The unit Maruska, is the ideal place for 2/3 guests who want to spend their holidays inside "palazzo" Bragho', an ancient and noble residence built in 1721, situated in the heart of Tropea town centre, 1st floor, 5 minutes walk to the sandy beach, 10 min walk to train station. Downstairs: fully equipped kitchen with table, chairs, tv, toaster, big window facing on via Boiano, free WI-FI + indipendent bathroom with hairdryer, bidet and confortable cabin shower. . Upstairs: beautiful wood sleeping loft equipped with one double bed, one single bed, fan, refresher, wardrobe. There is also a common beautiful terrasse in Arabian style and common washing machine.
Town centre is closed to all the vehicles of non residential people, the parking is 10 minutes walk to your accommodation, Check in: 14.00 - check out: 10.00, if your train or plane leave after 10.00, you can leave your luggage here and take it before your train or plane departure.
Upon arrival we provide our guests with the town centre map (including information of the streets, shops, restaurants, tour agencies, and more, we also add the discount card which can be used for special discounts on the price list at local restaurants, pizzerias, coffee bars.

Magic

It was just magical. Something new to explore and discover every day. The city is as beautiful and welcoming as its people. Even getting lost was an experience worth having.

I spent three months in T...

I spent three months in Tropea this summer and it was incredible. The flat i rented was very nice, clean and well furnished. The palace is absolutely beautiful, location could not have been better (very convenient to everything in town), the beach is georgeous, and the owner was most definitely the host with the most and took care of us like we were family. Upon arrival we were given a Pantamor Discount card which gave us discounts at some of the best restaurants, cafe's and boating excursions in Tropea. Free WIFI was great and made it easy to keep in touch with family and friends in the U.S. I took my own laptop but there is a computer available in the common hallway for guests to use as well as books magazines, etc. My stay could not have been better. I am already planning my trip back next summer and would not think of staying anywhere else. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and can't wait until next year!

Très bonne emplacement, excellent communication avec le propriétaire.,le seul problème qu'il n'y est pas climatisation dans l'appart, remplacées par de nombreux ventilateurs il fessait très chaud dans l'appartement avec la période estivale.

Gentilezza disponibilità efficienza ,sono queste le caratteristiche del proprietario che ci ha accolto e accompagnato durante il soggiorno con consigli e notizie utili per trascorrere un buon soggiorno in una bellissima località, Tropea e in un appartamento comodo per vicinanza a tutti i servizi e al mare.Il signor Pasquale e ' gentile,attento alle esigenze e sempre presente con discrezione.Complimenti davvero...per me è il massimo andare in vacanza e sentirsi sereni e seguiti da una persona ..quasi familiare .che ti sembra di conoscere da sempre.Grazie Tropea e grazie Pasquale.... Io lo consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che vogliono trascotrete una bella vacanza a Tropea.

Disponibilità e comodità

Il proprietario Pasquale è disponibile e attento alle richieste degli inquilini: si era rotto il condizionatore e dopo neanche 1 ora da quando glielo abbiamo fatto notare , lui lo ha sostituito con un condizionatore nuovo. L'appartamento è perfetto per 3 persone ed è in una posizione comodissima, nel centro di tropea. Dispone di tutto ciò che serve per cucinare, di asciugamani e addirittura di un ombrellone da spiaggia.

APARTMENT WAS IN A FANTASTIC LOCATION, HOWEVER IT WAS VERY CRAMPED, VENTILATION WAS POOR, STAGNANT AIR OFFERED CHOICE OF LEAVING WINDOWS CLOSED WITH NO AIR OR OPEN AND ENJOY THE NON STOP NOISE. CRACK OF DAWN GARBAGE GLASS, DRUNKS HOLLERING TILL 2am - PASQUALE WAS A GREAT HOST, VERY CONGENIAL AND HELPFUL, BUT THE APARTMENT IS....YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

Fabulous spot from which to explore tropea

Lovely quiet area with local restaurants and very close to the beach, right at the edge of the town. The apartment was small but well equipped and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. Personal touches like the water and bowl of fruit were most welcome. Pasquale was lovely and very helpful suggesting events that were taking place while we were there. A beach umbrella was very welcome.

Fine apartment in a charming palace

We spent a wonderful week in this nice apartment which is in the heart of Tropea. The apartment is small but comfortable, well equipped and clean. Pasquale, the owner is a really helpful and kind person, great host, he sent us all the useful information and we appreciated his flexibility as we arrived to Trope at midnight but he was waiting for us. The location of the apartment is excellent, it is in the old town, when you step out from the beautiful palace you will find everything in a few steps distance: shops, restaurants, bars. Easy to reach the beach, you can take with you a beach umbrella from the apartment. We arrived by car, you can easily find parking space in a few minutes distance from the apartment. Tropea is an enchanting small town, the surroundings are exciting, this apartment is perfect – we hope to have the possibility to return here.

Traumhaft!

Inzwischen ist unser Urlaub fast ein Jahr her, aber noch heute reden und schwärmen wir von dieser wunderschönen Woche und planen schon die nächste Reise in den Palazzo! Der Vermieter Pasquale ist super lieb und hilfsbereit und tut alles um den Aufenthalt dort so entspannt und unkompliziert wie möglich zu machen! Gerne empfehlen wir es weiter, da man in wenigen Gehminuten alles erreichen kann bzw nur aus der Haustür herausgehen muss, um in einem wunderschönen Gässchen der Innenstadt zu landen! Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal!

Apartment in the centre of old town. Clean and comfortable. It has everything you need.

The Maruska apartment is located in a building that was built in 1721. It is close to all the restaurants and ice cream bars, as well as the shops in Old Tropea. It is steps away from the Duomo, and there is mass twice a day. The apartment has a TV with many channels, a large fridge, stove with an oven, and everything you need in the kitchen. Enough dishes and cutlery and pots and frying pans. There is also high-speed Wi-Fi available for your use. There is a comfortable queen bed as well as a single bed upstairs in the loft. Everything was clean, and the owner, Pasquale, provided beach towels and bath towels. We also had use of a beach umbrella. As a Pantomar guest, you will receive a discount card which offers 10-15% off some of the best restaurants and ice cream bars. We used it almost everyday. Pasquale is the most remarkable host you will ever meet. He is attentive to your needs, and frequently asks if you need anything. If there is anything you need to know, or anything you need to get, all you have to do is ask Pasquale. Once you meet him, you will always have a good friend in Pasquale.

Wonderful Stay!

What a unique place to stay. My wife and I stayed 7 days in a historic building in a historic area of Italy. You could picture yourself walking the same streets that people did 300 years ago. Pasquale was an excellent host and a great person overall. As it was the low season we had the building to ourselves and didn't usually wake till we heard the church bells nearby. Highly recommend staying here if you ever adventure to Tropea. Thanks again!

PARFAIT!

Je suis arrivée à Tropéa avec ma fille le 1 er mai 2015. Pasquale est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport de Lamezia et on peut dire que c'est quelqu'un de très chaleureux et de très patient aussi... La compagnie aérienne m'ayant perdue une valise, Pasquale m'a aidée dans toutes mes démarches administratives. Pasquale est très très serviable et trouve des solutions à tous nos éventuels tracas. L'appartement est situé centre historique dans un magnifique palais à deux pas de toutes les commodités(centre ville, port à 5 mn pour se rendre sur les iles Eoliennes,, plage à même pas 10 mn... ). Nous avons pris plaisir à flâner dans toutes ces ruelles romantiques.... Nous reviendrons chez Pasquale l'an prochain et toutes les autres années à venir c'est certain... Rapport qualité prix excellent. Nous sommes conquises. Un très grand merci Pasquale et à très bientôt...

Buona la pulizia e le attrezzature dell''appartamento; proprietario gentile e simpatico. Vista la calda temperatura di agosto il soppalco con la zona notte risulta un po caldo ma si apprezza il fatto che il proprietario metta a disposizione due ventilatori ed un sistema di aspirazione. Utile la pantomar card che consente di avere sconti. Vacanza positiva nella bella cittadina di Tropea!"

"Appartement agréable idéalement situé au coeur du centre historique de Tropea, dans un très beau palais. Parking proche et gratuit. Possibilité connexion internet(ordinateur à disponibilité). Nous avons pu sillonner la Calabre : Capo Vaticano, Nicotera avec vue magnifique sur le Stromboli, Gerace, Stilo, Scilla, Tiriolo.....et faire une excursion aux iles Eoliennes avec un départ du port de Tropea (à 5 mn de l''appartement). Accueil très très chaleureux de Pasquale et de sa famille, très disponible. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour dans cette petite station balnéaire animée et propice aux balades dans les ruelles."

"This apartment is truly a gem. While the fittings and furniture are basic, they are clean and comfortable. I found the apartment an ideal base to explore the historic town of Tropea and the region of Calabria. Tropea is a wonderful little town, the people go out their way to make sure you have a great holiday. The local restaurants are superb (though only a few were open over the Christmas/New Year period) and their staff make you welcome from the very start. Pasquale, the owner of this apartment, is one of the most gracious hosts I have encountered; he will ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. I have rarely found such good value."

"Appartement was prima, we waren onder de indruk van het pallazzo en Tropea. Wel moesten we wennen aan de stads-geluiden, maar 's lands wijs, 's lands eer. Prachtige omgeving, heerlijk weer, prima restaurantjes. Aanrader. Pasquale was erg behulpzaam, stond altijd voor ons klaar."
