中世の村オビドスの隣には、1ヘクタール以上の敷地があり、典型的なサントアンテオの礼拝堂に囲まれた丘に沿って発達しています。

古い果樹園に位置するOuteiro de SantoAntãoの家は、広大な芝生と庭園に囲まれています。 ÓbidosとCaldas da Rainhaを結ぶ道路の隣に、城が背景にあり、Várzeada Rainhaの隣には田舎にありますが、Óbidosから離れて村まで歩いて行くことができます。

快適なプールは家の下の平らな場所にあり、フレンドリーな小屋にはバーベキューとトイレがあります。 ここでは、地域の静かな、城の眺めと、1.5mの深さが足を失わないような大きさ（6 x 12 m）のスイミングプールを楽しむことができます。

家は所有者の2番目の住居であり、したがって喜びで生きた物の魅力を持っています。 アンティークの家具と丁寧な装飾が、本格的なポルトガルの家の田舎の雰囲気を再現しています。

家の中心には3つの異なるエリア（リビング、ダイニング、オフィス）がある大きな共用ルームがあります。 近くには設備の整ったキッチンがあります。

客室の数は3つで、1つはダブルベッド、2つはシングルベッドです（大人6名まで）。 あなたのリクエストに応じて、子供用のベッドを設置することができます。 バスルームは2つ（1つはダブルベッドルームと2つの別のベッドルームの間のスイート）

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour. Maison très bien située nous avons pu profiter pour faire pleins de visites aux alentours.Propriétaire très agréables et à l écoute. Recommande cette location sans problème. Maison très spacieuse avec son immense piscine.Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison idéalement située. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et la piscine est vraiment magnifique, un vrai plus pour des vacances en famille.Les hôtes sont adorables, très gentils et toujours disponibles en cas de besoin, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.La maison aurait cependant besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement et d’un entretien un peu plus régulier : elle est très chargée en objets personnels et le ménage mériterait d’être un peu plus approfondi. Cela n’a toutefois pas empêché de profiter pleinement du séjour.Un lieu agréable avec beaucoup de potentiel, dans une région superbe !

Lovely location and great property but updates/improvements required

We had a fun 2 weeks. The location, property and space around the property were perfect for our family of 5. Obidos is 15/20mins walk up the hill and we enjoyed evening walks for a drink/ice cream and a look around the shops. We enjoyed the beach, lagoon and restaurants at Foz. Loads of supermarkets in easy reach which was useful. We booked the property for the large swimming pool and bbq area down by the pool. The kids had fun in and out of the pool and the shade provided by the covered area was brilliant. However, we were really disappointed that on arrival the pool was not full enough. It was well below the skimmers and it would have been difficult for our youngest child to pull himself out of the water and dangerous to dive in. After filling the pool and asking the pool guy to turn on the skimmers we were much happier. Note the pool isn’t heated so it can feel cold especially for younger kids if they are in the water for a long time. Also there are lots of trees surrounding the pool so expect to spend a bit of time clearing out leaves each morning as the pool guy only comes 2 days. There are a few updates we would suggest to the property to make it more enjoyable/comfortable for guests. The beds are old and uncomfortable and could do with replacing. Some pool tiles need replacing as our kids cut their feet. Hob/Oven needs replacing. There is only 4 cushions for 5 Sun loungers. We made do and still had a good time but wouldn’t book again without improvements.

Cadre très agréable

Pédro a été très agréable et toujours disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Le terrain est arboré et verdoyant, la maison est très spacieuse et très bien équipée. La piscine est grande. Seul petit bémol, les alors de celle-ci qui mériterait d'être repris. Nous recommandons cette maison sans hésitation.

Magnifique

Géographiquement bien située, cette maison est idéal pour des vacances au calme dans un environnement magnifique Nous sommes allés régulièrement a pied (15 à 20mn) dans Obidos qui est une petite ville médiéval absolument superbe! Nous avons alterné les sorties (Peniche, Nazaré, Lisbonne.....)et les journées tranquilles au bord de la belle piscine Nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir

Óptima casa para conhecer a zona de Óbidos

Esta casa serviu-nos de base para visitar Óbidos e os arredores. A casa está confortavelmente mobilada e apetrechada, o jardim está muito bem cuidado e a piscina é enorme. Gostamos muito.

Excelente retiro em família

A propriedade é fantástica para passar uns dias longe da rotina da cidade. Tem um espaço grande e muito agradável, rodeado de árvores e totalmente privado. A piscina e espaço de barbeque são excelentes. Tudo limpo e com todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia muito agradável. Contacto fácil e atencioso por parte dos proprietários. A repetir.

Maravilloso entorno: naturaleza, historia y arte

Disfrutamos mucho de la casa. Es muy cómoda, muy bonita y sobre todo: es muy auténtica y personal. Es una casa con mucha “solera”. Un lugar relajado, artístico y hermoso que transmite una energía magnífica. La piscina y las vistas al verde infinito fueron la felicidad del verano. Pedro et sa femme ont une maison, un jardin et une piscine magnifiques Ils étaient présents à notre arrivée - avaient d’ailleurs laissé une bouteille de vin et autres denrées, ils nous ont apportés de bons conseils et étaient très réactifs dès que nous avons eu besoin Le ménage fait en milieu et fin de séjour a été très apprécié La maison est un peu isolée mais c est ce qui nous plaît et une voiture est indispensable Nous conseillons vivement cette location et y retournerions avec grand plaisir

Beautiful traditional villa

We had a wonderful time here. There were 8 of us 4 adults and 4 children and the villa was plenty big enough. Lots of outside space and eating areas. The villa had everything we needed and is really comfortable and felt really homely. The fly screens at each window were a godsend. The pool was lovely and a great size. Sunbeds could just do with updating and we all had to fight for them as there were only 4. So one for everyone would have been brilliant. The area is nice and quiet and the local town of Obidos only a short walk away ( Uphill though!) . Obidos is a lovely medieval town , with a stunning castle. We were there when the medieval festival was on , which was absolutely brilliant. The food was amazing. The beaches nearby were huge and not too busy and really beautiful.

Beautiful house and garden, short walk to Obidos.

Well equipped, comfortable house, lovely garden and great location. Our hosts were very welcoming and gave lots of advice on places to visit. We didn't have great weather all of the time but enjoyed the pool and outdoor rooms. We were grateful for the fly screens on the windows. A short walk to Obidos (and the train station), steep uphill but charming when you get there! One particular highlight was seeing fireflies in the garden at night, and hearing the frogs.

Fantastische week in het Middeleeuwse Obidos!

De woning was heel ruim, mooi en gezellig ingericht! De bedden waren heel comfortabel. We genoten eveneens van het prachtige zwembad en buitenruimte. De woning is rustig gelegen maar perfect om alles te bezoeken in de omgeving! De Middeleeuwse feesten in Obidos zijn een aanrader om te doen (zeker met kinderen!). Het strand van Foz do Arelho ligt op een kwartiertje rijden. We bezochten Peniche, Nazaré, Alcobaça, Batalha en Leiria. Door de vriendelijke ontvangst van Pedro en zijn vrouw voelden we ons onmiddellijk thuis. Een aanrader! Als we de kans krijgen komen we hier zeker nog eens terug! Obrigada!

Tres belle propriété

Très bon accueil de Pedro et de son épouse.Très belle propriété entièrement équipée avec une grande piscine. Eau un peu fraiche en ce moment mais très propre.Maison située à 2 min en voiture du centre d'Obidos, 1 petite heure de Lisbonne, 25 min de Peniche. Seul petit point faible, la literie qui mériterait d'être renouvelée. Merci encore.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Pedro. La maison est très bien située, dans la campagne, mais à proximité du très beau village médiéval d'Obidos. La maison est vraiment très agréable et très joliment décorée. On a vraiment l'impression d'être chez soi ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le jardin et la piscine, laquelle est d'une très bonne dimension. Les enfants se sont régalés ! Sans parler des très bonnes soirées passées dans le salon d'été (terrasse couverte avec barbecue située tout près de la piscine). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous recommandons vivement cette maison. Si nous revenons dans cette région du Portugal, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

La maison de Pedro est to...

La maison de Pedro est tout simplement parfaite pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le coin séjour est douillet et permet de se sentir comme chez soi, la cuisine assez spacieuse pour cuisiner de grands plats pour de grandes tablées, et l'espace piscine, agrémenté d'une terrasse couverte avec barbecue offre des instants splendides. A huit (cinq adultes, deux enfants, un bébé), nous nous sommes régalés. Concernant le bruit, rien à signaler. propreté de la maison impeccable. Très facile à trouver depuis l'entrée dans le village. Impeccable !
