この施設について

The ideal villa for your unforgettable holidays in Sicily… sandy beaches,

its well known all over the world Nero d’Avola wine (2 Km) and Noto capital of the Baroque (3 Km). The house offers a unique view to guests: you can admire a wonderful sandy beach which is 50 m from the villa.
The place is very quiet and gives the tourists the opportunity to enjoy a splendid Sicilian landscape without being disturbed by the chaos typical of the places of summer amusement.
The villa is provided with two double rooms, one double bedroom and a roomy living-room where there is a sofa bed for two more people.
There are also two verandas ( 6 mq – 20 mq) where you can have your meals, watch TV, relax in wonderful and silent surroundings.
You can get to discos, swimming-pool, bars, pizzerias, supermarket and whatever you need just driving for 1,5 Km.
The strategic position of the villa and is fit as perfect landmarks to visit the whole eastern coast, the Sicilian hinterland, etc.: Noto which is the capital of the Baroque and patrimony of UNESCO, Syracuse patrimony of UNESCO too , Modica, Ragusa, Catania, Capo Passero (extreme point of Sicily), Caltagirone, Taormina, etc.
If you are lovers of seasides you can reach the wonderful and uncontaminated sandy beaches of the nature reserve of Vendicari in only 20 minutes by car. This was recently mentioned among the most wonderful beaches in Italy.
Besides the villa is provided with a big private parking where you can leave your car.

A perfect vacation

We are an old couple from Germany and had a really nice vacation in this house. The house is just 50 meters from a beautiful (and when we were there) empty beach. It's very quiet and has a perfect terrace from where you look out at the sea. Sabrina and her father in law, Archilles, were very nice and helpful. You need a car if you stay in this house. The next town is about 2 km away. This was one of the best holidays we had in a long time and we are coming back for sure. Rolf and Margit

prix un peu surfait par rapport niveau equipement

maison au bout d'1 long et très etroit chemin bordé de murets qui dessert plusieurs villas avant d'arriver presqu'a la mer. Plage de sable nettoyée chaque jour (papiers et crasses au niveau du parking a l'entrée de la plage mais ca c'est un peu partout ) accessible à pied directement de la maison. Les enfants pouvaient y aller tout seul et on pouvait les voir de la. la location est en fait un appartement relativement bien independent au dessus du logement des propriétaires qui habitent le rez. 3 chambres au mobilier sommaire (lits à ressorts un peu defoncés, tiroirs des armoires ne glissent que très difficilment). cuisine vieillotte et basique (four et cuisinère gaz difficile d'allumage, plan de travail brinquebalant au dessus du lave linge). prix un peu surfait par rapport niveau equipement. Sinon logement propre, endroit calme et propriétaires vraiment acceuillant

"Nous étions 7 ami(e)s et avons passé un super séjour en Sicile. La maison est très agréable et bien située à 50 m de la mer. Très pratique pour un plongeon au saut du lit! La terrasse est grande et avec vue sur la mer. Le propriétaire (Achille) est super sympa et nous a offert des figues, des citrons bio de son jardin et une bouteille du Nero di Avola (vin local). Délicieux!"

Il sig Achille è il perfetto Padrone di casa; mai invadente e sempre disponibile. Ha una storia da raccontare per ogni occasione. Assolutamente da ripetere. We booked the house looki...

We booked the house looking for a cozy home in a relax place and close to the beach and rest of amenities. When we got there, it was just perfect! We stayed for a week and loved it. It has plenty of space (we were 4 girls), with an additional room for the clothes, big kitchen where we cooked and a nice terrace to have lovely dinners. At night we slept very well as the only noises are the sea and the crickets. It´s important to have a car as main cities and beaches are very close (10mins by car) but could not reach them by walk. The owner is a lovely person, he made us feel at home and was available for any question. Thank you for the lovely Holidays Casa di Avola!

"C''est une vraie maison de vacances (terrasse ombragée et utilisable du breakfast au diner),à proximité de la plage, un peu à la campagne cernée par les citronniers, entourée d''un jardin magnifique. Elle est bien située pour faire les visites essentielles de la région et les baignades en fin de journée sont ressourçantes surtout au mois d''août après une journée de visite sous la chaleur sicilienne. "Die Wohnung ist schlicht und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Türen, das Bad und die Küche sind etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Dafür ist der Blick sehr schön und auch der Garten recht nett. Die Vermieter, ein junges Paar, sind sehr freundlich und wollen einem alles recht machen, damit man rundum zufrieden ist. Das absolute Plus an diesem Haus ist der Weg zum Meer, keine 2 Minuten braucht man, um dort an einem schönen Strand fast alleine zu sein."

"Das Mobiliar und Ausstattung -speziell in der Küche- könnte in einem etwas besseren Zustand sein und die Klospülung ist mitunter sehr laut. Im Prinzip ist alles vorhanden, aber einiges in nicht ganz einwandfreiem Zustand. Für uns wichtig: die Waschmaschine lief tip top! Aber hier gibt es hier einen Service der Extraklasse: Achilles, der Schwiegervater der Vermieterin kümmert sich um den Garten - und wenn man Glück hat, bekommt man schon mal kleine Tomaten, frische Minze oder Basilikum - und ist für alle Notfälle für einen da. Wenn man etwas Italienisch sprechen kann, ist er ein Hort an Informationen, nicht nur was Ausflugsziele angeht! (z.B. wie bei uns, als der Fotoapparat kaputt ging) Achilles ist immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und wurde von unserem Sohn - 5 Jahre - geradezu verehrt und er nahm die "Hilfe" unseres Sohnes im Garten mit sonnigem Gemüt an. ;-) Wenn man ein Haus, etwas außerhalb des Ortes, dafür direkt am Strand haben möchte, daß in guter Erreichbarkeit einiger Ausflugsziele liegt, dann ist man hier gut aufgehoben. Allerdings sollte man bedenken, daß Strände nur in der Ferienzeit gesäubert werden, die laxe Einstellung vieler Italiener zur Umweltverschmutzung muß man u.U. ignorieren können!"
