私たちの小さな漁師の家は、St-CyprienにあるCapellansラグーンのプライベートアイランドに理想的に位置しています。 水の端に、非常に静かで、ビーチに近い（車は必要ありません）。 セキュリティーバリア付きの16㎡の素敵な木製のテラス。 2階建てで、設備が整って快適です（各階に1W-C）。 最近の寝具と品質。 自宅の前に専用駐車スペースがあり、遠隔制御のバリアを備えた住居の入り口。 無料で安全なWiFiインターネットアクセス
7月と8月には、日曜から日曜までのレンタルがあり、最終清掃には50ユーロが必要です。

Nous avons été enchantés par cette charmante maison de pêcheur très bien placée dans la marina, confortable : nous nous sommes sentis chez nous rapidement.Vraiment une très belle découverte !De plus notre hôte a été très prévenante et a su nous mettre en confiance.Évidemment je recommande (à condition que j’ai de la place lors d’un prochain séjour…)

Had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. The terrace has great views of the passing sailing boats. It was cozy and fully equipped for our family of 4. The beach is nearby and shops are a 15-20 min walk away. The bikes also came in handy. The private parking lot in front of the apartment was ideal as well. We would love to return to this apartment in the future!

Ein kleines aber sehr feines Haus. Gerne wieder.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr toll und wir kommen gerne wieder. Anne ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben alles vorgefunden was wir brauchten. Die 2 Fahrräder waren auch sehr hilfreich, da der nächste Supermarkt oder Bäcker zu Fuß gute 15-20 Minuten entfernt ist. Das einzige was uns den Aufenhalt noch erträglicher gemacht hätte, wäre eine Klimanlage in den beiden Schlafzimmern gewesen. Bei fast 40 Grad Außentemperatur zur Hauptsaison waren die beiden Ventilatoren aber schon sehr hilfreich und das es keine Klimaanlage gibt, wussten wir ja auch vorher. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt mit einem sehr netten Nachbarn. Können wir empfehlen.

Perfekte Tage am Meer ...

Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt, Terrasse zum Frühstücken mit Blick auf die Lagune, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, der tägliche kurze Spaziergang zum Meer, Fahrräder für den Weg zum Bäcker oder die Küste entlang, wir haben es genossen und wären gern länger geblieben ... Danke an Anne für den schönen Urlaub ....

Charmant

Charmante location pour les vacances en petit comité (3-4 personnes). Tout est relativement prêt même s'il faut prendre la voiture pour sortir dans la ville le soir (sinon 20-25 min de marche pour aller au port de plaisance). Pour les amateurs de la pêche à coup, il y a la possibilité de pêcher dans la Marina le soir quand les bateaux ne circulent plus (cannes à pêche - 3m pour pêcher dans la marina, sinon 5m ou la canne avec un moulinet pour pêcher sur la côte sauvage)

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à St Cyprien, la location est idéalement placée pour prendre du repos et profiter de la mer. La maison est très propre et bien équipée, on se rend aux commerces et la plages à pied. La propriétaire est charmante et aux petits soins, merci pour tout Anne.

Très bien

Cette maison est idéale pour passer de belles vacances à St Cyprien. Maison très propre, fonctionnelle et bien équipées. Et la propriétaire est une personne charmante. Située dans la lagune, au calme, nous sommes "en mode vacances". La plage, les commerces et le port sont situé tout près de la maison ; ça se fait très facilement à pieds ou à vélos (vélos de belle prestation). Nous recommandons cette location !

Nice property. Good position. Complex and expensive payment method..

This is a nice small property with fine views. The payment method is expensive as it involves bank transfers and thus bank fees. The deposit system has the same fault ; we paid in euros but but were repaid via our bank and paid yet another fee.

A lovely little house on the water.

We spent a week here, it was very hot but there was always shade somewhere and curtains and shutters helped. The house is comfortable and well equipped, the downstairs loo is a bonus. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and bikes are available to fetch fresh bread in the morning. We found it an excellent base from which to visit the area.

Location idéale très bien située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à St Cyprien, avec notre fille de 14 mois, grâce à cette maison idéalement située dans la marina, à moins de dix minutes à pied de la plage. La maison est très bien équipée et agencée, on s'y sent comme chez soi, et la propriétaire nous a très gentiment accueillis. La marina est au calme, on peut se garer juste devant la maison, et tout faire à pied ou en vélo grâce à ceux de la propriétaire. Vivement recommandée !

Perfect Little Place!!!

We three senior ladies just loved the cute little place "Blue Marina". It was perfect in every way. Nice and close to grocery shopping, where you had a small grocery store, 2 vegetable/fruit shops, a bakery, a butcher shop, and a clothing store. Sprinkle in a few restaurants, and a place for coffee and Wi-Fi......all within a 10-20 minute walk. Bus service is out by the road in front of the complex. There is a 1 euro bus, #420 that can take you to the next towns or futher, into Perpignan. Schedule up in the bus shelter. The waterfront house is bright, clean, and has most everything you could want. We cooked all our meals there, and enjoyed having them on the patio. The extra powder room on the main floor was a blessing, saving us the trek up the stairs to the full bathroom. Bedrooms very comfortable, accommodating up to 4 people. All in all a great find for anyone who is looking for the perfect vacation rental.

Semaine de bonheur au bord de l'eau

Excellent séjour.

Excellent séjour à la découverte de cette belle région des Pyrénées-Orientales. Nous avons profité pleinement de cette petite maison coquette, bien située, propre et équipée comme chez soi. La terrasse au bord de l'eau et le balcon qui surplombe la lagune sont un vrai plaisir, surtout à l'heure de l'apéro et du coucher de soleil. C'est calme, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage et proche de tout. Accueil chaleureux par la propriétaire qui nous a fourni plein de suggestions de lieux à visiter.

Awesome cosy sunny Haven by the Sea!

I was looking for a beautiful & cosy house (in great surroundings) for my quiet holidays (and boy, I needed it!), And when I saw the pictures of the location, I knew I found the Gem I was looking for ! It just became perfect with the help & tips of the wonderful owner (thank you so much :) For sure, I'll be back: the water at your feet, the mountains in the background, and the gorgeous cosy house full of sunshine! Belle maison au calme

Séjour de 15 jours avec notre fils de 5 ans dans cette très agréable maison, propre, bien équipée et au calme. Proche de la plage. Vélos mis à disposition pour se rendre au petit centre commercial. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Location recommandée sans hésitation.
