ヒル・ビューは、3つの部分、2つの家、それらを結ぶ美しいテラスからなるダルメシアン石造りの家です。 そのうちの1つは200年前の典型的なダルメシアン家で、完全に改装されました。 コンプレックスはカスケード式に造られていて、石造りで作られていて、建築物が元の場所に邪魔されていないようなものではありません。 家と庭は地中海の家の典型的な外観を完全に呼び起こし、伝統的な外観の美しさとモダンで上品な内装のインテリアが特色です。 コンプレックス全体は明るい色、石、緑、地中海の植物によって支配されています。その植物は確かに印象的で、最も重要なのはリラクゼーションに最適な環境と完璧な休暇を提供することです。

住宅地は3100平方メートルの土地にあり、8人の豪華な滞在のために設計されています。 また、家はメインベッドと6台のエキストラベッドで快適です。 3つのベッドルームには、それぞれダブルベッド、エアコン、ワードローブ、テレビがあります。 3つの豪華なバスルーム（シャワー付）と1つは洗濯機付です。

さらに、島と2つのユネスコ保護都市トロギールとスプリットの素晴らしいパノラマの海の景色があります。わずか20分です。 家は静かな場所にあり、隣人からの騒音や干渉なしに完全な休息を保証します。

Amazing villa

We booked Hill View to celebrate a Friends birthday, Antonio was so helpful before we even arrived, he helped us arrange for a personalised birthday cake to be delivered for when we got there. The villa is catered for everything you need, but if you need anything else, Antonio is so quick to respond and get it sorted for you! The Villa itself is lovely and the views are amazing, we will definitely be recommending this villa to family and friends as it’s definitely worth the stay!

Absolute bliss

We had the most amazing, relaxing and enjoyable time. Antonio and his family were gracious, attentive hosts who exceeded our expectations. Although the advertised photos looked fantastic, the villa was even better in reality. Everything we could possibly have wished for was available.

A wonderful Stay at Hill View Villa!

Just come back from having a fabulous holiday at Hill View Villa in Kastela. My husband and I have stayed in many, many villas over the years but this one stands out due to its cleanliness, facilities in abundance, spectacular garden, heated pool and views. The temperature of the pool was perfect, a lot of villas say heated pools but they usually disappoint. The owners were fantastic, Antonio was very helpful had some good recommendations for restaurants and kept in touch regularly without being intrusive. He and his family were very hospitable, even bringing round some delicious homemade foodie treats !! We would thoroughly recommend this villa and hope at some point to return ourselves.

Beautiful Villa with stunning views

What a fantastic villa, it did not disappoint on any front. Well equipped, clean and comfortable with the most spectacular uninterrupted views from Trogir to Split and out across the islands between. The setting sun gave many photo opportunities. Very private and not overlooked outside area with both comfortable sun loungers and sofas to relax on. The covered area nesting in front of the villa provided both shade and protection from the rain and a delightful dining area. Antonio and his family were generous and discreet hosts. The Kastela area between Split and Trogir is relatively unspoilt and quiet. Villa Hill View is right up there with our favourite holiday villas. We will be back. The Morgan family

Top of the World!

Remember the Carpenters' song "Top of the world"? That's how you feel up there at Villa Hill View! Stunning location high above the coastline with great view over the Kastela Bay. The villa (actually two buildings connected through an outside kitchen) is located on a really spacious property spanning over five terraces, beautifully gardened with olive and herb trees. The pool is spotless clean and the swinging sunbed is a dream for day-long book reading! The outside kitchen is super equipped and a great place for wood fire BBQs (no need to mention that everything you need is there: wood, charcoal lighter, cutlery, chopping boards, a spacious outside fridge and even an ice maker!) The distance down to town is probably a bit too bit long for walking (downhill is ok, but uphill is quite steep), so you need a car – but you shout have that anyway to visit the region. In town there is a proper Ribola supermarket, a few kilometres towards Split there is a very good large Superspar. Baletna Skola is a proper family style eatery with basic hearty grilled food and simple but friendly service (even the quaffing house wine is perfectly drinkable), more fine-dining and elegant is Mala Mora, excellent food with high quality ingredients and good wines. UBER is easily available anywhere/anytime, fare from/to town-Villa is ca. € 4,7. The host Antonio is a super nice guy, always helpful (but there was not much help needed: The villa is really very good equipped, e.g. lots of towels and even bath robes!) and fluent in English. Bottom line: well deserved 5 stars, not the slightest doubt!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Kroatien! Die Lage ist perfekt – nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt, mit atemberaubendem Meerblick von der Terrasse. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem großzügigen Außenbereich mit Pool, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und haben uns mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung versorgt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen!

5 Sterne plus

Seit nunmehr 15 Jahren buchen wir Villen, die unter Umständen über 10.000 Euro kosteten. Aber keine dieser Häuser bot uns ein solch stimmiges Gesamtpaket. In der Küche alles da, was man braucht. Unsere Hunde waren auch ohne den mitgebrachten Schafszaun ausbruchssicher untergebracht. Die Pflege des Pools und der Pflanzen erfolgte früh am Morgen. Müll wird mitgenommen. Die angebotenen Weine, Öle und Brandys sind von höchster Qualität. Der Ausblick ist spektakulär. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio war erstklassig auf englisch. Die Freundin unseres Sohnes brachte es mit einer Frage auf den Punkt: wieso hat das bloß 4 Sterne?!!!

Es war wunderschön! Wir haben die Woche so sehr genießen können und werden noch lange daran zurück denken. Antonio und seine Familie sind unfassbar freundlich, das Haus is blitzblank, die Lage mit der Nähe zum Flughafen ist komfortabel und man hat Split und Trogir in der Nähe. Schöne Strände wenn man 30min ins Auto sitzt und einen herrlichen Blick. Wir werden nicht das letzte Mal da gewesen sein und haben selten so einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub gehabt. Wir waren 4Erw/4Kids. Spielplatz mit auf dem Gelände, Pool beheizt, Outdoorküche und diverse Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Vielen Dank Antonio!

Tolle Tage in der Villa Hill View

Wir durften wundervolle Tage in der Villa Hill View verbringen (5 Erwachsene und ein Baby) und alle haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Anwesen und die Ausstattung (an alles was wir gedach/gebraucht haben, vom Sandwichtoaster bis zur Fliegenklatsche war vor Ort genau dort wo man es daheim auch gesucht hätte. Die Aussicht, der Pool, der Grill und die Boule Bahn haben uns viel Freude bereitet und unsere Tage zu einem grandiosen Urlaub gemacht. Vielen Dank an Antonio und seine Familie, dass wir bei Ihnen zu Gast sein durften.

The villa was everything we’d hoped for and more.

It was beyond expectations – it was wow! The villa was everything we’d hoped for and more. If you’re considering staying here, you should definitely do it! On arriving at the Villa, I was wowed….. it’s just so picturesque! The location and the set up are just amazing! Its like a little slice of heaven! The facilities themselves are superb; clean and efficient with all the things you’re likely to need during your stay – nothing has been forgotten and so many extras! The little touches set this experience apart. You have the backdrop of the mountains and the views of the islands – its breath taking. Every morning we would sit outside taking in the views, drinking our fresh coffee watching the world go by. Even the children felt the need to pinch themselves, it was dreamy! As a host, Antonio and family were exemplary. Antonio was friendly and beyond helpful, frequently going out of his way for us – He is a wealth of knowledge. He arranged restaurants, a trip to Piltvice lakes, a boating trip around the islands (the shipwreck, blue lagoon and Solta are a must!) his help and advice is endless if you request it. One evening Antonio and family came to the villa and cooked us a traditional Croatian meal, Peka – this was such a wonderful experience and so very kind. Do we want to go back – we never wanted it to end! And yes, we will see you again Villa Hill View ​

Tolle Auszeit

Wir sind eine sechsköpfige Familie mit Hund und durften eine tolle Woche abseits von Lärm und Tourismus verbringen. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, die Sonne scheint den ganzen Tag, die Kinder plantschen im pool und spielen auf dem Turm. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, auch viele Aufmerksamkeiten wie Öl, Honig, Getränke waren für uns parat. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Amazing stay - if I could give this 10 stars I would!

This is the most beautiful villa we have ever stayed in. We have been to Marbella, the Amalfi coast Tuscany and Sardinia and this was the best! Incredible views, gorgeous outdoor space, comfortable beds and an absolutely perfect pool. There is so much to do here from the Bocce court, play set and trampoline for the kids and relaxing on the hanging bed overlooking the sea. The house is also well equipped with everything you need, more than your own house! The owners make you feel like family. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner of fresh caught grilled fish cooked by Antonio’s parents. What a fun night! Best fish we have ever tasted! We also had treats delivered to the house like ripe figs, plums and Croatian raisin donuts all to make our stay even more special. The Dalmatian coast is beautiful but staying here makes it magical. Thank you Antonio for a week we will never forget!

Holiday Dream in Croatia - we love Villa Hill View and will surely be back one day!

We loved this beautiful villa from the first moment on - it is a most amazing place to relax and dream and watch the city of Kastela and Trogir and the stars! Villa Hill View is equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing stay - from the first minute on you feel welcome. Antonio and his parents have prepared a wonderful dalmatian welcome lunch and every other day you'll find sweet presents outside - cherries, homemade dalmatian cake or sweets and dessert and the highlight is of course the dalmatian barbecue together with the owners of Villa Hill View! We have never before experienced such hospitality and the house and surroundings itself is just a holiday dream! Our children loved the pool, the newly built playground, the boccia games and the different places to spent the day reading, relaxing, dreaming or playing. The Villa is a wonderful hideaway with almost no neighbours and in the evenings we always used the great barbecue outside to prepare lots of tasty dinners. From Villa Hill View you can easily start your tour to visit Trogir, Split and even the Makarska Riviera, Brela and amazing Punta Rata. Also Isle of Ciovo is a beautiful place to spend a day at the beach. Next time we'll surely try to visit the Krka Waterfalls and some more small villages along the beautiful dalmatian coast. In the evenings one can stay at the Villa and just be peaceful and quiet while listening to a croatian nightingale or you can drive down the hill to visit beautiful Kastela and have fun at the Riva or drive to Trogir to party. We will surely return to this amazing Villa and recommend it especially to families with children - our dog Tamino loved the stay, too. Thank you so much, dear Antonio and parents - we had a wonderful vacation at Villa Hill View!!!

Perfekt!

Die Villa Hill View lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Blick über Kaštela und die Bucht ist wunderschön. Antonio und seine Eltern sind wunderbare, freundliche Gastgeber. Nochmals vielen Dank für das leckere Essen und die Geschenke zum Geburtstag unserer Tochter! Wir empfehlen die Villa uneingeschränkt weiter.

Perfekt!!

Wir haben schon einige Villen in Kroatien gebucht aber keine war so gut gelegen, hatte so viel Platz, hatte so einen Ausblick und solch netten Vermieter wie dieses Anwesen! Am Anreisetag bekamen wir Getränke und selbstgemachte Spezialitäten. Weiters gab es auch selbstgemachte Liköre und am Abreisetag auch noch ein Abschiedsgeschenk. Antonio und seine Familie sind echt gut darin einen super Eindruck zu hinterlassen! Das Grundstück an sich war sehr groß und es gab verschiedenste Möglichkeiten am Gelände Spaß zu haben. Auf jeden Fall ein TOP Reiseziel!!

Hill View is a Dalmatian stone house made up of three parts , two houses and a beautiful terrace that connects them. One of the houses is a typical Dalmatian house that is 200 years old and has been completely renovated. Complex is built cascade and is made entirely of stone and not once its buildings do not disrupt the original layout of the place where it is located. The house and garden perfectly evoke the typical appearance of a Mediterranean home and uniquely combine the beauty of a traditional exterior with modern , tastefully decorated interior . The whole complex is dominated by bright colors , stone , greenery and Mediterranean plants that will surely impress and , most importantly , provide you with an excellent environment for relaxation and a perfect holiday in nature .

The house area is located on the estate of 3100 m2 and it is designed for a luxurious stay for 8 people. Also house is comfortable for 6 persons in the main beds and 2 extra beds. There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and TV. Three luxury bathrooms with shower and one with washing machine.

Furthermore, guests have an amazing panoramic sea view of the islands and two UNESCO protected cities Trogir and Split, which are only 20 min away. The house is located in a quiet area that guarantees complete rest without any noise or interference from neighbours.

The facilities that the villa has are outdoor heated swimming pool, kids playground, Boccia playground, swing bed on chains, parking place for 5 cars, beautiful garden at your disposal, two bikes for free. At outdoor fireplace guests can also enjoy the barbecue under the covered terrace.

The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.

We will be available to our guests the whole time if they need. My family and I live near the sea ( 1,5km away ) and we can be available in case if you need some help.
