Piscine et extérieurs au top

Location au calme dans lotissement pas très loin de la mer. Propriétaire sympathique et à l'écoute. Petit bémol sur les équipements et la vaisselle don't certains éléments seraient bon à renouveler. Un lave-vaisselle serait le bienvenu. Par contre à l'extérieur on est comme des coqs en pâte. À noter que nous étions huit et avions louer les deux logements, donc pas de partage de la piscine.

Buena experiencia

Hemos pasado unos dias perfectos en esta casa. El interior es sencillo, pero suficiente. No hemos echado nada de menos y todo ha funcionado correctamente. El espacio exterior, mas bonito que en las fotos, es lo mejor. La piscina, grande y siempre limpia, formidable. La barbacoa y los arboles y plantas bien cuidados lo hacen muy agradable. El recibimiento y la comunicación con la propietaria, de 10.

Family holiday

I stayed for 9 days with my family. Nice and comfortable houses. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the house which we discussed with the owner. Hopefully they will address this for the next guests.

Great little villa and pool but electrics need an upgrade

The villa was very nice as described but we had a confusion about street number of property. The pool and laundry service were excellent. The kitchen could have been better equiped with for example a decent coffee pot and sharp knives. It would be great if owners could at least provide a bottle of water in the fridge for guests on arrival. Our biggest concern was the dodgy electrics especially in Vanessa villa which kept cuting out and prevented us cooking very easily. However the owners were very nice and responded very quickly when we had problems. The electrics definaterly need an up grade. Because of this i have only given a 3 star. It could easily be 4 star The car hire from the owners was very good

Great holiday

We had a great holiday staying at these villas. They are situated in a quiet part of the town but only a 10 min stroll from the centre and beach. Carmen and her husband made us feel very welcome and nothing too much trouble. On our first day we couldn’t get either of the washing machines to work and as it was a Saturday couldn’t get a mechanic out. Carmen did the washing for us. First thing on Monday morning Carmen’s husband appeared with a new machine!!! We couldn’t have asked for better. The pool is great and a good size. We had a late flight home and, although other guests were arriving later that day, Carmen very kindly allowed us a couple of extra hours at the villa. With 3 young children this was a godsend. I would highly recommend the villas for a relaxing holiday. They are great for a larger group. We hope to return in the not too distant future.

come nella promessa dell inserzione. la casa è bella, con un ottimo spazio esterno con piscina e bbq. consigliatissimo soprattutto se utilizzata per 2 famiglie in quanto permette di condividere gli spazi esterni e avere privacy la notte. cambio dei teli a metà settimana e pulizia della piscina. A great Holiday

We had a fantastic time staying at the villas. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home by Carmen who allowed us in even though we arrived earlier than expected and then was kind enough to provide us with cold drinks while we waited for the cleaners to finish. Carmen and Vanessa were always available if we needed to know anything. The villas themselves are lovely, a real home from home and the pool is fantastic at times there were seven of us in there and there was still plenty of room to swim about, the area is pleasantly quiet but only a ten minute walk from the town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants and an excellent supermarket which delivers your shopping free of charge, usually within an hour. We were a party of seven and everyone of us agrees this was one of the best holidays we've had. We hope to go back in the future.

Lovely villa

A group of 8 family members stayed here. Absolutely loved it. The owners were on hand at all times if we needed them but not at all intrusive. Villa had everything we needed. We will be back!

We had a totally fabulous week

This property was perfect for our family holiday.The two separate villas suited our needs perfectly.It was very very hot during our week so the air-conditioning was very welcome.The beds very very comfy but the toilet flush took a bit of practice! The only thing missing was a lock on Villa Ruth's bathroom,and we mentioned this to the owner when we left The pool was a perfect size and the surrounding patio area had plentiful sunbeds and sunshades, outdoor tables and chairs.There was always areas of shade to sit in throughout the day.The pool had underwater lighting between 10 and 12pm which was lovely for late night swims.The villa had high walls so it is nice and private and in a quiet area of the resort.It is about a 15 to 20 min walk to the resort centre and the beach. If I come back to Menorca I would definitely like to stay at this excellant value for money property.Thank you to Carmen and Vanessa for providing us with a holidayhome from home and a fabulous week away

Great Holiday

Villa in quiet location with a good size swimming pool loved the fact of two seperate villas. Local taxi drivers to Cala en Porter have no problem finding the Villa however Airport taxi service struggle to find the villa.

2 separate villas but felt as one.

Initially I was sceptical about booking this place as only had 3 reviews and the last one from a year ago but didn’t need to have been a concern. There were 8 of us ranging from 6 weeks to 63 years. The villas are very clean and well equipped and in a quiet area.The pool was amazing and cleaned regularly and the outside shower was a godsend.The owners lived next door so could have been contacted if a problem arose, which it didn’t. They also run a car hire business which looking back , we should have hired for a week as could be used to and from the airport and throughout the week at a very reasonable rate. We initially didn’t want the hassle of a car but is essential if you want to explore the island as the buses don’t have an extensive route. We’d never been to Menorca but was an excellent location as only 1hr 50 minute flight from Gatwick and a 15 minute taxi transfer- don’t bother booking one, as there’s a fleet just outside the airport and costs around £20.

Fantastic stay!

We had a lovely time staying at the villas. The property is split into two separate villas, each with their own kitchen, bathroom, living space and two bedrooms (1 double + 2 singles). The pool was well kept and we made good use of it during our stay. The centre of Cala en Porter is less than 10 minutes walk from the villas, with a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and a pleasant beach. We hired a car during our stay to explore the rest of the island. The airport is just a 15 minute drive from the property, and the main commercial area on the island, Mahon, is about 20 minutes away. Our thanks go to Carmen and Vanessa for an enjoyable stay!

A perfect villa in an ideal location

We had a fantastic 2 weeks. The villa was perfect as it enabled us as a family to have a lot of fun time together but because there are also 2 separate spaces you were also able to have some quiet time. The pool is a perfect size and we spent many hours playing silly games in the water. It's location is ideal as you easily walk into town. The added bonus of having the use of 2 cars was also very welcome and gave our grown up children their own independence. Carmen could have not been more friendly or helpful. Thank you.

Great villa & exceptional value for money!

We had an extended family of 8 (4 adults and 4 children) staying at the villa and there was ample room for all both inside and around the pool. The villa itself was clean and whilst a little more rustic and dated than other villas, it was extremely value for money with everything you needed - kitchen with oven, hob, microwave etc, bathroom with shower, aircon in living room. Only slight criticism was minimal storage or hanging space for clothes so had to use the dresser in living room. The pool area and barbecue was brilliant and worth the rental alone. The villa is located about 10 minutes walk from the main strip of restaurants and bars but in a nice quiet and safe location surrounded by other villas. There was two decent sized supermarkets in similar walking distance who do deliver when over a 100 euros of shopping is bought. Bars and restaurants provided and excellent selection of food and drink with special mention to the Aloha cocktail bar. Would very much recommend this to others as it was an excellent base for our 10 days away especially with a great pool and pool area. Vanessa kept me updated throughout the process and on hand to answer any questions. During our stay they were very friendly and easily accessible as they have a car rental business near the strip.

Lovely villa with big pool and plenty of space

We spent a week in Vanessa's appartments in August. We were 6 people so had 3 in each of the appartments, which was plenty of space. It's perfect for 2 groups to share. The villas are simple and clean, the pool is lovely and large so perfect for swimming. There's outdoor space around the pool with loungers, outdoor tables and 2 BBQs which we really enjoyed using. The villa is ten minutes walk from the centre of town and about 15 mins down to the nearest beach. It was clean & tidy wth everything working well when we arrived. The town itself was quite busy, with lots of English families as you would expect in school holidays, and it was easy to get buses to explore further afield. We really enjoyed our stay and Vanessa helped make everything really easy.
