A spacious house with lots of amenities. The 2nd bedrooms are small for one person or with bunk beds. The master bedroom is spacious, but the bed was only 2 meters long. Very nice that there are 2 bathrooms, with very small showers though.The living room has a very large kitchen and a fantastic view. You have to like stairs, 54 steps from parking to living room. There is a beautiful and very clean swimming pool which is 5 minutes away by car. You really need a car in this area.We really enjoyed the luxury of the house.

Die perfekten Gastgeber ! Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt

Von allen Feriendomizilen in den wir je waren, sind wir niemals so freundlich begrüßt worden. Man fühlt sich direkt wie Zuhause Das Haus hat alles was das Herz begehrt man brauch eigentlich nichts mitzunehmen (haben wir so auch noch nie erlebt). Wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben. Man sollte nur beachten, dass der Pool weiter weg ist als erwartet. Man kann ihn nicht fussläufig erreichen sondern muss mit dem Auto fahren. Das war das einzige was wir anders erwartet hatten. Es war aber nicht schlimm. Der Pool ist dafür wunderschön, es gibt Liegen, Toiletten und Duschen. Wir liebten besonders die zauberhaften Sonnenuntergänge und der Garten im hinteren Teil ist auch wunderschön !

Der Urlaub war sehr schön, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Wohnung ist toll. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Bis zum Pool sind es 257 Treppen und noch ein Weg bergauf. Daher sind wir meist mit dem Auto hochgefahren. Das war dann kein Problem. Die Ausstattung und Größe des Pools waren aber einzigartig!

Fantastic Experience

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. We stayed here August 2022 and so glad we chose it. The apartment was very clean and well presented. Everything you needed was provided. The real bonus was the fact that they provided everything you needed for the beach - umbrellas, flippers, beach shoes, snorkel & masks, inflatables, bucket & spades, chairs, balls, beach bags so my children were very happy. The contact from the hosts Antonello & Christina was amazing from initial booking until the day we left. We had a parking fine from town to settle before we left which was in Italian so struggled to understand. Christina immediately assisted and resolved for us. The swimming pool area although 5 mins drive up the hill was pristine with comfortable sunbeds. Many times we had the whole pool to ourselves and the views are absolutely stunning especially at sunset. There are supermarkets within a short drive which were good value but the area did lack restaurants. I would advise to book any restaurant you plan to go any day of the week. I would highly recommend this accommodation and the hosts who own it. Richard

Belle vue et repos assurés

Appartement agréable et bien équipé avec une belle vue sur mer. Peu de commerces et services à proximité, la voiture est indispensable. La piscine est très agréable mais reste trop éloignée de l'appartement, il est dommage de devoir prendre la voiture pour s'y rendre avec les enfants. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux

Es war sehr schön, tolle Gastfreundschaft und toller Pool, den man allerdings nur bis 14:00 Uhr nutzen kann, dafür aber fast allein. Man muss allerdings mit dem Auto hinfahren. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr authentisch. Uns hat es gut gefallen und wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. .

Une vue incroyable!!!

Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir dans cette petite maison. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique, quel plaisir de prendre le déjeuner et le souper devant une telle étendue (et à l’ombre!). La douche extérieure est aussi le top! Les plages à courtes ou plus longues distances sont splendides. La maison est généreusement fournie, il y a tout et Cristina et Antonella sont très accueillants. Que de beaux souvenirs!!!

Beautiful View, Great Location, A++++ Hospitality!!!!

We had a wonderful, unforgettable vacation in Sardinia. Antonello and Cristiana were the most gracious and welcoming hosts! They met us at the airport in Cagliari which we felt went above and beyond what we expected from a host. Our flight did not land until 11:30pm. They kindly greeted us and even carried one of our bags in their car to the home since our rental car could not fit all of our bags. They even had some breakfast items in the home for us when we arrived since it was so late and there were not any store open at that hour. They home was perfect for our needs. They view is absolutely amazing! The house stays very cool in the evenings which is nice after hot days at the beach. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. There are plenty of beach towels for use on the beach which is nice because we did not bring any with us. This home has everything you need to have a wonderful, relaxing vacation in Sardinia. The location was great to get to Cagliari fairly quickly. We also visited Costa Rei, Villasimius and Nora. None were a bad drive from the home. Unfortunately, the pool at the residence was not accessible to us, which Antonello and Cristiana communicated to us prior to our arrival. It was an issue that was completely out of their control and they were kind enough to refund us 10% of our rental payment. Our kids were a little upset about not being able to use the poo, but in the end, we enjoyed all of our time at the beach! The beaches are beautiful! I would 100% recommend Antonello & Cristiana's home for your beach vacation. We cannot wait to go back!

A great property with amazing views over the bay of Cagliari.

Cristiana and Antelino were fantastic hosts, meeting us at the airport and then taking us to the villa via a gorgeous drive through the city and past the flamingo filed salt lakes. When we got to the villa, they’d arranged some lovely delicacies to try and amazingly hospitable. The villa itself has a fairly small dining kitchen/lounge area but this is extended by the fabulous veranda with its stunning views. C&V also emailed us before our arrival and recommended some sights to visit and places to eat in order to get the full Sardinian experience. This is a fantastic spot for relaxing away from the buzz of the city but just a stones throw away when you want it or want to go off exploring the island.

We are a family of 6 and spent one week in Antonello and Cristiana’s house. The first very positive point of our experience is the way we were welcomed: everything was prepared and clean, Antonello and Cristiana welcomed us very warmly, explaining and showing us everything we had to know. Before arriving the communication by SMS / phone was very easy and friendly and during the stay Antonello and Cristiana looked very well after us for all questions. That house is not just the random holiday house you rent, it is actually a house Antonello and Cristiana use personally. As a consequence, the house is in mint condition and very well equipped: anything you might think about is present in the house, down to the soap in the bathrooms. You also have everything you need to prepare good meals and relax! In one word, you feel instantly at home when you arrive. The house is located in a private and secure residence built on a hill dominating the gulf. The view from the terrace is just breath taking! After a 3-minute drive or a 8-minute walk up the stairs, a sumptuous swimming pool is available with an even more breath taking view! As the (recent) residence is not fully inhabited yet, the swimming pool was ours most of the time, a maximum of 6 extra persons were present from time to time and it was very quiet : if you do not feel like going to the busy beaches, you can easily have a relaxing day by the swimming pool. And you will also find umbrellas and everything you need for it inside the house! All bedrooms are downstairs, meaning built in the rock of the hill so that the temperature remains comfortable despite the fact air conditioning is only present on the floor above, in the kitchen / living room. Regarding this, there is only one suggestion I could kindly make : provide a fan for the master bedroom. The week we stayed there was particularly hot (around 38) with no wind and we found it a bit difficult to have air circulating in the master bedroom which does not benefit from the sea breeze like other bedrooms. A fan would be far enough to improve that those weeks although it remains manageable without ;-) Cagliari center is at 45 minutes, a good supermarket and pizzeria are available at 10 minutes drive. All around you can find nice beaches. I highly recommend this house to anyone willing to have relaxing days and/or visit the area.

Toller Ausblick, sehr sauberes und mit allem was man braucht schönes Ferienhaus

Ein Ferienhaus mit einem wunderschönen Panorama Blick und mit allem was man braucht. Es war alles da, vom Sonnenschirm, Luftmatratzen und Campingstühle und vieles mehr. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und sehr sauber. Wunderschöne Pool Landschaft, die allerdings nicht direkt am Haus liegt, sondern mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist. Der Pool liegt in Hanglage ganz oben. Belohnt wird man mit einem tollen Ausblick. Wir hatten den Pool mitunter für uns ganz alleine. Wer hier Ruhe sucht und abseits vom Massentourismus Urlaub machen möchte, ist hier total richtig.

super séjour en Sardaigne

Famille de 5 en vacances dans la maison d'Antonello et Christiana nous avons adoré! La maison est très propre, super équipée et fraîche, et on ne se lasse pas de la vue sur la baie de Cagliari... La résidence est très calme, superbe piscine avec très peu de monde et les plages alentours peu touristiques ( voiture indispensable pour plages et même pour monter à la piscine), Cagliari est à une demi heure de voiture pour les trattoria la soir. Merci à Antonello pour ses conseils et sa disponibilité, je recommande cette location.

Sehr schönes Appartment voll ausgestattet mit Superblick

Das Appartment liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung mit Blick auf den Golf von Cagliari. Vor allem die Sonnenuntergänge haben wir genossen. Die Wohnung verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und ist perfekt ausgesattet. Die Vermieter Antonello und Christiana sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Eigentlich ein 5 Sterne Appartment. Aber die Entfernung zum riesigen Gemeinschaftpool der Ferienanlage (der Pool ist zu Fuß über 350 Treppenstufen oder doch bequemer mit dem Auto zu erreichen ) und der Verkehrslärm vor allem am Wochenende der nahen Küstenstraße (ca 100 Meter Luftlinie) haben das perfekte Urlaubserlebnis leicht getrübt. Dennoch können wir das Appartment weiter empfehlen und würden es wahrscheinlich wieder buchen - schon wegen der netten Vermieter.

séjour parfait pour une famille dans cette maison très bien équipée, calme avec une vue sur la baie de Cagliari magnifique. Les propriétaires sont vraiment adorables et très serviables. Il faut accepter leur proposition de venir vous chercher à l'aéroport car la maison est très difficile à trouver même avec un gps. Nous recommandons la plage de mari pintau si vous avez des enfants. Encore merci à Antonello et Cristiana. Perfect holidays in a very well equiped house, quiet with a wonderfull sea view. Owners are really kind and available. We recommend mari pintau beach for familly with children. We really enjoyed our stay and thank you again to cristiana and antonello

dal 24/6 al 12/7 abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella casa a schiera, moderna, pulita,completa di ogni attrezzatura (compreso tutto l'occorrente per il mare) in zona molto tranquilla, riservata e dalla quale si gode di un panorama bellissimo sul mare. I proprietari sono molto disponibili, gentili e i loro consigli molto preziosi. L'unico "neo" è che nei dintorni non vi è nulla. Negozi, bar, ristoranti e anche le belle spiagge, sono raggiungibili solo con auto a ca. 10 min.

"Ho soggiornato presso l''appartamento dal 6 al 13 agosto del 2012. Posso tranquillamente affermare di aver trovato l''alloggio perfetto. L''appartamento era nuovissimo, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari (comprese le attrezzature da mare). La posizione è molto vantaggiosa per visitare sia la costa di Villasimius (30 min di macchina) che quella di Chia. I propietari sono stati gentilissimi nel fornirci tutte le informazioni utili al soggiorno. Andateci, non sbaglierete."
