Very well placed in all regards; excellent for 2 people (would just be ok for 4)

All aspects were good/excellent. Handy location for pistes, local shops and collecting/returning keys. Would recommend. Helpful/attentive property manager.

Good small apt but has terrible bedding

This is a friendly review for a fellow ski property owner.The Apt is small but very adequate for the price 700. Good location, view, and kitchen. But 2 main complaints:1) Bedding: a) The main sofa bed does NOT pull out into a flat double bed, so one of the people is sleeping practically on the floor on a 10cm thick cheap foam mattress for a week, which is a torture. Sofa really must be replaced. b) All blankets are very old warn out and the dbl one is very small for 2 people 2) Expectations Management: This is really a bare-bone rental, meaning that t-paper, soap, garbage bags, cleaning, and linens are not included in the price - this is not mentioned in the listing. So when you arrive in the evening, you have to go to the store to buy all necessities. It would be much better if it is mentioned in the listing, and you can get everything on the way Otherwise, everything is good - hence four stars

Well located studio

We enjoyed our stay at the studio. It is directly in the Val Thorens Village, so ideal for a ski-in, ski-out situation. Madeleine was very responsive and accommodating before and during our stay.Note that there is no wifi in the studio, which made it difficult for us to telework. The wifi "available" is from the tourism office across the street (with a fee).The studio is equipped with everything you would need for a week of skiing. Although some parts do need a bit of love, the shower head broke during our stay.

Just steps away from the slopes and center of village

Had a great time exploring the 3 vallees from this well positioned unit in Val Thorens. Start the day in Val Thorens, venturing to Orelle of Les Menuires. Migrate to Meribel or Courcheval for lunch, then ping pong back over the cols to Val Thorens to finish the day. Grocery stores in village allow you to dine cheaply at "home". Madeleine was very quick to respond to any and all questions. She was also thoughtful to check in and make sure everything was OK. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent emplacement et hôte

Super semaine à Val-Thorenz. Super station, on attend jamais au télésiège. Le studio est très bien situé: pas de bar bruyant en dessous mais néanmoins au milieu de la station: facile pour aller faire des courses (80m) louer du matériel ou prendre les forfaits (50m), pharmacie (100m) etc... Hyper simple pour partir à ski ou revenir, une piste bleue passe 30 m derrière l'immeuble et c'est très facile d'accès. Studio très bien équipé et fonctionnel ; lits confortables; super propre. La communication avec l'hôte a été très facile. Les clefs sont disponibles à partir de 14h (souvent c'est plutôt 16-17h) et c'est très appréciable pour s'installer tranquillement et éviter les bouchons. On peut se garer dans la rue pour décharger et charger la voiture, ensuite comme la station est semi-piétonne il faut louer un parking. La remise des clefs se fait dans le centre commercial à environ 100m de la résidence, je vous conseille de vous garer avant d'aller chercher les clefs. Enfin le prix est tout à fait raisonnable par rapport aux prestations. Un seul bémol, le studio est très bien isolé côté rue (double vitrage) mais les cloisons sont fines et en fonction des voisins il peut y avoir un peu de bruit la nuit. Les enfants n'ont pas été dérangés mais j'ai du mettre 3 fois des boules-quies pour dormir la nuit. Néanmoins un studio dans une résidence avec concierge, pour réguler les "fêtars"; m'aurait coûté 2 fois plus cher. Un bilan très positif. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour !

Klein maar zeer efficient ingericht apartement

Apartement is zeer efficient ingericht en volledig uitgerust. Gebouw een beetje weg van het zeer drukke uitgaansleven dus redelijk rustig. Zeer vlotte communicatie met agentschap. Enige minpunt: vorige huurders hadden het apartement niet netjes achtergelaten.

Very much enjoyed my stay. Was a perfect location to reach the slopes easily and shops. 5 minute walk to most clubs and bars. Very clean and comfortable stay.

Clean and comfortable appartment. A little bit noisy because it's in front of the bowling and the small street beside the discotheque so, when these places close people is singing and talking in front of the building.

"Propriétaire sérieux, réponses toujours rapides ! Logement en bon état avec un matériel complet mais un peu petit. Néanmoins, nous avons pu y loger et faire la cuisine à cinq jeunes sans problème; nous avions un matelas gonflable personnel. Très bien situé au pied des pistes en pleine station prêt des commerces, des bars et boite de nuit. En résumé, nous avons passés un très bon séjour, à recommander !!"
