The good: We gathered here for Thanksgiving. The large space was great for our needs. Our kids could run around without any worries. The horses are SO sweet and my daughter loved them. Owners are very friendly.
The not so good: Bedrooms are connected, but lots of doors to outside. We just locked the door in between and the other family walked around. Our first 2 nights there was a strong sewer smell, only at night/early morning then it went away. I’m guessing from the septic, but could be something else. It didn’t happen the 3rd night so not sure if they got it fixed or what. They only provide 2 trash bags, which for 8 people on thanksgiving wasn't near enough - I find this a little silly just because it can make it harder for guests to clean up. We got our own and finished the job - just make sure you bring extras with you.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the beautiful view and would consider staying here again.
