Our stay in P.A at condo Bellmare was fantastic. The photos on the VRBO site were exactly the way the condo looked. It was plenty big for the 2 of us. The washer and dryer was a great feature.The kingsize bed was very comfortable and good quality.The views from the shared deck and pool area overlooking the lagoon were so beautiful. Our host J.L was always reachable should we have a question. The location was a short walk to the restaurants, beaches and marina.The grocery store was a short walk outside the gate, we would walk there and taxi back. Having bottled water included in our rent was great. It was hooked up to the fridge so cold water and safe ice for drinks was fantastic. We boked our airport transportation and golf cart rental via our host too. J.L delivered the golf cart to our suite for us. The pool and yard area was always clean. The gardner was at the property daily. The internet was strong. We enjoyed using the provided kayaks.We felt extremely safe the entire trip. Having J.L pick us up and show us around PA that first evening was appreciated so much as it was our first visit. We would highly recommend booking with this host.

Best ever

I truly enjoyed my stay. The apt is spacious with everything you need and at the perfect location. We took advantage of kayak and puddle boards, pool and amazing lounge area by the water. Will definitely rent this space again?

A Private Oasis

Jean Louis and his wife have created a private oasis in the middle of Paradise. I would lie in a hammock or one the the beach chairs and gaze at the beauty of the the lagoon and bright green palm trees whether under a blue sky or cloudy sky and it was wonderful. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. We would love to visit again.

Delayed Spring Break

My wife, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to P.A Jean Louis was very attentive to our needs and was helpful with everything from transports to the best places to eat. We fished, SUPd, kayaked, swam, rode bikes, wandered and had a great time. The property was very clean and felt very safe as well. Thanks for a long over due vacation!

Gorgeous location

What a wonderful week in Puerto Aventuras. The condo is beautiful, with only a few minor items that need repairs. Bicycles are not in good shape. We loved the outdoor area as well, and the peaceful lagoon. You will fall in love with PA. At times it was difficult to reach the owner, and we were charged more for our transportation last minute that we had been twice quoted . Overall, it was a fantastic week.

Perfect Caribbean Getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**

Our stay at the Puerta Aventuras was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful decor and immaculate cleanliness. The townhouse is just a short walk from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sand whenever we pleased. The amenities were top-notch; the kitchen was fully equipped for us to prepare meals, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We especially loved the terrace where we could relax and enjoy the million dollar lagoon view and feel the ocean breeze in the evenings. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local attractions and ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfect. Overall, our experience at Puerta Aventuras was memorable and exceeded all our expectations. We can't wait to come back for another visit! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway by the beach.

Overall our stay was very nice, the place was clean and as described in listing. We had a small issue with the air conditioner in the living room (it wouldn’t stay on and would turn off after 5 minutes or so), but we got used to the heat and didnt need to use it towards the end of our stay. The bedroom air conditioner worked as it should. The laundry machines were nice to have and we used those. If you rent a golf cart, get a gas one because the electrical outlets at the box and outside our unit did not work. We may have been able to get them turned on by the owner, but we didn’t ask. Pool and grounds were taken care of daily. We used the grill and common areas and enjoyed those too. We were left with plenty of water and there was an ice machine in the freezer. Would stay here again!

Great location, well appointed Condo, Gracious Owner

This is a lovely, well maintained property with a great waterfront lanai. The Owner, Jean Louis, is very helpful, making sure everything is going smoothly and providing helpful tips about the area. The Condo is immaculately clean and the pool and Lanai area are cleaned daily. The outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill was great! The grill is always spotlessly clean and ready to go (what a treat!). The ocean beach is literally a two minute stroll (we timed it) and the Marina is a 15 minute walk which makes the location very handy. Also, if venturing further, like Playa del Carmen or Tulum, the Collectivos work great and are affordable and convenient. I know there's no predicting the weather but we had beautiful, sunny weather every day. We loved this Condo and feel grateful to have had the chance to restore ourselves in such a beautiful location. We are definately hoping to return next year.

The property is extremely well maintained and secure. There is abundant free parking.

We have just returned from five weeks in Unit B1 which is very comfortable, immaculately maintained and unusually well equipped. The owners, Jean and Azucena, are extraordinary hosts..physically on the property nearly every day, helpful, friendly and informative. Though this unit is described as "front water", the windows look onto the treed pathway between the two main buildings through which all residents pass on their way to their own units. Notice that the pictures show no lagoon water views, only a glimpse of the pool. The water front unit is B2, a two bedroom , which is located between B1 and the lagoon, also owned by Jean. We recommend a car or a golf cart unless you are an enthusiastic walker. The main grocery store is abundantly supplied and the twice a week local market provides fruit, vegetables, fresh juices and shrimp and excellent baked goods. There are a large number of restaurants, many of which provide entertainment. Because Condo Bellmare is small, the atmosphere is friendly and inclusive. Our profound thanks to Jean and Azucena for making our vacation so comfortable and relaxing.

Oldie but Goodie!

Upon arrving at B1 Bellmare Condo we were greeted and shown how to access the condo and giving a tour. The property is older but the grounds are beautifil! There is a little bit of a view from B1thru the living room window, but the kitchen window faces the entrance of the condo.... there is only a small outside patio where you can view the pool. But it is only a few steps to the pool and the private pogoda and beach where the view is spectacular of the lagoon. The condo we thought needed some maintainance, the drawers in the kitchen are sticking and need new rails, the curtain in the bedroom is rusty on top and the curtain rod also rusty, microwave is old but works, and we had a laugh at the MPV player in the kitchen.. But the bed was super comfortable, shower pressure was awesome and the washer and dryer were pretty new as well as the big screen tv. Be prepared to bring your own papertowels and laundry soap. As well as seasonings. There was salt and pepper.There was enough toilet paper and hand and dish soap. The fridge wasn't making ice or dispensing water but we fixed it. Just wouldv'e been nice to know we needed ice as well. Also there was plenty of bottled water but would be nice for them to have the dispenser as trying to pour out of those big jugs is a bit of a pain. We used the kayaks serveral times and the paddle boards. You definately need to cruise the beautiful lagoon! Also a short walk to the Dolphin Discovery. We really enjoyed our stay!

Truly Paradise!!

To be honest my fiancé Marie and I were a bit hesitant to rent something for our honeymoon on Homeaway seeing as we had never done it before, but we saw the pictures of this listing and loved it. I was still worried when we landed in Cancun that somehow it would be a little sketchy, but once we had arrived at the condo I was AMAZED!! First of all, it's located in a secured and gated tourist community called Puerto Aventuras that is BEAUTIFUL and full of wonderful restaurants and incredible beaches. The ocean is literally out the back door of the stunning condo. Everything was very clean and safe and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. Azucena came to give us the tour of the condo and give us some travel tips which were AMAZING! The restauarant she recommended was by far the most delicious and a wonderful experience, and she gave us great information on all of our questions. We felt like locals knowing what to do and what not to do because she gave very solid recommendations. They have some tours that Azucena can get for a great price. We had a rental car so we only did the tour to Isla Mujeres on a yacht, and it was one of our favorite days! The condo is way better than the pictures could ever show, and everything was incredibly easy. Literally the easiest booking ans stay I've ever har in my life, period. We loved the quiet beautiful private pool at night, and the lagoon right out the back door is stunning to relax on. The beautiful white sand ocean beach is about a 1 minute walk or a 5 minute kayak ride through the lagoon, and the delicious restauarants and dolphins cove are just 10 minutes walking or a very short car or bike ride. We loved Dos Chiles restaurant, we sat there drinking piñadas eating delicious mexican food while watching the dolphins do tricks and swim with the tourists. Definitely go to Xcaret and Xplor while you're in the area, and don't pass up Tulum, Coba, and Chichen Itzá. Playa del Carmen is just a 20-30 minute drive up the road and has a beautiful boulevard and plenty of great facilities. I got sick from eating some street food and I was able to get a free consult and the prescription i needed at the Walmart in Playa del Carmen and was feeling better in no time. We couldn't be happier than we were with this paradise for our honeymoon and we can't wait to come back, especially for the price!

We had a great stay at Condo Bellmare. The host Jean was always available and helpful. The grill and seating in front of the lagoon was a highlight ! We would absolutely return for another stay and would recommend this property to our friends Thanks again for everything Brad and Tennys

Great condo

My wife and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The owners are incredibly friendly and very attentive to every need. I will definitely stay at this condo again!

Beautiful condo

We absolutely loved our stay here! Jean was fantastic if you needed anything. The grounds were kept spotless, kayaks available for the amazing lagoon. Walking distance to beach and marina for meals. Definitely recommend it.

This place has everything needed for a great vacation. Whether you're there for a week, a month or more. You have an amazing pool, the marina, and the entire Puerto Aventuras area within walking distance. Inside, an excellent layout features everything from comfortable bedrooms, good-sized bathrooms, a full kitchen, large dining room table and comfy living room setup. We really enjoyed spending the time on the walk-out patio, overlooking everything.
