We’re glad to hear the property was quiet and that you found the couch comfortable, but we are truly sorry for the many issues you encountered during your stay. This is not the standard of comfort or cleanliness we strive to provide. The broken and damaged items you mentioned — including the chipped coffee carafe, garbage can pedal, ripped or missing screens, and creaky stairs — should not have been present, and we apologize for the discomfort and inconvenience they caused, especially in warm weather with no A/C. We’re particularly concerned about the cleanliness issues you noted in the bathroom and the carpet, including the fish hook. This is unacceptable, and we have already addressed these concerns with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure immediate correction. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we have begun reviewing the unit for needed repairs, replacements, and updates so future guests have a much better experience. We sincerely apologize that your stay fell so far short of expectations, especially given the property’s advertised quality. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide the comfortable, well-maintained stay you expected and deserved.
