....come d'incanto

Abbiamo trascorso in quest'appartamento una bellissima settimana, riposante e rilassante, data la posizione vicino al mare della villetta.Anche i miei due figli (4 e 8 anni) sono rimasti entusiasti!. La casa è attrezzatissima e arredata con gusto, sia negli spazi interni che quelli esterni. Grazie Mario per la cortesia e la disponibilità che ci avete riservato fin dal nostro arrivo! Consiglio vivamente questa casa a tutti coloro che amano godersi il mare della Sardegna, in totale autonomia e libertà, lontani dal paese, ma anche vicini a tutti i servizi. Peccato per il vento che quest'anno ha soffiato molto forte e non ci ha permesso sempre di stare sul mare...ma lo sappiamo bene...il vento fa parte dello spettacolo dell'isola!

Highly recommend!

We spent two amazing weeks in the villa in September. In fact we found much more than we expected before – not only good location, well-equipped house and rich facilities for the rest – but additionally we met beautiful family of the house owner. They took a care about us from the arrival till the end of the holidays: helped us to solve any problems, give good advice and recommendations. About the house: it situated on the rock’s flank and has two levels – bottom garden, veranda and the first floor with kitchen/living room, bathroom and bedroom, and top level upstairs with another bedroom, the second veranda and garden with barbeque oven. The square is not very big but eventually enough for 4-7 people. We lived four: two adults with two children (13 and 2 years). Sometimes our friends from Cagliari visited us and we had nice dinners with seafood barbeque on the veranda. The villa is a part of big residence area Porto Luna 2. Despite other houses near the villa, the place is very quiet and isolated enough form all neighbors. The nearest nice beach is about 200 meters down – unfortunately it was wasted by strong wind all period we stayed so we had to use the largest beach in Villasimius – Simius situated about 1 km form villa (7-10 min by foot). Villasimius is very charming town and located a little bit separate from the residence (about 2 km). We didn’t rent a car but had no problem to go everywhere by foot. We strongly recommend this accommodation to everybody from small family till big company – suppose, it is the best offer in this area!

"The house has a very goo...

"The house has a very good location - near the town Villasimius where you can spend a nice evening. Moreover, it is very close to the small charming beach where you will spend your time enjoying the sun and sea. As for accomodation, in the house you will find everything you need to have a comfortable vacation. So, in this house we had two wonderful weeks - the weather was awesome. Owners were very hospitable, we were happy to meet such a wonderful family. In conclusion, a gorgeous holiday and I am sure no one can regret choosing this place for stay in Sardinia."

"Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances dans cette location . Nous étions avec un enfant de 2 ans . La maison est très bien pensée avec ses 2 terrasses et bien adaptée pour les enfants . Il y a tout ce qu''il faut dans la location . La plage est accessible par un petit chemin et vous y êtes en 2 minutes à pied . Cette plage est incroyable avec une eau transparente et un sable blanc et fin . Hors saison la plage est quasi déserte . Le propriétaire et sa femme sont adorables et aux petits soins pour leurs locataires . Nous n''avions pas de voiture . Nous avons tout fait à vélo ( dont un prêté par le propriétaire ) . Le centre du village est à 10 minutes en vélo . Il y a beaucoup de boutiques , de supérettes , de petits commerçants , de restaurants et de cafés , le tout dans un village très mignon qui sent bon l''Italie . Nous espérons revenir très vite ."
