最近改装されたレジデンス「Antico borgo del pozzo」は、アマルフィ海岸の丘陵のなだらかな斜面にある素晴らしい場所にある壮大な住居です。歴史と芸術の土地ですが、とりわけイタリアのユニークなパノラマの場所です。

A jewel in Tramonti

Everything as described. Clean, really nice place to stay and leave your daily routine behind. It is like a hidden treasure in the landscape only 25 minutes from the next bigger city away. The only thing you need to consider is that you need to drive a lot of serpentine roads up to this house. Once you habe arrived, you can enjoy your stay totally

Residenzia di Baronia - the name stays for itself

It was a really wonderful place to stay. You could feel the love with which the flat had been renovated and restored. It is fully equipped with everything you need. The service was very friendly from the beginning and kept in touch with us during our stay. The road to the accommodation was a credit to the Amalfi coast and required some driving skills. In the end, however, we found our destination easily thanks to our carer. By the way, the pizzeria (Trattoria di San Francisco) in the neighbouring village is highly recommended. In short: For a visit to the Amalfi Coast and the World Heritage sites of Pompeii, Herculaneum and Paestum, this accommodation is a clear recommendation.

The description of this rental looks lovely but we never got to stay in it. The host does not give you some important information about the property. To avoid the hassle we had, please consider my review. The pictures that were included on VRBO look wonderful but the host has left out one very important fact. The way to access this rental is by a very steep concrete path with no handrail. When we arrived in the area, it was very hard to find the rental. A neighbor teenager showed us where to go but were faced with a very steep concrete pathway. There was no way we were going to get all of our luggage up that hill, which the neighbor child said "most people fall on." We contacted the host and told him that the accommodations might be fine but the pathway was too dangerous and steep for us and that it wasn’t mentioned in his listing. He said he understood our issue with it and that we should contact VRBO to get a full refund since we were not going to stay there. We left to find other accommodations and contacted VRBO. We were told that the host refused to give us a full refund and left it to VRBO to eventually (taking many days and many phone calls) to make it right. My advice is to pass over this rental because the host isn't giving you all of the necessary details. I have added two photos, 1 from the top and 1 from the bottom, of the path needed to access this property.This would be a hazard for older individuals as well as families with children. Beware!

Ringrazio il sig. Giuseppe per cortesia e gentilezza. Casa impeccabile, pulitissima, spaziosa. Soluzione ottima per soggiornare in costa, si riposa in altura e si vive il mare. Unica miglioria per la perfezione, se le doccie fossero un pochino più grandi. Consiglio a tutti, io ho sogggiornato con la mia famiglia (4 pax)

schöne Zeit

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Tramonti. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung fanden wir sehr geschmackvoll. Sie hat auch eine schöne persönliche Note. Alles war sauber und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Der Gastgeber Giuseppe ist ein netter Mann. Wir standen ständig über WhatsApp in Kontakt. Hatten wir eine Frage wurde sie immer zügig beantwortet.

Objekt war vermietet - viel kleinere Wohnung erhalten

Wie wir am Abend vor der Anreise erfahren haben, war das beschriebene und gebuchte Objekt belegt, wir mussten auf eine andere Wohnung ausweichen. Die andere Wohnung hatte nur ein Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche und ein Schlafzimmer. Da wir unsere Tochter (17 Jahre) nicht im Ehebett zwischen uns schlafen lassen konnten, haben wir auf einem zweiten Bett bestanden. Somit hatten wir ein zweites Bett im Wohnzimmer und kein Sofa mehr. Der Blick der Wohnung war dann traumhaft. Der Vermieter der Ausweichwohnung sehr nett und hilfsbereit, aber es war eben nicht die gebuchte Wohnung. Der Vermieter hat uns zum Ausgleich eine Mahlzeit im Restaurant ausgegeben, dafür der zweite Stern, ein Preisnachlass erfolgte nicht. Herzlichen Dank an den Vermieter der Ersatz-Wohung, aber dieser Anbieter hält seine Versprechen nciht, wie man auch an den anderen 1- oder 2-Sterne-Bewertungen sehen kann. Man muss damit rechnen, das gebuchte Objekt nicht zu erhalten.

à 10mn de Maiori et de la côte Amalfitaine Hote tres sympa. Seul petit problème à l arrivee est l adresse car la maison ne se situe pas via Ascencione mais la route juste au dessus via Arcangelo

Beautiful views

Unfortunately we did not stay in the accommodation we booked but the views in the alternate accommodation were beautiful. The accommodation was clean & spacious. The bed was hard & noisy, the oven cut out & there was no kettle or shop close by. But the owners were friendly & helpful..

Schönes Ambiente!

Die Ferienwohnung war größer als erwartet, man hatte ausreichend Platz und 2 Badezimmer. Ausstattung war super und mehr da als man gebraucht hätte. Der Vermieter war jederzeit Erreichbar und bei Problemen sehr hilfsbereit. Kommunikation in Englisch hat prima geklappt. Gern wieder!

Zwischen Meer und Bergen

Schön gelegenes Haus. Man ist schnell am Meer, kann aber auch einfach die Ruhe in den Bergen über der berühmten Amalfiküste genießen. Das Haus selbst ist sauber und bietet alles was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber gepflegt. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man keinen großen Luxus braucht, sondern einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub sucht.

CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!! L’appartamento è ampio, comodo, molto pulito, ma soprattutto curato con semplicità e gusto per far sentire chi vi soggiorna non semplicemente un cliente, ma un ospite atteso e gradito. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica, immersi in un contesto mozzafiato. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la località Tramonti, con le sue innumerevoli frazioni e le sue strade impervie, ma abitata da persone affabili, gentili e, per che no, “pittoresche”. Ciliegina sulla torta: il meraviglioso campanile del XII secolo che sovrasta la chiesa dell’Annunciazione, visibile “cacciando” semplicemente la testa fuori di casa. Grazie ancora Giuseppe, per la passione e la dedizione con cui porta avanti la nobile arte dell’ospitalità Bruna Francesco Giacomo Luoni Cairate (VA), 25/08/2018

Appartement introuvable sans appeler le proprio, routes de montagne très escarpées. les photos ne correspondent pas a l'appartement pour 2personnes(deux appartements y ont ete photographies) il n'y a pas de machine à laver, l'eau de la douche est impossible à régler.Prevoir au minimum une heure de route pour toute visite touristique (une heure 30 pour pompei)Proprio vu 15 min à l'arrivée et plus rien....

"La location a été très difficile à trouver. Aucune indication de la part du propriétaire. Les photos présentées sur le sites sont un mélange d''au moins 2 appartements. Le propriétaire n''est pas très honnête : Je lui ai demandé avant le départ de confirmer la présence de 2 chambres indépendantes, ce qu''il a fait. A notre arrivée, nous avions une seule chambre et avons passé le séjour à dormir dans un canapé lit de mauvaise qualité. Nous avons eu une ristourne, nous aurions préféré avoir un lit."

"Quelques difficulté à trouver la location, en Italie il n''y a pas de panneaux d''aglomération, le GPS nous envoyait à Paterno (rive gauche)et jamais à Paterno Sant''Arcangelo (rive droite) Les chiens sauvages aboient autour du village dès 2 ou 3 heures du matin, ce qui nous oblige à dormir les fenètres fermées, très génant par des températures près de 30°c ! Propreté : 4/5 Environnement :4/5 excepté les chiens, pas de supermarché à 50m mais une mini-épicerie,la plage de sable à proximité est à 6 Km, et Amalfi n''est pas à 7Km mais 12 Km Equipement : pas de baignoire mais une douche"

"Logement agréable, neuf. La vue "sur mer" est anecdotique. Il faut apprécier les sommiers et matelas à ressort pour bien dormir et la vaisselle mériterait d''être complétée car un peu juste pour six personnes ! Dommage que nous ayons du la relaver car rangée sale par les précédents occupants... Un barbecue mais pas en état de fonctionner. Pour finir, le propriétaire nous a laisser attendre plus d''une heure devant la porte... pas très agréable après un très long voyage et quatre enfants. Cependant, notre séjour a été excellent, les voisins sont très accueillants, serviables ; le tarif de cette location est très intéressant et la région magnifique !"
