For a family, we found this a home away from home, equipped with all what we needed during the stay, excellent communication with very nice people, warm reception and easy check in, car parking in same building , excellent wifi, tv channels, grocery shopping nearby, walking distance to Kornich road by the sea . Thank you for the very nice hosting :)

I like the location, the property is in a nice area of Casablanca, also like the proximity to the beach and other tourist areas. We had problem with some of the amenities like TV any the refrigerator did not work.

Amusant mais pas drôle….

Malheureusement la télé ne fonctionnait pas -Laveuse difficile à faire fonctionner Lit pas assez long pour une personne deux 6 piedsSerrure désuète difficulté à ouvrir la porteUn grand positif:la dame qui entretient l’appartement elle est superbe et son ménage était plus qu’impeccable Par contre quartier un peu dangereux je mets suis fait arracher du coup ma chaîne en ordre par une personne en scouter pas évident

De eerste week was perfect alles was proper tiende aankwamen we bleven voor 1 maand na 13 dagen begon het geen wi-fi nog tv we hadden derict de eigenaar gebeld bleek dat ze de internet niet hadden betaald er kwam derict wel iemand dat voor haar werkte kijken veel praatjes we waren een hele dag thuis moeten blijven want er kwamen verschillende mensen kijken voor de internet en tv tegen de avond was het nog niet inorde de volgende dag zou iemand van Orange komen dus bleven we terug een volledige dag thuis maar niemand gezien we werden dagen aan het lijntje gehouden heb het toen opgegeven daarna aantal dagen geen elektriciteit waren de plons in de garage helemaal verbrand bij deze werden ze wel gelijk vervangen de dag dat we gingen uit checken kwamen ze derict voor de internet te herstellen waardoor ik echt boos werd ... Casablanca was top maar nooit meer bij deze zou ik nog als vakantie woonst nemen als vergoeding voor de iets meer dan 2 weken geen wi-fi nog tv mochten we 3 u langer blijven 😒

Séjour agréable à Casablanca

Proche de toutes commodités en particulier du restaurant Le Regalium dans un quartier très sympa A proximité également de la grande mosquée et de la corniche pour s'y rendre facilement pour des balades appréciables Disponibilité également de la propriétaire qui répond rapidement à toute question. Ce n'est pas ma première fois, et c'est toujours parfait, toujours la même qualité de service. Halima et sa femme de ménage sont accueillantes et arrangeantes, toujours là si besoin. L'appartement est assez grand, et l'emplacement est magnifique, lr quartier est très animé aussi. je vous recommande l'appartement a 1000% À bientôt

Sublime !!!!

L'appartement est pour moi vraiment gigantesque et idéalement situé !!! il est à 5 mn à pied de la mer et à 10 mn de la grande Mosquée Hassan II. L'équipement est parfait tant sur le plan pratique ( machine à laver avec disposition de séchoir, climatisation, 2 toilettes, parking en sous sol) que sur le plan technique ( la Wifi fonctionne à merveille et toutes les chaines sont à disposition). Les commerces et restaurants sont aux pieds de l'immeuble !! Mon fils et moi garderons un super souvenir, nous pensons y retourner !!! A propos de Mme Hel

Un bel appartement très bien placé !

La propriétaire a été très arrangeante lors de notre arrivée. L’appartement est grand et très bien équipé ! L’emplacement est idéal, à quelques pas de la Mosquée Hassan II et en face d’un supermarché. Le quartier est vivant et nous avons adoré notre séjour ici: au point d’y retourner 1 mois après ! Merci !

Dirty Old furniture bathroom with molds-Rude owner. Stay Away!

The rental was different from what was advertised on Homeaway. It was dirty, old furniture, bathroom with molds, the Wifi drops off every 5 minutes, the TV that goes with the Wifi is not working. Toilet will not flush, toilet seat was broken. No hot water to take a full shower. It runs out of hot water after 4 minutes. The refrigerator is very old and will not keep anything cold after 12 hours. Floor tiles broken. Noise of the Mosque near by. Owner very rude with no communication skills. It's like dealing with a child. The only positive was the person who was there for the checkin, Jamila, who was nice and trying to do her best to resolve issues we had with the rental and the childish owner.

magnifique séjour a casablanca

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec mon épouse et mes trois enfants. L appartement est très confortable et très bien entretenu. Jamila nous a fait connaître les bons plans pour faire des achats. L appartement est conforme a la description dans un immeuble de bon standing bien entretenu avec un gardien. Le tout situé sur une belle avenue tres bien placée.
