Residence ideally located at the entrance of the small port of Ile Tudy. You will enjoy stunning views and a soothing water pond, sea bird sanctuary classified living to the rhythm of the tides. You'll have the chance to admire the rare and protected birds, and perhaps even attend the majestic flight of swans ... The Sunsets enchanting sea (cf.photo) will delight you: full view of the entire house is facing south west.
Residence 140m ² of spacious, recently independent, carefully decorated and cozy, you feel at home. House very well equipped, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the ground floor.Large wooden terrace with garden furniture and teak deck chairs, large umbrellas and a Weber gas grill. Shower hot water for external returns range.Sea kayak 4 seats (including 2 children) available for beautiful walks on the river Pont- L'Abbé (access to 300m) or at sea house very pleasant even with young children :toys, walled garden, swing / slide, trampoline secure gates to the stairs on request ... Large private yard for parking for several cars. Beautiful long beach of fine sand located at 200m, is ideal for safe swimming, strolling, and recharge: easy access by foot or bicycle by a bicycle out of the house. Easy access also to strike a paradise for fishermen on foot.
Pastry Bakery and other shops, 400m from the house. Quiet, relaxing, discoveries, sports, beach walking and fishing are at your holiday program.

A great vacation in a fantastic house

Me and my family spent one summer week in this fantastic house just by the sea with a splendid sunset from the terrace. The spacious house was in perfect condition: very cozy, clean, well equipped, both inside and outside, and very comfortable beds. Extra plus for the three bedrooms and separate bathrooms on two floors, so that our teenage daughters could have the first floor to themselves. The location was perfect, with walking distance to a long wonderful beach, the local Monday market as well as the cozy village/harbour of Ile-Tudy, with its bars and restaurants. It was also a good starting point to explore this beautiful part of Bretagne. Sandra and her husband were great hosts, answered quickly to all our questions and gave us tips on what to do/visit. We would love to come back to this place/house and can strongly recommend it to others.

Séjour très agréable

Malgré un temps qui fut très humide, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Ile Tudy. La cadre est magnifique et la maison de M. et Mme Chaffron parfaitement située pour en profiter. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Wunderschönes Haus, traumhaft gelegen

Das Haus wirkt fast neu, ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist einmalig schön. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf einen See (traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge). Alle Schlafzimmer liegen zum Garten, so dass man die Straße nicht hört. 5 min Gehzeit zum Bäcker (Epicerie), 10 min Gehzeit zum wunderschönen Strand, 25 min in den winzigen Ort mit schönem Platz am Hafen und mehreren Restaurants /Creperien.

Ein rundum perfektes Ferienhaus

Zwei Wochen waren wir Gast in dem wunderbaren Haus auf der Ile Tudy. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, mit Blick auf den See, der Weg zum Meer ist kurz. Die Ile Tudy ist ein wundervolles Stück Bretagne, von wo aus weitere viele schöne Orte und Strände erreichbar sind. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!!

Maison avec jolie vue

Jolie maison, agréable à vivre. Très bien situé pour découvrir le Pays Bigouden. Calme et jolie vue avec de beaux couchers de soleil. Idéal pour se ressourcer. Il manque peut être des accessoires pour les enfants et le trampoline tant attendu n'existe malheureusement plus.

excellentes vacances - comme d'habitude

Maison spacieuse très agréable et parfaitement équipée, quel que soit le temps - beaucoup de charme - nous y revenons depuis 5 ans! les enfants adorent le trampoline, les diners de langoustines devant un coucher de soleil majestueux sont sans prix, les commerces sont à proximité, la plage également...rien à redire...à l'an prochain - famille V.

Beautiful home and great location

Thank you for a great week's stay in Ile Tudy. We stayed during August and despite some changeable weather, we had a great week and even four teenagers were kept occupied! The house is well designed and worked well for two adults and four children, who enjoyed having their ow space upstairs. The location near the beach is great and the kayak was enjoyed. Ile Tudy had some good places to eat and drink and we enjoyed walking to eat out in the evening. The walk to the port is 20 minutes, which was Ok in the dry. The boys found it much quicker on skateboards and cycle hire would be a good option as there are some lovely cycle routes. Benodet is close and we would recommend hiring kayaks and travelling the Odet from Quimper, which was very beautiful.The owners were very helpful throughout our stay and a pleasure to liaise with throughout the booking. Would recommend.

The house was extremely clean and pleasant. It looked as it did on the photos which was great. A very modern house and the owner left some toys for the children and put up a stair gate for our little ones. The house was very quiet and the view was lovely. An easy walk to the beach - less than 10 mins. The town and restaurants was a further walk than expected but was manageable (20+mins). There was no DVD player which would have been good for those with younger children. Overall a lovely place and we had a very nice time.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und wohnlich eingerichtet. Spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge können von der Terrasse oder im Haus genossen werden. Die Vermietung hat super geklappt. Die Vermieter sind äusserst freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Äusserst empfehlenswert.

"We stayed in this beautiful house in Ile Tudy for 2 weeks with our 3 young children. The sunsets were beautiful and we enjoyed the safe and secure garden with the tampoline, swings and toys for the children. The owners were incredibly hospitable and provided information on the local area. It was fantastic for the children and they provided toys perfect for a little boy and girl of their age which kept them busy for 2 weeks. I would highly recommend this property to a friend and it exceeded our expectations."

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce bel endroit. La vue sur l''étang et les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques. La maison est très agréable avec tout ce qu''il faut comme matériel. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles. Seul bémol, pour accéder au coin jeux dans le jardin il faut passer par une pente assez raide qu''un enfant de 2 ans ne peut pas emprunter seul."
