Do not stay at this unit, or any managed by Vacasa! We booked this unit for a nice relaxing weekend, wanted to watch Wimbledon and the World Cup, and were traveling with 2 pregnant women and a 3-year old. Upon arrival, the TV didn't work and the Wifi was out of service. We called the Vacas line several times, each time they said "Oh, we'll get you in touch with the Local Manager and they'll reach out immediately." We never received a call from anyone. We ended up calling Comcast to help them diagnose the issue. They tried, but because we weren't the Account Owner and didn't have the Account Number, they couldn't send a technician out. So we again called Vacasa letting them know, and got no reply.
Additionally, the unit does not have AC! And yes, I completely get that it is not advertised as having AC, but when a unit doesn't get below 84 degrees, it is not even livable! We asked Vacasa if they could help us find another unit in the complex, that we'd be happy to pay any additional fees, and nothing. No response, no communication, nothing. We made it 18 hours. By 1 PM on our first day, we were already looking for a new place to stay.
And we found one! The Silver King lodge at Park City. GO HERE AND BOOK A PLACE! GOOGLE ALL SEASON RESORTS LODGING! We found a nice 2-bedroom 2 bathroom unit, the AC worked, the Wifi was fast, and the Cable TV worked. We even had a hot tub in our room. The pool was down the hall, a full gym, and we were walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort, where we went on the alpine slide and lifts. We had house keeping come as well, and the hotel was extremely responsive whenever we had a request.
Trust me, do not book this unit. With the availability of hotels, it's just not worth it. All we wanted was someone to call us back and help us figure out the situation. Clearly I made an initial mistake in not realizing there was no AC, but we had such a poor customer experience in trying to get any sort of help with our situation.
