1703年に建てられた美しいキャプテンの家。 すべての適切な設備を備えた古い魅力のナンタケット島の歴史。 2年前に改装されました。 メインハウスには、6つのベッドルーム、1つのキング、4つのクイーン、合計6つの1/2バスのある1つのベッドルームがあります。 6つのベッドルームのうち5つには、バスタブ付きのフルバスルームが付いています。 6番目の部屋（BR 2）には、階段のすぐ下にある独自のフルバスがあります。 パウダールームはテレビの裏側にあります。 大型フラットスクリーンテレビ付きの2つのメインファミリールーム。 2つのダイニングエリア。 新しく改装されたキッチンとバスルーム。 メインハウスのキッチンのすぐそばにあるランドリー。 WiFi、セントラルエア。 メインハウスの裏にある2ベッドルームのコテージ、1部屋にはクイーンがあり、2部屋目にはツインルームが2つあり、フルバスルーム、フルキッチン、リビングルームにはフラットスクリーンテレビ、WiFi、窓のACユニット、独立した屋外スペースがあります。 メインハウスとコテージの間にある大きな庭には、大きな杉の遊び場、ダイニングエリア、ファイヤーピット、屋外シャワー、卓球台があります。 メインハウスは快適に12寝、コテージは4寝ます。 豊富なビーチ用品とビーチタオルを使用できます。

Amazing Home and Host

Year two at Lisa’s home, it never disappoints! Great weather wknd for golf and biking. Lisa was quick to respond on a minor detail and even was nice enough to send over her caretaker, David, who was super helpful as well. We’re excited to come back next year for our trip.

This bee themed property was spectacular! Historic, spacious, comfortable….everything we dreamed of and more! Huge property, a comfy cottage in back, plenty of outdoor seating.

Perfect for location within walking distance to and from downtown. That was huge given the crush of traffic.

Perfect house for large group!

Our daughter got married last weekend and this house was a great place for my family to stay. Location was perfect (easy walk to town, supermarket and restaurants), house is spacious and clean and the outdoor space is large and private. We had an amazing time and the house was the perfect gathering place! Most of my siblings had never been to Nantucket before and they fell in love with Island.

Beautiful home, excellent location!

We had such an amazing stay celebrating my sister. The home had everything we needed, so clean and extremely comfortable, incredible back patio. Everything about it was perfect! Walking distance to all the shops, bars and restaurants!

Stumble Inn

What an amazing property Lisa & her family have. It is centrally located, 15 min walk to downtown, 8 min walk to the world “famous” or infamous Chicken box. Lisa was helpful and available, minor WiFi issue but it was solved immediately! We have been travel for golf this wknd for 15 year to MV, but now there’s no way we’re going back to MV if we can book Lisa’s home again next May! We highly recommend this home for a friend’s trip or a for a big family gathering. A+ experience.

Awesome wedding weekend!

Stayed here with our wedding party for our wedding, and had the best time! Convenient to town, so much room, and an amazing back yard! We had room to hang out, privacy, everything we could have asked for!!

Ideal for a group!

The house was ideal for our group of 7 couples and 1 single. The location was ideal, the many rooms were ideal, and the yard was ideal! We could bike or walk most places and the house provided a few wonderful gathering places, including a fire pit in the backyard. We all wished we could have stayed longer!

Nantucket Bliss

Can’t say enough about this lovely property. We were in Nantucket for a family wedding and this house was the icing on the cake. Beautiful, spacious enough for family to spread out and charming enough to have special moments together. The location was great - we just wish we could have stayed longer! Nantucket/this house was a hard place to leave. Thanks to Lisa for providing quick guidance and easy accessibility- we hope to return soon!

A Nantucket Weekend

Wonderful house- great location. The back yard is party perfect. We just wish the weather had been warmer and not so windy so that we could have fully enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing your house!!

Great Property for Family/Group

Lisa hosted our group of longtime friends while we were on island for a wedding. Great property for a group and we had a mix of couples and young (under 3YO) kids. The separate cottage is a great spot to have the kids away from the rest of the group, bathrooms with each room and central AC is a huge comfort add. House is a great home base and still close to downtown even though its about 15 minutes or so walking to most restaurants, etc. Overall great communication and property we hope to be back!

Well maintained gem!

Our group of two families (4 adults, 6 kids) had an amazing stay! The house is well maintained and well situated just outside of town. Main street is a short 15 minute walk and there is ample driveway parking when we opted to walk. One really nice aspect is the start of the surf side bike trail is only two blocks away so it was easy for our 8 and 9 year olds to safely navigate. Can’t say enough nice things about this property. We definitely plan to return in the future.

Nantucket Wedding

Stayed at Lisa's property with a group of friends in town for a wedding. We are already talking about staying here again. This property was amazing. Unique, cozy, and spacious. We all had our own rooms with restrooms, perfect for a group. An amazing backyard to eat and hang outside. Lisa was communicative and so accommodating which we were so appreciative of. Will definitely be back!

Nantucket Island Adventure

This home has it all for a large group, private beds and baths, a large kitchen and family room, outdoor seating, laundry facilities-everything you could possibly need. It was clean and well taken care of. All thirteen adults agreed it was perfect for our group and they wouldn't hesitate to rent again. It is in walking distance to shops, bakeries, groceries, excellent restaurants, the wharf area and you can get a cup of 99 cent coffee right down the street. Uber, ride a bike or take a trolley to the beaches, microbrewery, light house to see the beauty on the other end of the island.

Family Reunion/Wedding Celebration

Our large extended family LOVED this house- it exceeded expectations in terms of size (two living rooms), comfort (beds & bedding), supplies & equipment (2 refrigerators, 2 washers) and the yard. Amazingly quiet, too. We hosted a gathering the night before the wedding- with 40 guests including 15 who came from Germany and were entranced with the house and garden (we had 4 different seating areas and the fire pit going). And the Warriors won game 2! It was a short walk to town, to the grocery store, to a bakery & a liquor store.

Beautiful grounds and house

We had a great time at this property. Lots of space, great location, and plenty of bed/ bath combos to make our stay seem luxurious and relaxing. The outside space and the cottage in the back made this stay quite unique. We have family who live on the island and I have rented many houses in this area but have never stayed at a property with such a large outdoor space that is set up for entertaining. The owners were accommodating And take great pride in the appearance and amenities of this location. Definitely will be back!

Great place to stay in Nantucket!

Loved how many beds and bathrooms were in this property. Great seating and hanging out arrangements as well. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Our family currently lives in downtown Chicago. My husband is from the Lake Bluff, IL (suburb of Chicago) and I am originally from Iowa but made Chicago my home base after graduating from University of Iowa in December 1991, where I worked as an ICU nurse. I am currently a "stay Home Mom" of a 13 yo girl and a 9yo boy. My husband is a graduate of Lake Forest College and currently runs his own business.

The property, while originally was a ship captains home was converted into a bed and breakfast in the mid-1970's called the Stumble Inne, my husband having traveled to the east coast and worked there during his summer breaks during college wanted to make a change and run an inn. We changed the name to "la Ruche Inn" in 2003 and ran it as and inn for 3 years. Once my daughter was old enough to go to pre-school we decided to return to Chicago in 2006 and convert the inn back to a home, made structural changes and renovated the kitchen. It is now a home again that we rent out by the week and visit when we can.
