Excellent séjour dans un cadre merveilleux

Cette maison offre beaucoup de possibilités de loisirs : ping-pong, baby-foot, installations extérieures généreuses, piscine et mer à moins de 500m. La maison est très bien équipée (cuisine, équipement maison) et très spacieuse.Environnement forestier très agréable.Pistes d'amélioration : changer matelas de la chambre adulte 1(vraiment trop mou)Dégager un peu l'arrière du jardin encombré.

Le luxe

Ma sœur et moi avons séjourné une semaine au Cap Benat dans cette belle villa familiale de caractère, située dans un environnement accueillant et très calme; en pleine nature .Nous remercions nos hôtes, Bernadette et Dominique pour leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance. La région est à découvrir sans modération.

Großzügige Villa mit persönlicher Note

Diese großzuegige Villa ist vor allem für grosse Familien zu empfehlen. Kinder finden hier alles, was das Herz begehrt. Schöner Spazierweg für den kurzen Gassigang direkt am Haus. Die Küche ist mit allem eingerichtet, was der ambitionierte Koch braucht. Das Meer ist in 3 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier.

Excellentes vacances a la plage !

La maison, à la fois familiale et fonctionnelle, est idealement située pour aller à la plage, même avec de jeunes enfants. Elle est extrêmement bien équipée pour les familles (jeux, vaisselle enfant, trempoline, balançoire....et meme kayak! ). Bernadette est tres disponible en cas de question. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et repartons ravis de nos vacances !

Une très belle villa dans un cadre magnifique

Nous avons séjourné pendant une semaine dans une villa élégante, fraiche, calme, parfaitement équipée et dans un lieu préservé du tourisme intensif : le Cap Benat. A quelques minutes à pied une jolie plage de sable fin. Un peu plus loin criques, calanques et plages vraiment tranquilles... Nous avons vraiment été séduits par l'endroit : nous reviendrons !

Super vacances

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances chez Dominique et Bernadette. La maison est très agréable, bien équipée et située près de la plage. Nous avons reçu un accueil, on ne peut plus chaleureux et c’était vraiment un plaisir. C’est d’autant plus appréciable que c’est de plus en plus rare. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location.

Merveilleux!

Nous avons passé un temps merveilleux sur Cap Bénat. L'accueil était très, très cordial. Et quelle belle maison familiale! Tout est là. Je n'ai jamais vu une cuisine aussi bien équipée! Nous avons apprécié les vélos, le canoë et la région. Vous pouvez vous promener directement de la maison, le sentier littorale est magnifique. J'espère bien revenir et je reccommende cette maison confortable à tout le monde!

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette villa située au calme et à 200 mètres de la plage et court de tennis. Villa très bien équipée il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut pour les loisirs comme la piscine, hamac, trampoline, vélos, babyfoot etc. Nous pensons déjà à y retourner. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.

Wonderful vacation....

First of all we had wonderful time on Cap Benat and were very sad to leave the house after our two weeks of vacation. A great thank you to the owners Dominique and Bernadette, to make that possible for us. Cap Benat is a very quiet and peaceful private area and a few kilometres away from normal touristic places. This was a perfect fit for us (3 people and 1 dog). The area has its own little supermarket, where you can buy your daily baguette and croissants as well as local wines and olive oils. You will also find a nice sea view restaurant on the domain. The house itself is well equipped with 3 sleeping rooms and each one has its own bathroom with a shower. You will find everything you need for a perfect vacation. Usually the owner lives there and rents the house for a couple of weeks per year. This means that you will find also personal belongings like pictures, clothes etc. The terrace and garden is huge and you will find very quit and lovely places around the house. After arriving we got a detailed tour thru the house. Dominique explained in English, all important details like air condition, shads, pool, gas grill and kitchen equipment. Also we could always contact him, if we had any questions. As a summary: if you are looking for a quiet place, where you can relax and recharge your batteries without the touristic hurly-burly, we can strongly recommend this vacation home.

großes Haus mit Abstrichen

Das Haus ist groß &hatte für unsere Gruppe (6 Erwachsen,1 Baby+Hund) die perfekte Größe. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Grill war unser Highlight. Wir hatten uns auf Grund des Strandes für das Haus entschieden. Leider ist der Strand kein Sandstrand &man kann nicht ins Wasser laufen ohne sich die Fußsohlen aufzustechen. Auf den Bildern sieht es so aus, als wenn der Strand quasi vom Wohnzimmer aus zu erreichen wäre. Man muss ca. 300m &über 3 Querstraßen laufen. Dies hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst. Das Haus ist innerhalb eines geschützten Anlage, so dass nur Gäste+Hausbesitzer Zugang zu dem Areal hatten. Etwas schwierig ist es, wenn man Informationen zu Schrankenöffnungszeiten etc. benötigt, das niemand englisch spricht. Leider war man durch die Lage des Hauses auch weiter weg von Strandpromenaden+Geschäften. Ohne Auto kommt man nicht voran. Der Vorteil: Es war herrlich idylisch ≤ise. Das Haus ist kein Ferienhaus im klassischen Sinne - der Vermieter scheint dort zu wohnen/seinen Sommersitz zu haben. Überall hängen Familienbilder & es liegen private Dokumente sowie hängt Kleidung in den Schränken. Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen &es fehlt eine Stilrichtung der Einrichtung. Genrell ist das Grundstück&Haus alt.Eine Renovierung würde gut tun. In den meisten Zimmern waren Spinnweben an der Decke &Staub auf den Möbel. Am Schlimmsten war für uns, dass wir hinter den Vorhängen im Wohnzimmer große Schimmelflecken entdeckt haben. An anderen Stellen im Haus waren Schimmelflecken beseitigt worden, aber im Wohnzimmer noch nicht. Für Urlaub mit Baby ein no go! In einem der Bäder lief das Wasser nicht richtig ab und so gab es regelmäßig Überflutung im Bad. Dominique &seine Frau sind sehr sympathisch. Die Kommunikation lief problemlos. Alle Anfragen wurden zeitnah beantwortet. Die Betten sind bequem & die Stille +die Nähe zum Wald haben wir - gerade als Hundebesitzer - als einen großen Vorteil gesehen. Insgesamt war unsere Gruppe mit dem Urlaub nicht zufrieden, da der "Charme des Hauses" doch sehr auf die Stimmung schlug. Gerne hätten wir unser Feedback vor Ort an Dominique gegeben, aber es kam zur Übergabe ein Mann der kein englisch sprach. Ihn während des Urlaubes zu kontaktieren sahen wir nicht als sinnvoll: denn was sollte er gegen & Schimmel, altes Inventar &Staub innerhalb von 1Woche unternehmen?Schade, wenn man sich so lange auf den Urlaub freut, viel spart &durch die Wahl auf das für uns"falsche"Haus der Urlaub nicht wert war :(

Very nice place with some problems

This is a great house in a secure area, very quiet with a high level of privacy. We would fully recommend it, if we did not have the following problems: - the kitchen and other parts of the house were not properly cleaned, the kitchen was dirty. They got cleaned after we complained. - the landlord knew, that we had a person with us who was not able to walk easily. He did not mention to us, that the walk to the beach was really steep (for a disabled person) - the sink in our bathroom was clogged and was not repaired during our stay so that we had to do this ourselves - when we arrived the pool area was in disorder because of a storm in the prior week, no one had fixed that before we arrived - Overall, it's a pity that things are not kept well in such a beautiful place. While the landlord was helpful and friendly, these problems are just not adequate for a place at this location at this price.

We welcomed you on saturday evening at 22H PM with pleasure in spite of your very late hour of arrival. We drived you 2 km from BORMES to our villa (situated in a private estate closed each evening at 19H PM). At this very late hour, it was impossible to ask somebody to realize an inventory of fixtures (inside and outside) Our villa is very near the beach (150m) and everybody can easily walk to the beach within three minutes (tarred way with a weak slope). Everybody may confirm this situation in the area, and we confirm our villa is one of the easiest to go to the sea in the whole estate. We are sorry if the person with you have some difficulty to walk to the sea. We received since 7 years a very great number of people during summer, it's the first time we have harsh critics about cleanliness. Our kitchen marking is Sie Matic and is only a few years old. All the materials is less than five years old. A cleaning lady come all day long every week to clean the whole house or before the arrival of a new tenant. We are sorry if we make an error (or very few errors) before your arrival but we don't understand why you overstate totally about the true look and general conditions of our villa. I personally came the first monday after your coming and made several inquiries about your two weeks staying. I offer you a bottle of champagne to wish you a good stay and borrow you our own bicycles for free during while staying here. So we don't understand your belated blames. We hope you had good and happy holidays in our villa in spite of your remarks and are sure to gratify you totally in a future staying in our villa. Bernadette and Dominique

"We (2 adults and 3 children) enjoyed our vacation very much. A nice beach is in walking distances - tennis courts as well. The owners are very friendly, supportive and like children. For us these 2 weeks in early summer were a little paradise."
