Wonderful winter stay

Lovely European style home in a beautiful gated community only ten minutes from the airport. Well-equipped with everything you’d need.

Great place. Awesome set up. Muriel is very attentive and helpful.

The place was awesome!!!! We stayed three months. The community is unbelievable. We like it so much we just bought a place in the community and one of our friends that stayed in Muriel’s place did the same thing. Don’t hesitate it’s worth every penny.

Bridgetown at The Plantation - Ft Myers

We enjoyed Florida's sunny and warm January and February weather in the friendly, neat, & quiet Bridgetown neighborhood. The community pool and hot tub were high points. Muriel was a great host with very prompt responses to our questions and needs. She provided requested advance information regarding the property and Ft Myers. There were a couple of minor downsides. We found the kitchen and cabinets to be overpopulated with countertop appliances and somewhat cluttered and disorganized. The family room furniture cushions and the bedroom mattresses and pillows were all too soft for us. There was limited dresser space for our non-hanging clothes. We did not expect Muriel to be able to remedy these items while we were there and personal preferences are what they are. We were able to make some adjustments, but at age 70, it was hard to get up from the couches due to lack of firm support.

Avoiding Winter in Ft. Myers

We just completed a two month stay here in Ft. Myers. We are already missing it. The weather was perfect. The house is a great set up with the kitchen having every cooking appliance/utensil you could want. The grill on the lanai was our primary cooking source and the lanai was our favorite sitting spot. The location is very convenient for shopping, errands and getting to the highway to go to the beaches. We liked the community very much and spent much time at the pool. Would definitely stay again. Muriel was very responsive and cordial with any questions we had.

Absolutely wonderful!!!

Our stay was fantastic! The home we stayed in was well appointed and spacious. The amenities offered were beautiful and the weather set records for the month on 14 days. The best part of our stay though was the owner who was always available to us. Thank you Muriel.

We spent the month of March at the Plantation, Bridgetown community. We had everything you could possibly need at this house. We especially enjoyed breakfast and dinner out in the lanai. The neighborhood was very quiet. The community pool/fitness center are great facilities. A fantastic month was had by all, especially since the weather was in the 80's every day! Any questions that came up were answered quickly by the owner.

Great house, high ceilings, upgrades, nice and quiet neighbourhood .
Flat screen TV sets in each and every room, wifi for free.
From the lanai, preserve view: wild deer coming to say hello.
