「Vieille Maison de la Douane」は、水面の端にあり、美しい半島Talmont-sur-Gironde（上場場所）にあり、大西洋沿岸の巨大な砂浜から12km、ロワイヤン市。

「ボートのように」、Gironde川の息を呑むような景色を楽しんだり、静けさが治まる豪華な環境でリラックスしたり、歩行者の村で平穏で静かなこの天国でリラックスしたり、典型的な漁師の家で、夏には恋人が並んでいます。

1階にある大きな家では、95㎡のアパートに誘惑され、すべてのモダンな快適さが備わり、スタイルと洗練された装飾が施されています。

Superb location

This is an outstanding property in a superb location. The apartment is both stylish and comfortable and the hosts are charming. It captures the essence of the Gironde and we recommend it.

The best Gite in France

This is our third visit and will not be our last. We love it here and John and Valerie work really hard to ensure that all their guests have a beautiful and very well equipped place to stay. The views are unsurpassed and there is something new to see every day.

A relaxing stay.

Property was very clean, a good size, and beautiful views across the water. Host Valerie made sure we had everything to enjoy our stay. Talemont is a very pretty old town, and we liked wandering around the narrow streets. We found access by car a little difficult due to the narrowness of the streets, but there was use of a private car park a few hundred yards away. Recommended, we had a lovely time, thanks!

This is a wonderful place with truly unique views. We loved it!The apartment has everything you need in terms of equipment, including outdoor chairs, a parasol, etc.There is also a large garden available for use.Meschers-sur-Gironde is close by for swimming, and Royan is a hidden gem for both city visits and swimming.Valerie and John (and Ray) are great hosts – thank you so much for the welcome present!

Paradise

We had an amazing 10 days in the best holiday accomadation weve ever stayed in. The property itself was spotless with all all you needed for a relaxing break. The views were to die for in this little piece of paradise. The Old Customs House is sutuated in a lovely little village where you could shop and eat if you just wanted a lazy day. Some amazing coastal walks for the more energetic.

Perfect for a dream holiday

The location and, above all, the daily view of the bay and the tides is so fantastic that we didn't want to go home at all. The communication with Valerie and John, a very impressive personality, was always pleasant. We would also like to mention that the flat is perfectly equipped. There is really nothing that you miss and the furnishings convey a cosy feeling right from the start. All in all, a great recommendation!

Séjour très agréable

Eine besondere Unterkunft

Das Haus von Valerie und John hat eine sehr schöne Lage mit tollem Ausblick. Es bietet viel Wohnraum, welcher zudem sehr gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet ist. Den schönen Gartenbereich sowie die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Gironde haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Die Küche ist reichlich bestückt. Über das Begrüßungsgeschenk haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Valerie ist stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen diese besondere Unterkunft weiter. Va

Séjour fantastique

Une semaine avec vent, pluie et soleil, mais l'impression d'avoir le village pour moi tout seul, je vous recommande le "hors saison" ! Côté confort, tout est prévu dans l'appartement, merveilleux coucher et lever de soleil de soleil, pas de bruits avec des fenêtre bien étanches et bruit de la mer si on les ouvre. Très grand confort et très bon accueil.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit fabelhaftem Ausblick

Die Lage es Hauses ist einmalig am Ufer der Gironde gelegen mit einem fantastischen Ausblick! Trotz der Touristen im Ort ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig und man ist ungestört. Die große Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit einer tollen Küche und allem anderen, was man benötigt. Im Garten oder auf dem Balkon mit dem tollen Ausblick lässt es sich herrlich entspannen. Valerie hat uns sehr geholfen, als wir Unterstützung benötigten. Vielen Dank! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und sind rundum begeistert. 😊

Très bon séjour à la Maison de la Vieille Douane

Très bon accueil de Valerie. L’appartement est très bien situé, bien entretenu et au calme, avec vue imprenable sur le port de Talmont et sur l’estuaire. Valerie est vraiment adorable, à l’écoute et j’ai passé un très bon séjour. Je la recommande.

Outstanding property and location

We have now stayed at the Old Custom House twice and have already booked for 2019. It is a peaceful property with a lovely garden and an unparalleled view of the Gironde estuary and the local fishing boat. Nothing is too much trouble for Valerie and John and they are very welcoming hosts. As I walked into the large and well appointed kitchen,diner I felt as if I had come home.
