Thanks Guys!

Hi again Shawn just a quick tHank You!

We are so glad you found your stay perfect! You were the perfect guest and we enjoyed being your “exceptional” hosts. Hope to see you again someday under more pleasant circumstances where you can relax and fully enjoy your stay.

Thank you so much. Our goal is to make sure you feel at home away from home and its good to know we’ve met that goal.

We are glad you found our home your home and invite you to come again!

We are so glad you guys made goid use of the space. Often times our guests are skeptical at first glance from outside but once inside they are amazed. Thanks again for choosing us!

We are so glad you found us! Your family were the perfect guests. Only wish you had more time to relax, enjoy and take full advantage of all the bonus amenities provided. Hopefully, in the hustle and bustle of the wedding preparations, there were unforgettable memories experienced here at Countryside. Don't forget to visit our other VRBO locations when you are in our fair city again. We appreciate your kindness and five star rating and encourage you to tell others about The Shaws'.

I could hear the panic in you We were so glyou I I'm glad made good use of the space , those six extra single made a big difference. And thank you so much for taking the time to let us know it was time to replace the wax ring in the upstairs bath. We took care of it as soon as the holiday weekend was over. And thank you for giving us that 4 star rating anyhow.

Welcome on back then we would love to have you!

Hello again and thank you for taking the time to give us your honest review. We will be posting directions with each booking from now on because the Google maps usually takes the scenic route to the property. We are glad the map installed at the house made getting around easier for you. We look forward to having you come again and hope you take full advantage of the bonus night offer we provided

Thank you so much. We work hard to ensure we provide the space, and amenties that are conducive to your enjoyment. Sorry the rain prevented any outdoor activities. Your next stay will be discounted 10%. Thanks again for choosing us.

Congratulations again on the grad school graduation. We are so proud you were able to sleep all of your guests comfortable in this quaint 3 bedroom home. At first glance it looks small but it packs a punch! We worked hard to cover every sleeping space with not only encasements for the mattresses, but those fire exstingushers and carbon detectors because we care. We know you had choices, the market is saturated with investors trying to make a quick buck. Yet, you chose us and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to offer the venue where your family could relax and enjoy one another in a clean and safe space. Thanks again P.S. The notes you left us were endearing and have been pinned to our hearts, hope to see you next soccer season!

Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us during your "Liberty Bowl Event" and congratulations on your win. We are glad to know that you found our home accommodating to not only your large group, but your vehicles as well. That extra driveway has often provided boat parking space for our guests. Because you were here during a special event traffic was terrible and getting in and out of downtown probably added 10-15 minutes to your trip. The fees charged by VRBO/Homeaway cannot be helped as they are government imposed and your stay was "Peak Season", however, when you calculate the costs of several hotel rooms and overnight parking fees at a hotel, not to mention the security, ambience, and kitchen facilities; well we did our best to offer a competitive quote. Next time your are in Memphis if you mention this stay we will gladly add one nights stay free to your paid reservation. We hope we gave you the personal attention you deserve and thank you again.

We listened and Guess what, we fixed that lighting situation and added LED lighting in the kitchen. We also added additional air conditioning units. We know there’s nothing we can do about the front of the house being 150 feet from the road, yet, that’s why encourage loading and unloading only out front so you can take full advantage of the parking and backyard amenities on the completely private 5 acre plot out back. We wish you’d come again soon and see the other updates done since your stay.

It is unfortunate that as you arrived to our fair city, we experienced a record breaking high wind storm in our community that caused certain areas to be without electricity and phones lines. It was in fact the second such storm within the month and we are still in recovery. Though an act of nature is not something that can be predicted, we did however communicate the conditions as soon as you called giving you the option to seek other accommodations. Without any communication from media or utility companies, we were unable to provide a probable time before services could be restored to the city. When you decided to wait it out with us versus finding other accomodations, two room sized high power led flashlights and several candles were provided. We had also stocked lots of snacks and beverages for your arrival. We stayed in the inlaws quarters onsite overnight to be availble during the outage. Early morning we texted and asked the number of guests with no response, but we purchased freshly prepared full breakfast for 10 guests along with a carafe of hot coffee. We provided both charcoal and propane for cooking. Hot water was available during the outage. We considered our good fortune under the circumstances, as several of our neighbors had trees actually in their homes. The power was restored mid morning, less than 18 hours after your late checkin . You were offered, but declined, to extend your stay at no charge. For your entire stay we asked several times if you found everything in order and your replies were always positive, no mention was made that there were any unacceptable items. Were we made aware that there were deficiencies we were available to address them immediately. Yet, as you state in this review, the property was "perfectly acceptable". We did not earn premiere host with 5 star status without ensuring that each guests received the personal attention they deserve. Though the strict cancellation policy you agreed to upon booking, does not offer room for refunds, we do offer our apologies for the inconvenience and invite you to book again another three day stay at the expense of The Shaws. As always, we recommend you purchase seperately and addtionally a travel insurance policy that would cover any losses due to extenuating circumstances such as these. Sincerely, The Shaws

So glad you found everything you needed to safely enjoy your family time together. We are sure the gps took you the scenic routes, yet, there are several more direct routes that can put you almost anywhere in the city in 20 min. We will try to map those routes out for future guests. So glad you made memories and samoas at the fire pit. Thank. You again for choosing us.

Thank you for choosing us. We were glad to hear you had the chance to make smores over the fire pit. We hope you made memories too.

We are so glad your family was able to enjoy our space!

Thanks so much

We are so proud everyone had an opportunity to safely gather in love. It means so much to be in touch. To be able to see you enjoy one another as you cook together and laugh together was indeed good for our souls. We thank you for choosing us and hope visiting will become a tradition for your family.

Indeed it was a pleasure to host your family's celebration. To know that the question was popped while they were fishing on our dock and that her answer was yes makes us so giddy. We pride ourselves on bringing families together to enjoy one another in just this kind of love. We so look forward to seeing you again on next year. Thank you for your support!

It was indeed a pleasure to hosts you guys at The shaws at countryside. You were the perfect guests and we are so glad to be a part of your memories of Memphis. Thank you again for choosing us.
