Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Es war alles absolut sauber und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist bestechend, denn der Strand war sehr nah und wir konnten die Stadt zu Fuß erkunden. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und verbindlich. Sie waren sehr um unser Wohlergehen bemüht.

Très joli cocon

Nouveau avons-nous passé un très agréable séjour au Patio. Tous les commerces sont-ils à moins de 10 minutes à pied, le vieux port et ses activités et très sympathiques restaurants à 15 minutes à pied. Merci Jocelyne et Georges pour votre chaleureux accueil.

Très agréable séjour. Le gîte est très beau avec un joli patio pour profiter de l’extérieur. Tout peut se faire à pieds notre voiture n’a pas bougé de la semaine. L’hôte est très gentille et pleine de bonnes attentions Nous reviendrons c’est sûr !!

Rare outdoor space in a busy town.

The house was completely as expected from the photos. Based around a courtyard we would have all doors open and use the courtyard as an additional space. The courtyard was a great place for breakfast but doesn't receive any breeze which is great when it's cooler weather but not so good when it's very hot! When we initially arrived we wondered if we;'d picked the right location in the middle of a residential area further away from the old town, but after exploring, we loved its proximity to the parks and being slightly removed from the busy centre. Jocelyn was a great host - leaving us a welcome pack and messaging and phoning to check we had everything we needed.

Agreeable petite échoppe dans un quartier sympa

Très sympa et confortable, avec un joli patio sur lequel ouvrent toutes les pieces. Jocelyne a été très vite a répondra a toutes les questions. `La maison est fourni avec tous ce qu'il faut pour un séjour tranquille. 17 mins au marché centrale, 5-6 mins a la plage de la concurrence et le mail.

Excellent séjour au Patio!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons passé de magnifiques vacances, la petite maison est très agréable et le Patio un réel plus pour les repas et la lecture ! Le centre et la plage sont tout proches. 😀👍🏻

A Private Paradise

I loved my stay at Le Patio! Airy and bright with a completely private outdoor space in the middle. Decorated with charm and style. Jocelyne took care of every need, even welcoming me with wine, a few other nibbles and breakfast to get me started. The shops around the corner have everything, so even though I was living without a car for the month of June, I lacked for nothing. Beautiful, quiet area, but close to everything. The roses were blooming like mad when I left, a little slice of paradise. J'ai adoré mon séjour au Patio ! Bien éclairé et un patio tout privée à l'intérieur. Décor charmant. Jocelyne a pensé de tout mes besoins, même une bouteille de vin, quelque petit trucs pour apéro, et tout les nécessaires pour petit déjeuner les premier quelque matins. Les magasins au coin sont parfait. Pas de besoin de voiture. Beau quartier, tranquille, mais proche de tout. Un petit morceau de paradis. Je reviendrai ! Merci encore une fois Jocelyne et Georges !

A beautiful place to stay with welcoming, helpful hosts. The house was ideally located, very well equipped, clean, light and airy. The patio was ideal for eating outside. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend this property.

Charming house, tranquil location within reach of the centre

Le Patio is an idyllic holiday home that was ideal for a couple like us. The house is small but feels spacious - it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The courtyard was a delightful setting to eat outside surrounded by the jasmine and Passion flowers. It also provided a relaxing retreat from the town and beach. We were warmly welcomed by the owner who provided a gift of all we needed for our first evening and breakfast the next day. We liked Le Patio so much we would be happy to return.

Es war super schön!!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in La Rochelle verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral zur Altstadt und zum alten Hafen, dennoch in ruhiger Lage. "Le Patio" ist sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet. Man muss sich einfach wohlfühlen, vor allem auch im Innenhof. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Die Wohnung bzw. das "kleine Ferienhaus" hat auf jeden Fall 5* und eine positive Empfehlung verdient.

Excellent location. Lovely apartment

Really enjoyed our stay in La Rochelle. The apartment is in in a very quiet location but is very close to the beach and to the centre of the town. The owners Jocelyne and Georges were very welcoming and went to the trouble of picking us up at the airport. Everything is basically walkable (great as we had a two year old in tow) and La Rochelle is very family friendly. Overall highly recommended. Tony and Rachael.

Sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes kleines Haus rund um einen Patio, in dem wir frühstücken und uns auch abends aufhalten konnten. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, Innenstadt und Stadtstrand von La Rochelle ist gut zu Fuss und noch besser per Velo zu erreichen. Absolut ruhig. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt.

Maisonnette agréable à vivre, sans plus. Situation parfaite pour visiter la ville à pied . Commerces de proximités excellents. Attention, le parking pour la voiture est très aléatoire, surtout en saison.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment à Le Patio. Il a un excellent emplacement près du centre de La Rochelle et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances. Nous avons apprécié assis sur le patio au début et à la fin de la journée. Nos hôtes gentils nous ont emmenés de l'aéroport. Des vacances agréables.

Appartement spacieux avec un patio sur la cour intérieure, un atout majeur à quelques pas du centre ville et de la plage! Bien situé pour visiter La Rochelle, ses nombreux musées et autres activités culturelles! Excellent !

Une charmante maison très bien située (tout faire à pied est l'idéal). Pour nous ça sera notre adresse pour d'autres séjour sur La Rochelle. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants (petite attention pour les enfants pour Pâques) à l'image de leur maison. Nous reviendrons sans aucun problème.
