also perfect for the others who could sleep ;)) We have spent much time "a la maison" because it was too hot for many activities and the pool was too attractive. But nevertheless we have seen many nice places worth a visit like: Isle sur la Sorgue, Aix, Gordes, L'Abbay de Senanque, Bonnieux (buying wine at Canorgue) and made a canoe tour from Fontaine de Vaucluse to Isle sur la Sorgue. All of us liked the food at the Bistro in Saumane very much! Absolutely fantastic to have this location only 3 min. away from the house. The house is very well equipped, cosy comfortable beds. A perfect place to stay...

Family Holiday

Our family, including a 4 year old, 4 adult children and their partners and their parents, had a wonderful week together, There was something for everybody at this property. Hiking was easily accessible, basically across the road, a lovely restaurant up the road that we could all walk to, if we didn’t feel like cooking and dining either outside under a canopy or in the beautiful solarium. The pool was a big hit with wonderful lounge chairs that provide shade to the head! Fabrice was very responsive when we had questions. He also installed a new electric barbecue which was very good. There are lots of activities nearby, including river canoeing and visiting some of the local towns that we enjoyed. We also enjoyed the on-site pétanque pitch. Note that – you do need a car to get any groceries or even baguettes as there are no stores nearby, The setting, with its multilevel stonewalled garden, is stunning. In summary this a great vacation setting to experience and enjoy the charms of Provence.

Lovely family home in great location

We found this home, its owners and location to be perfect for our family vacation. This home has proximity to L'Isle sur la Sorgue, for market, food, bread and pastry shopping which we did plenty of. We also were able to visit other points of interest and markets, that we didn't want to miss, Avignon to Arles and the Camargue and Les Baux, Roussillon, Lourmarin, Gordes, Lacoste and Menerbes. The house was warm and welcoming, and well stocked for cooks like me, the kitchen roomy enough for others to join me. We were seven in all with two small children, all of whom agreed that we had enough space and fun things to do, whether we ventured out or not. Our hosts responded immediately to our queries on a host of subjects. They even offered a wine delivery service, which we took advantage of to extend the beautiful memories we created in this wonderful part of the world. Our daughter adds that you should not miss the restaurant at the top of the hill in Saumane. Thank you Fabrice and Isabelle for sharing your home with us!

We hebben hier een aantal weken mogen logeren. We waren in de buurt met werk bezig. Het zijn erg gastvrije mensen en een erg fijn huis om in te verblijven, vooral omdat we met meerdere mensen waren die allemaal graag een beetje privacy willen. Ze hebben goed geslapen, want het waren fijne bedden. Allemaal een eigen douche/ badkamer, dat was ook erg fijn. Wij komen graag terug mochten we weer een keer in de buurt aan het werk zijn.

Tout d’abord, un grand merci à Fabrice, notre hôte : toutes les informations étaient disponibles en détail à l’avance, la communication a été rapide et fluide, et en cas de problème, Fabrice était immédiatement sur place. Exceptionnel et d’un grand professionnalisme ! Ensuite, la maison : une demeure spacieuse, équipée bien au-delà de ce dont on peut avoir besoin, avec un grand jardin magnifique et parfaitement entretenu. Le fait que la piscine soit chauffée jusqu’à la mi-octobre n’est qu’un des nombreux points positifs. Les chambres sont joliment décorées et très propres, la cuisine et la buanderie disposent de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour des plus agréables, et la salle à manger dans la véranda est lumineuse et plaisante même lorsqu’il fait plus frais — rien ne manque ! La maison est située au calme dans un joli village qui, hormis un excellent restaurant (ouvert du jeudi au dimanche, réservation indispensable), ne possède pas de commerces — ce qui n’est pas un problème, car L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue est facilement accessible en voiture et offre toutes les possibilités d’achat. Toute sorte d’excursions peuvent se faire aisément : en voiture, à courte distance, ou à pied, immédiatement dans un cadre naturel splendide. La maison nous manque déjà, et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Aucun vis à vis, très calme, à 10 minutes de L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue en voiture, randonnées accessibles depuis la maison. Les deux suites sont spacieuses, les deux autres chambres et sdb plus exiguës mais avec accès direct sur le jardin.. Mise à disposition d’une petite cave à vins. Aucun reproche, tout était parfait.

vacances super

Nous avons passé des semaines de vacances excellent chez vous. Tout etait super: la maison, le jardin, l´ameublement, les possibiltes de passer le temps avec le tennis, le ping-pong, le mini foot, le boule, le pool... Aussi les possibilites de randonner et les attractions touristiques très proche et tres facil accessible (aussi avec la bicyclette) nous ont fait beaucoup de plaisir. Merci. Si vous voulez, vous pouvez utiliser ce message pour recommandation. S´il y aura une evaluation, je donnerai cinq de cinq etoiles.

Calme et confortable

Séjour agréable et calme, maison bien située, beaucoup de beaux sites touristiques autour. Tout le monde a trouvé sa place. Maison bien équipée et même en période hivernale on ne s’est pas ennuyé ! Les propriétaires sont bien à l écoute.

Magnifique vacances

Magnifique maison , bien agencée, et sapcieuse . Tout etait parfait . Maison tres propre avec tout ce qu'il fallait pour 9 personnes . Le coin piscine etait superbe. Endroit calme et aucuns vis à vis. En un mot " parfait " Merci.

Topweek in droomlocatie

Geweldig verblijf van een week met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Wat een fantastisch huis en wat een geweldige plek! Veel gebruik gemaakt van bet zwembad, de kinderen waren er niet weg te slaan, en van de plancha. 's Avonds met de volwassenen uren buiten gezeten en genoten van het uitzicht. Vriendelijke eigenaar, die een paar keer kangs kwam om het zwembad te controleren. Een topplek, een echte aanrader voor een groep, met of zonder kinderen. Omgeving ook prachtig : Fontaine de Vaucluse, Isle sur la Sorgue, en iets verder, Saint Rémy de Provence. En nog veel meer. Kortom: fantastisch.

We love this house its usability, constant light in summer and winter thanks to its dominant position.

A house-sized, easy to live with multiple living spaces thanks to its many terraces and terraces.
The veranda-dining room is a very bucolic space for brunch or dinner, with its natural environment of gardens and terraced stone fountain.
Even in the house, you are in the heart of nature.

Coming here the first time we fell in love especially the pool nestled in lush greenery overlooking the castle and Borie Saumane ...
